Good hotel with a nearby tram link to the centre

The hotel was good, but needed more cleaning and was far from the city center.

Nice hotel located in a quiet area 6k from downtown Milano. Tje beds are really good. Booth the pool and the gym is worth a visit. It takes 15 min with tram to citycenter.

Reception staff were great peoples always smiling and welcoming.

I love the hotel. My friend and I stayed for 4 days and It was amazing. The hotel was cleaned and the room. They staff were friendly and polite, they speak well English. I enjoyed staying there. I will definitely 💯 I will book again if I come to Milan. I want say thank you to all staff in reception and restaurant ☺️

Property was good, near the train

We picked the property solely for its proximity to San Siro Stadium in the event Uber/Taxis/Metro were all overwealmed after a concert (they were and our prescheduled ride never showed). We were able to walk the 4 kilometers back so the pick payed off since the event was the purpose of the trip. We were in town less than 70 hours so we Ubered everywhere to save time waitng on buses/trollies/Metro which were are all viable options if you arent pressed for time. I dont feel the light system next to your door for service was clearly explained. Other than the shower wall tiles needing a pretty good scrub everything was clean and our room provided plenty of space, especially the bathroom.

Lovely hotel, lovely room, great breakfast room with lots of choice, friendly staff, city centre 10 mins on tram which is 2 min walk from hotel, hotel has its own car park and two EV chargers, would definitely stay again

The property was very clean. The staff were excellent. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. The staff at the reception desk and the cleaners were fantastic.

Outstanding as always. Very professional staff, clean and spacious room with good attention to details. The bed was tall and very comfortable and the TV is modern allowing seamless connection with your phone. The hotel has a good restaurant which provides a great selection for breakfast, a bar, an indoor pool and gym/spa.

I was disappointed when i haf dinner at their restaurant twice it wasn't tasteful The room was nice amd spacious

Clean. modern. good food at restaurant. Great service. On the negative side: One elevator was not working the whole week. This led to much load on the other elevators and long waiting times.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Room large and comfortable. Restaurant meal we had was perfect. Easy to get to and from town on tram route 12.

The hotel itself is excellent. Location could be better if you are looking for quick access to tourist areas. Great price.

New, Modern, Comfortable, Close to the Polytechnic of Milan and two nearby train stations.

Very nice facility with friendly staff and very clean rooms. It was very well maintained and they were helpful in helping us navigate the city. The breakfast was very good and the had a lot of varieties of food to choose from. Our dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the service was outstanding.

Very nice hotel - but located a bit too far from the city centre

Room wasn’t spacious enough for 3 people , service was disappointing , breakfast was the same always with few options and room lightings was awful we could barely see each other . I won’t certainly go back there

The tv in the room did not work properly it kept going off line and unusable

Enjoyed my stay. The staff are really helpful and will try to accommodate all requests. Although the hotel is located away from Central, transportation routes are easily accessible. Can’t fault the hotel overall.

Nice hotel with very friendly and genuin service. The hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was good but unfortunately it was only on the last day we were informed that one could order pancakes and omelettes to be included in the breakfast.
