The booked room had very bad odour. had to be changed for smaller room. rooms in this hotel are not equipped with fridge

Located near attractions
Parking lot was full so we had to park in the overflow lot
9.0
Location is good alot of choices to eat, close to activities and especially to Clifton hill where all the action is. A few minutes walk to the falls. Staff who checked us in was very welcoming, friendly and professional.
The only issue with our stay was our room did not have a refrigerator. Not sure if same with the other rooms. Place is kept clean but feel needs a little updating.

Hotel Location was very near to Niagara falls and Clifton Hill. Just 10 min walk
Beds were not so much comfortable to sleep

Location was good for what we were in town for.
It would have been nice to know that our room did not have an actual shower, just the jacuzzi tub. Based on pictures it seemed like it had both. There is no longer a fridge in this room which was disappointing as we did not have a way to keep our food cool and resulted in waste which was unfortunate.

Provide drink water 24 h, breakfast is also good
It will be more helpful if the hotel can move breakfast time a half hour earlier. Currently at 7 am, too many people pack the dinning room

The staff, was excellent, it was clean, the location was perfect. No complaints
Nothing. It was perfect

location, price, cleaning are fine.
parking too far. Some public parking is cheaper and closer.
no fridge in room.
breakfast is too simple. no egg. no cut fruit. no much choice.

Great location close to all things touristy!
We were able to walk to almost everywhere we needed to be.
Hotel was clean, rooms included.
Price was OK when compared to other hotels in the area.
Hottub in room was great, sure was nice to soak after a day of walking.
Only 1 elevator to 7th floor so it seemed that every time we needed to use it we had to wait
No refrigerator or microwave in room, would not have stayed there if I realized that. Refrigerators are a must when staying in such an expensive area so you can store food and drinks for snacks or quick meals instead of paying restaurant and vending machine prices .

Property requires a number renovations but staff was helpful and friendly.
Sink in one of our rooms(414) wasn’t working, bedside lamps weren’t working(414), slow elevators, my 10 year old nephew got stuck in the small elevator, tiny bath towels in the rooms, larger towels were reserved for the pool area and attainable only through the front desk, housekeeping room was labeled “maid” which was pretty old school and ghetto.

The location was good if you are interested in walking around the touristy part of Niagara Falls. It's a good starting point to do that. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the street below.
It wasn't as clean as it should have been. Everything was outdated. Parking was not free and they didn't let us stay there the whole day even though we paid for it. We had to leave once we checked out. Which meant we had to find other parking to walk around Niagara Falls.

Didn't try breakfast coz we left beforehand.
Strategically located.👍
Staff were accommodating and friendly.
I'm not sure if the room was ready for the next occupant(us) coz the toiletries(e.g. only one mini-Dove soap for 4 occupants) were not replenished, and not enough towels. Although it wasn't issue for us coz we stayed just 7-8 hrs and left that same night.

Paid parking. And how far away the parking is

Great location.
The front desk clerk was most unpleasant to deal with. Unfriendly and inattentive. No greeting. No thank you. No explanation of amenities. Even when I asked questions she was unpleasant. At checkout I had advised her our rooms (we had 3 rooms for our group) had no hot water. She asked if I called the desk. I asked what would they have done? Bring up a bucket of hot water? She just stood there staring at me. I handed her our room passes and advised we were checking out. Again, no thank you or have a nice day.

Close to everything (Niagara Falls attractions) Room was clean. A/c unit was very quiet. I love the artwork in the room. You had coffee and tea available any time (nice). The breakfast was ok just be aware that it’s a cold breakfast so no bacon, eggs, and hash browns.
The bed was to springy. The light switches are confusing (labels would help). There is no light in the shower (very dark). Could use more charger ports (USB) at the desk and bathroom. The towels are small and thin. I found getting in and out of the jacuzzi very difficult (especially getting out!) nothing to grab on too (no handles)very slippery.

Room is ok, clean and super comfortable. But there weren't enough bath towels for the 4 people and the shower made a strange noise.

Good location, affordable. Not a luxury hotel but if you’re just looking for something affordable in a good walkable location, this is a good option. Close to everything. I appreciated that they had gluten free cereal and soy milk at the breakfast.
The sheets are old and pilling - a little scratchy. Could definitely be updated.

The breakfast was good
The bed was less that queen. It was full and the room was old and no fridge. The exhaust fan in the washroom wasn't working which seems a problem since I visited the hotel before. How the breakfast was organized was terrible to create unnecessary lineup for the toaster and some people were waiting in the line and they didn't really need it which can be put somewhere far so people can get their food and go without creating that line!!

Close to Clifton Hill, the falls, and Skylon Tower. The continental breakfast options were ok. Liked that coffee was available around the clock. The beds were extremely comfortable.
No microwave or refrigerator in the room. That’s an outdated practice for sure!!! On check in I was given a much higher price than what I had from Booking.com. I know that Sunday was New Year’s Eve, but the price difference was big. Only 2 outlets in the room, had to unplug the clock to plug in a phone charger.

Absolutely comfortable

Everything from the online description matched our experience during the stay. A decent hotel but nothing spectacular. Having a breakfast included is a nice bonus even if it isn’t a hot breakfast.
A mini-fridge in the hotel would have been helpful, and window ventilation would have been nice as well. But those weren’t big issues. The whole game of "how much will parking be this time at the hotel" is getting ridiculous and needs to stop. Just include it in the total price like most other places. It’s becoming a deterrent and frankly is a poor and shady business practice.

Convenient location and Vicky and J were super nice during my check in.
The hot tub was a bit mucky when you sit in the main one beside the pool. The shower needs updating beside the sauna and the sauna doors and vicinity is old and falling off to pieces. The pool also didn’t look appealing to swim in.

All the staff were extremely friendly and very courteous. As they always are.
Parking is always an issue as it is a small parking lot which there's not much that can be done about that that's understandable. But then having to park behind and off to the side of the hotel is a little bit of an inconvenience when it comes to loading and unloading. One issue that for sure was unpleasant was all the doors on my floor would basically slam shut. You could just open the door and let it go and it would slam loud enough that you could hear it two or three rooms down. So if someone was leaving or coming in and out at late hours in the night to the room beside yours or even down the hall you could hear them fairly clearly. So maybe the hotel should look into getting absorbers or some kind of noise dampeners to put on the frames or the doors themselves so the doors close A lot quieter.
