I reserved a room online. We called the hotel let them know we would be arriving late. We encountered severe storms in Arizona and closure for a car accident. We arrived late morning after driving 10 hours and we told by reception that he placed our reservation as no show! I told him we called. He stated he thought we weren't coming. I asked him what was policy to call customer as courtesy and find out it they were still on the way. He stated he didnt know policy. We had to pay for another room. We purchased travelers insurance for room. Holiday Inn property manager DENIED our refund for online reservation. Beyond Disappointed.

Pool closed. It was greeeen. Looked like the pool closed sign has been at front desk for a while. Not sure if or when they’ll reopen it. When I mentioned disappointment at the pool being closed at check in she offered right away we could arrange a full refund even though we booked third party. Fam was bummed that breakfast didn’t have meat options or fresh cut fruit. They said tots and eggs weren’t hot. I was fine with the options. We used the gym since it was a long drive from Texas and it was so hot in there. Like ac wasn’t working. And there were no wipes to wipe down equipment. Rooms cooled great though, spacious and beds were comfortable. And it was quiet aside from the ac making some weird noises. Weird room across from us that was made into a storage room but had no door handle so our kids could have easily gone in there. All in all it was nice to have 2 rooms for the six of us to have our own bed. Wasn’t connected but next door and on the first floor. Not sure we would stay again though cuz it was sketch and not super clean and my allergies and asthma were acting up really bad. Looked like there was mold in the bathroom too. (Rooms 106 and 108)

Very dusty-tracked in on the floors! Elevator floor was dirty as well! The room was clean and the shower was great!

We booked 2 rooms because we are moving from Phoenix Arizona to College Station TX. I tried calling a bunch of times to let them know that we were running very late but we were still coming. No one answered but I left a voice mail. When I finally got someone to answer the phone at 3:00 AM, the gentleman said that if we showed up after 4:06, he would not give us the rooms but we would still be billed as a no call no show. We would not have made it until after 5 am but we only wanted to stay for a couple of hours so we could get some sleep. But instead I am out for over $200 dollars because no one would answer the phone. Extremely frustrating and horrible service.

This hotel was a big disappointment. It is dark, did not seem to be very clean, no restaurant, breakfast selection was virtually nil. I would never stay there again.

Great stay for a great price! Clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We will be back in 2 weeks!

Good Hotel, needs a deep cleaning, all hotels need EV charging stations.

The hotel feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. You have to drive into the town to get something to eat. Most restaurants close at 8 PM.

The sink in my bathroom did not work. the water would not drain down.

The bathroom floor was horrible. Floor tiles were popping up and broken. A person could stub or cut toes on the broken tiles. The room itself was ok but the place in general really needs to be maintained better

The shower was not working correctly, woke up in the morning, and the cook was not there to fix breakfast. Had to wait an hour for breakfast overall was not very satisfied with this trip probably will not be staying at this hotel again.

Staff was kind and helpful at checkin. Room seems dated and worn down. Beds appear clean which is definitely our top priority.

Room was clean & comfortable bed, but heard a lot of noise above us & in the hall (thin walls). Called to get the exit # off the interstate. The guy gave us the wrong # so we went well out of our way. When we called again to attempt to get the correct #, no one answered, frustrating!

During my recent travels, I have stayed in some unsavory hotels. The pictures looked great. The reviews were good. But when I checked in, it was sketchy! This hotel is new, clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly. I feel safe here. It was fabulous! I will definitely be staying here again.

Short staffed on a holiday weeknight

Lovely and spacious room with two large windows featuring a stunning view of the mountains. Delightful breakfast with multiple cold and hot options. Would definitely recommend as this property exceeded my expectations!
