Great hospitality

It would have been better, but there were small children screaming at the pool until 11 pm And then they were running up and down the hallway. Room did smell a bit moldy. On a good note, they are pet friendly and they kept the grass mowed low. Made it easy to walk the dogs.

We stayed 8/15-8/19 and our room was only cleaned ONCE. The phone in the room had no phone cord and no way to call Front Desk. The free breakfast is mediocre by industry standards. The best part of the stay is ERICA at the front desk. She was extremely welcoming, kind, polite and a pleasure to talk to. She greeted us everyday we walked back in and remembered us and things we spoke of. She is an ABSOLUTE TREASURE !!

Everything was great from the helpful front desk staff to the room itself. The only problem I had was the WiFi as when I connected it didn’t work.

On day one of four I was ready to give this hotel fove stars but things happened i did not like. The guy working the front desk seemed more annoyed because I interrupted his phone time when I was asking about the smell of cigarette smoke in my room and complaining about not having my room clean, trash taken, or clean towels after two nights going into a third. I spoke with two of the house keeping employees, requesting our room get aervice but neigher understood English. We tried a translator app and i wrote down my room number and it was understood that it would get cleaned but it was not. For the last few days the hallway had the oder of Marijuana. Saturday they had a lot of banging going from people workinh somethiing no one told us about nor visible signs informing guest of renovations. Very early Sunday morning near the entrance people were talking very loud for about a couple of hours. The hotel commom areas were clean and our room on day was very clean. I would love to tip the person who prepared breakfast July 3 through the 7th to leave jer a tip. The food was good and the eating area was very clean.

The pool was down when I went.

I had intended to stay at this hotel over Fourth of July because I was visiting a military friend and we booked it with the knowledge there was a pool we would be able to use. Unfortunately their pool was out of service which we discovered at the time of check in and the staff refused to refund any portion of our stay. We moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

disappointed that the pool wasn’t open… Especially since it was one of the only reasons that I chose the hotel. I wish there was a way for them to make sure that they had to notify Hotels.com that their pools are not going to be open

The lady at the front desk was so sweet. Im a travel nurse and stayed here for the weekend. Felt safe in location. Nice and clean room. Will use this hotel again!!

Front office staff during the day was so nice and helpful. Also their cleaning staff is very helpful. I like the coffee machine in the receiving area.

First room AC was not working but we were moved with no problem. Second room shower head was full of mildew and the pressures was low but nothing that couldn't be dealt with.

Everything about our stay has been good so far.

Hotel was nasty. Elevator was filthy. Stains all over the carpet in my room.

Front desk and staff were very accommodating courteous and polite. Dog area was neat and clean breakfast was good as well.

Check in was smooth. Room was good and AM Brkfst even better. 2 complaints: could not swim in properly pool; water green. And no bedding for pull out couch we asked twice before they brought it. Our room has torn carpet.
