Nice Room.

The room stunk of smoke which was pretty vile. The staff were nice. The hotel had a good location.

This property is very dated, does not have room service or evening lunch or dining. They hotel is extremely limited in services - they are still blaming Covid.

It was wonderful, Lawang and his colleagues were amazing the only issue with this hotel is that it's so beautiful but extremely boring at the bar area. The breakfast was amazing! Humberto and his colleagues served us very well. Please something need to be done about the bar area, i advice a happy hour or some sort of social network creativity

Wonderful access to restaurants and cafes downstairs so didn't need breakfast. The Haribo welcome service delighted the children and the adults! The room was a little dated and I would prefer a shower blind/curtain to shower in privacy when sharing the room. Coffee service in the room is great!

Nice and friendly atmosphere exactly what you need after long working day, short stop at the bar with friendly bar tender service and quiet room to recover, followed next morning by healthy and abundant breakfast getting you ready to hit the day again!

The room was overall good, which was to be expected since we paid for a superior room. However, it was just this side of Ok that I can't imagine what a regular room looks like. There were 2 major issues; The first being the bathroom: It was all modern and renovated with the shower having a clear glass pane that gives whomever is in the room a clear obligatory free show of the person taking a shower. There are no blinds to negate that option!!!! This might work for a couple but it is just plain awkward for other people. I had to keep telling my room mate to turn the other way as I was taking a shower, not a comfortable situation at all. The second issue: Is the chandelier (which I suppose is there as a tribute to being a superior room): If you are going to put a chandelier then put it over the fixed table where it can't cause any harm, not over the chair !!! Whenever you stand up your head hits the chandelier. Why put a chandelier in this place and with such a low ceiling is a mystery to me. The Breakfast was OK, not a lot of variety as the pre-COVID era, but acceptable. The hotel is within walking distance of 3 cafes if you don't want to pay for their breakfast. LOCATION: The hotel is at 2 small streets from the harbor. It is a 20 minute walk to the city center which is a lot. However we got the Dusseldorf card which means you can just walk 2 minutes and ride the rest of the way. The excellent transport system makes the hotel location acceptable.

Good hotel in Düsseldorf. Nevertheless, an update of the interior could would be nice.

The hotel is relatively new, it should be in a much better condition. Cleanliness - especially in COVID times - was very disappointing.

Brilliantly located at Mediahefen, just 10 min walk to the old town. Nice and quiet. Staff is excellent and helpful!

Great stay - location good, parking facilities and comfortable rooms.

No explanation about the Covid measures. We all understand they are requiered but the accomodation should be very clear about them before arrival , at check in and during the stay.

Nice quiet room with good facilities. Bed was comfy , underfloor heating in bathroom too.

Positive: Very good breakfast, staff at the bar and at breakfast was very nice. Negative: The room we booked was not available. We got downgraded without monetary compensation (room was prepaid). Booked was the rooftop room with view and kingsize bed. We received initially a 6th floor room without premium view and twin bed. After complaining we got moved to a room with king size bed not on the rooftop floor anymore and still without view. When we raised this to the receptionist, she chose to ignore it. The cleaning services did not replace towels and shower gel/ shampoo by itself. We had to go to the reception to fetch it. Overall - I cannot recommend this place due to bad experience at check-in, not getting what you pay for and not well trained staff at the reception.

room size was good and location was good, however the room service Food Menu was was very poor along with the quality of the Dishes on offer, which did not represent value for money. Was forced to eat out each day of my 6 Night Stay.
