Amazing resort. Very clean and friendly staff. Would highly recommended this resort.

Our stay was good, however the hot water was not working, the morning we're too leave. Staff was apologetic and took some money off the bill.

Food provided for the breaks and banquet, was very good. Staff was mostly friendly, though some seemed put out if you asked for anything slightly out of the ordinary. E.g., asking for more medium roast coffee (there was plenty of dark roast, but also seemed low on the medium roast). There was still about an hour left for breakfast, but instead of bringing out more coffee they just removed the empty and brought out more dark roast...but front desk seemed perturbed that they had to go let someone know...but then the issue wasn't even addressed. As for excellent service, the gentleman who worked the bar for our banquet was efficient, helpful, and pleasant.

Nice people with a friendly atmosphere. Had a Bavarian dinner and walked the town. The next morning they provided breakfast that was much more than expected.

We got charged more than we were quoted for the room and the holding fee and from what the receipt said we shouldn't have paid the almost $400. The maids were extremely loud throughout the day and made it hard to have a quiet evening. And the service at the hotel restaurant was not professional at all.

I will definitely stay here again. We had the fireplace room with a balcony and it was plenty big for a family of 4 with 3 beds (2 teens to have their own bed). Very charming and gorgeous property. Very well maintained. Breakfast included was a huge perk.

We stayed in the part of the resort that is basically a hotel.
The room was clean with a nice shower but very generic otherwise. The in-room air conditioner was quiet and worked well but the walls and ceiling were very thin so you could hear a lot of noises in the night.
The amenities (play room and miniature golf course) are nice but a bit tired.
The free breakfast is not very good. Basic sysco fare with coffee served in paper cups.

We paid more than $500 for a 2 night stay, even though we only needed and wanted a 1 night stay. That is just money gouging right there. We were put in a first floor room facing the back parking lot. The dated room was so small we could barely walk around the beds. It felt like we were in a dungeon. We forfeited the second night and lost half of what we paid just because we did not want to stay in that room another night. (Note: we did not complain because every room was supposedly full as it is Labor Day weekend. )

Beautiful resort .. heated pool , delicious breakfast , relaxing hot tub , kids playground / basketball court , spa all in one campus ! Couldn’t ask for more . We stayed with kids and they thoroughly enjoyed the game room as well . Haven’t seen that in any hotel so far . They have tons of board games/books etc too . You’ll never be bored . They also have an in house restaurant if you don’t want to look for restaurants near by . We will return for sure .

The property was great, very clean and comfortable. The room was also very comfortable and quiet. It’s an easy walk into town and close to the roller coast (which is fantastic). We didn’t utilize the complimentary breakfast, but I was able to get extra K-cups to my room very quickly when requested. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, would not hesitate to stay again.
