The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the food is wonderful as well. I can’t say enough about the friendly hotel staff. Everyone made me feel so welcome and very helpful with my many questions. It’s impossible to find fault with one single thing. Excellent experience.

Soho was a fantastic area. We either walked where we wanted to go or took a short tube ride (the Elizabeth Line is the way to go; avoid the Central Line, especially on a hot summer day). The hotel was great; great food, the staff was perfect, and our terrace room was the ideal place to eat dinner in the morning. I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else in London again.

Our stay at the SoHo Hotel was beyond incredible. To begin with: the location. You’re right in the heart of London, with Leicester Square nearby. Restaurants, shopping, everything you need.
The hotel itself is to die for. We were upgraded at no cost to a Penthouse suite. The room was gorgeous and we even had a little deck! They brought warm cookies and milk for my daughters in the evening. The room itself was HUGE and immaculate.
My younger daughter LOVED the record player (which she had never seen before) and we listened to the Beatles, Hendrix and the Carpenters.
The staff and the concierge were beyond wonderful. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. A+ 11/10.

A great location although surprising that a hotel of this quality doesn’t provide coffee machines unless requested and at an additional charge of £10!

From arrival, service was top notch. The room was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was spacious with comfortable bedding. A very large room. The restaurant bar made wonderful cocktails. This coupled with its location is a must stay every time I visit London.

We loved our stay at the Soho! The staff are all amazing, and so friendly. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary, and they really made it special. The location can't be beat, easy walking distance to anything you could possibly want.

I usually stay at other properties in the area but the SOHO was closer to where I needed to be, so gave it a try. Service was excellent, room was outstanding, and breakfast great!! Coming from Canada, but bed was so amazing I slept through my jet lag. Will book again!

Great hotel in a super central location. We had a Terrace room which was just fabulous, with inspiring views over the area’s skyline. A really good and fun vibe to the hotel, bar and restaurant. Shame there aren’t simple tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, as this would have just put the icing on the cake. Lovely breakfast, though a slightly clever way of staying free of charge. In fact you get a £40 credit per night towards breakfast. Every individual item is charged, including tea or coffee. But overall an absolutely excellent hotel to stay at.

I love the Soho & I always try to stay there when I'm in London. The location is perfect as very central and the area is always buzzing with people yet when you get to the hotel, it's very quiet and serene. I hadn't been back in several years so wasn't sure what to expect given the changes necessitated by the past few years. It was just as lovely. Rooms are good size & my pre arrival requests were honored without issue. My only issue was I left a note asking housekeeping to "leave the towels" as it wasn't necessary to replace them every day but they did. Not a huge deal but as it was a heatwave when I was there & I was taking a morning and evening shower, I could have reused the towels. All in all, I highly recommend the Soho.

The room lighting was dark! We had to go to the toilet to read
some document. The thermostat controller is really old type, control was very poor. Toilet flush needed mighty push!

Lovely hotel with exceptional service. Comfortable room, well designed. Enjoyable bathtub with TV in bathroom. Full minibar with many high end options. Easily walkable to a number of key tourist areas. I cannot compliment the service enough, as they were the best part and really exceptional.

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel. Amazing trendy building. The staff are soo helpful and friendly. Had a terrace room - wow So big well appointed and great views from terrace. Good fast WIFI.
Food was very very good. The Refuel restaurant is a great addition to the hotel.
