Beds were comfy and the rooms and the hotel were spotless. The staff were friendly and it was such an easy walk to where ever we needed to go.

we liked your hotel but found that room 112 assigned to us was noisy due to the elevator. however, we were not unhappy with out stay and would stay here again. Your staff Gordona and Tiku were extremely pleasant to deal with. thank you.

I am very fussy when I comes to rooms, but I have no complaints on our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, room very clean and roomy! Thanks for a great stay!

Its was a really good stay. Stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary. Staff really nice. At first the washroom lights doesn't work so we called and got it fixed right away but when calling the hotel phone doesn't go through so best to call with your phone to hotel phone for front desk. Otherwise everything else is amazing.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Free parking, breakfast for two was $11.00. Clean, quiet, excellent service. Foe sure will stay there again.

Everything was perfect! Staff excellent, Rooms excellent and updated. Fast check in and check out. Staff gave us recommendations on things to see or where to go. Women cleaning rooms were excellent and caring. Casino right next door and all the FUN was within a few minutes walk of the room. Falls were at the end of the street the hotel is on, so just a few minutes walk to see the falls main attraction. This Holiday Inn was just so much more than we were expecting. Will be staying there again, no interest in looking for another hotel, this is in the heart of it all and perfectly clean. I'd give it ***10 STARS*** for the price, cleanliness, staff and location. FallsView Casino which is right next door to the hotel was good to us as well - FREE TRIP. Honestly, even if the casino gave us free rooms, I'd probably still request to stay at this Holiday Inn because of free parking and ease of access to everything. Only thing we didn't have was a view of the falls from our room, but no big deal, we spend little time in our room, and you can just walk outside the hotel and see everything withing minutes. Plus casino next door has shopping in it and open late and you can walk out back of the casino/mall and see the falls all lit up at night if you don;t want to walk down the hill from the room to see the falls up close, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Rooms are large and decorated nicely. We used the pool, hot tub and sauna which was great at the end of the day. No view but considering we are only there to sleep it was not a big deal. Location is perfect, right across the street from the Avalon theater as was there for a concert and a short walk down the hill and you are at the falls.

Convenient location for Niagara Falls but there is a big hill that you will need to walk up to get to the hotel from Niagara Falls.

When we got to our room, the sheets had what looked to be a blood stain or traces of a pepperoni or chili fart in several spots with a pubic hair adjacent. There were coffee stains on the other bed. Clearly not laundered sheets. Word to the hotel- for the amount of money you charge- throw the sheets away and buy new sheets or invest in bleach. The front desk gave us another room after apologizing. The second room had make-up stains on the pillow cases and black streaks in the sheets. Clearly disgusting. Staff warned us to ignore the heckler that works at the parking lot next to the hotel who would try to get us to park over there if the hotel lot was full. Was told he would charge us $10 to park. They told us to park there and not pay him and “just ignore him”. It was not a safe parking lot to begin with. The room was small and nothing to it. The TV was beyond small. The stairwell was filthy and very unsafe. It was not lit up. We took the stairs because the elevator was bouncing and moving as we went up and down. Doesn’t give you the warm and fuzzies you will make it to your floor. The only positive thing was the staff who handled the situation as best as they could. We left- they told us they would not charge us. Hoping the charges that are on my card now will drop off within 3-5 days as they promised. Won’t ever stay there again.

Everything was very clean, the bed and the bath, also the room. The only reason we don't give 5 stars is because the bath sink was partially clogged. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful.

We were a little surprised at the condition of the front lobby when we checked-in - not nearly as nice as the pictures. The room we were first assigned was in the main hallway right beside the door to the parking lot. Better suited as a utility room based on location than a hotel room. We asked to switch rooms, which they did. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but a little dated. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to sleep after a concert.

Nice, but no microwave and thermostat would not go below 69 degrees. Also needs tv syst m updated to have guide, etc.

Check in was easy. Our room was ready when we arrived. The only thing that could improve is a safe in the guest rooms. And more towel racks in the bathroom.

Perfect location, just in walking distance about 10 minutes to horseshoe waterfall, 15 minutes to rainbow bridge. Clean room, comfortable bed, daily cleaning, delicious breakfast, strong shower water.

Excellent hotel!!

We stay at the holiday inn every time we come to Niagara. This time, we were severely disappointed as one of the beds in our room was on the verge of breaking. The noise, the lack of comfort and the lack of security while on it was not there - please, replace the frames if they are broken. We were not pleased at all.

No falls view but the rate was very good. Platinum Elite my room was only $94.00 Canadian Great fire roasted pizza.

Our room was very clean. In the evening, we asked for more washcloths and were given them immediately. The hotel it was very close to Niagara Falls (we walked there and also to the Maid of the Mist to get baptized in the Falls of Niagara ;-) It is next door to Skylon tower where we had a fabulous meal and fireworks for my goddaughter's birthday.

Fridge in room it is actually cooler, also the ac it's in room at night is very noise should be outside in balcony otherwise very happy with everything

Good experience, convenient location, great pools.

Disappointed in the room I was given, it was right behind the elevators which made thug-ug sounds all the time, including at night when I was trying to go to sleep. The room was clean, and I liked having a balcony, but please don't put people there unless you have no other room left.
