This is the second time ive booked through hotels.com and when i check in, they tell me the pool is closed for maintence, and that is the sole reason I picked the hotel.

Computers were down on check in. Elevator quit working so we had to do the stairs to our 4th floor room. Grandparents with small grandchildren. It was not a good experience. Breakfast was good, but the area was way to small. Had to stand.

We really enjoyed our stay at their hotel. I had some special requests and they were met and then some. My daughter was having a baby so we had grandkids on some nights and then my elderly mother came to meet the new Great great grandchildren. It was so easy for her to get to our room and our suite was so comfortable. We will be back to visit our grandchildren and we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Hotel was fairly nice and in a quiet area. The room was clean, however you can tell maintenance has not been keeping up with things correctly. The shower handle broke off in my husbands hand and it was very obvious that it had been glued back together from a previous break. There was also an issue getting hot water to the shower and eating breakfast the next morning it seem to be an issue across the hotel as several people were complaining about it in the lobby.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a longer trip. It was a very comfortable room for three adults. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The mattress was comfortable and the linens were clean and new. My reason for not giving all 5s was that upon arrival we discovered that our refrigerator did not work and immediately asked to have it checked. It’s been 100 degrees and we wanted to stock cold water and keep insulin cold. The woman at the desk came and looked at it and decided it was beyond her ability and said she’d have maintenance check it the next morning. They never came. And when we said something about it at checkout the morning desk person totally blew us off. We were looking for anything for free but for her to completely dismiss us was irritating.

We had a two day stay. After the first night we expected to come back to a fresh room. That didn't happen. The room was NOT cleaned; freshened; no clean sheets; towels; etc. When i told front desk they said nothing they could do about it!!

Location is a little bit tough to get to (tucked in behind some resturants), but once you know where it there are no problems accessing it. The room and the lobby were clean. It was perfect for a quick business trip to Bentonville. I didn't have a car so the walk to get dinner was about a mile, but there was no issues with walking around the area. It was about 10 minutes to Walmart

A/C did not work in room. Although I was switched rooms it seemed to be a huge inconvenience. Also, saw the same receptionist scold a child for petting her non-leashed working dog in the lobby.

It was really a fantastic room and stay. The staff were great. The breakfast was amazing. The pool area was clean and warm. My only 2 issues: 1. My family ran out of toilet paper. The cleaners didn't replace the first roll we used when they cleaned our room on Thursday, and with a family of 3 we quickly ran out before Saturday departure. 2. There was black-colored mold on the ceiling, and a piece of the ceiling was peeling off --- both in the bathroom. It looks like perhaps there was a leak above at some point. I was worried for a few minutes, but then realized we were only staying four nights so we likely wouldn't be affected if the mold was dangerous.

The property was ok, but pricey for what it was. I mean $268?? There was no sheets, blankets, or pillow for the fold out bed. About 4 towels in the bathroom and both shampoo and conditioner (that was mounted in the shower) were empty! Staff was super nice though.

We had a great time in the area to watch softball, until the tornado hit in the middle of the night. The young man working the night shift handle the situation very well considering the majority of guests was families with young children in town for softball.

The staff was wonderful. The key cards were so finicky. We were only there for 3 nights but we had to get new cards 4 times. They were doing some construction and the facilities were not great. The breakfast (particularly the eggs) were not good.
