Check in was very easy. The staff is lovely and polite. I am a bit rusty on my French but they were very gracious about it.

Had a great couple of relaxing days in Biarritz- great food, lovely beaches. Staff at the hotel were great & within an afternoon remembered our room number. We only ate dinner but the octopus for me was lovely & my husband loved his steak.

Hotel is nice with great views (if you have front room facing the sea as we had). If arriving by car, you can not drive to hotel. you have to park in very tight and deep underground parking with two flights of stairs to carry luggage (after the elevator!). Location is very good in the center of the city.

Although the weather was mixed the hotel location was perfect to explore this unusual corner of France. The room had gorgeous sea views and a large balcony. The shower was fantastic and the lighting and other touches like a basque pastry were very enjoyable. Would stay again when we return to Biarritz!

This boutique hotel is a gem!!. The rooms were beautiful and loved our ocean view. The restaurant and bar had great service and food. Staff at hotel very friendly. Maude at the front desk was so sweet and helped with dinner reservations and other things to make our trip memorable. We hope to return in the future.

Great location with a fantastic restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The check in is awkward as it’s in the restaurant area but not a big deal overall a good stay.

From the minute, we walked in the hotel every staff member treated us kindly and with a smile. The front desk staff were great for making reservations and organizing taxis. The room overlooking the main beach and ocean, along with the lighthouse in the distance was perfect to relax with, while sitting in your room on downtime. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

We booked the suite, terrace for three nights. The location is fantastic, walking distance to restaurants/cafes/shops etc including the beach which can be seen from the balcony. The outlook is simply amazing. The balcony off our suite was really big. With 2 comfortable lounges and 2 lay down deck chairs, lots of cushions. The best place to take in the suns rays. The suite was super comfortable as well with lounge and TV. Separate bedroom with king bed, TV and a large bathroom and shower. The suite is well presented. Breakfast was beautiful every morning, staff are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. I would most definitely stay here again. 5 stars from me. Excellent!!!!

Excellent, very friendly and cozy hotel. The stunning ocean view, very friendly and professional staff. We spent an absolutely wonderful week here without any problems or inconveniences.

Brilliant hotel where we enjoyed a spectacular view from a beautifully designed and large room. Everything in the room was equipped with the guest in mind (lovely smelling toiletries, gowns, proper hangers and storage space etc) with added bonus of the toilet being separate from the bathroom. Slept peacefully with window open to soft sound of the waves - bliss. Service outstanding from friendly staff. Definitely will return.

This hotel should be 3 star ,poor customer service, the rooms are really small not to mentioned the issued with the hot water.

The hotel was really helpful with the local parking instructions and was amazed that as I emerged from the underground parking, the hotel was literally there.
The hotel provides all you will need, hotel, bar and restaurant with fantastically prepared food.
We had a room with a sun terrace and a view of the bay.
Room was exceptionally clean and well stocked.
Staff helpful at all times and nothing seemed to be too much.

This is a lovely property in a great location. It has direct access to the beach, Our rooms had an unrestricted view of the ocean. We ate dinner in their restaurant and it was excellent.

A fantastic Hotel, we took a room with a Balcony at the front of the hotel and were blessed with great weather. There is parking under the area in front of the hotel at €14 a day.

I could not rate this hotel more highly, staff so nice, arrived in rain early, it was kindly suggested we wait in the bar and we would be let know if the room was available before 4pm, checking. It was snd much appreciated. Sea view stunning. Beds and pillows prob my favourite hotel ever. Location excellent. Can I go back please.

We had an AMAZING stay in this hotel! What a view from our window, a dream. It has been refurbished to a high standard, and most of the decoration (lamps, cushions, ...) is from a stylish local shop on top of it. The ladies at reception were all very friendly. The breakfast is definitely to be tried, it is worth the extra price with high-quality food and plenty of options; no waste as you can choose your preferences. We also enjoyed having a drink every eve at the bar, it was our little ritual before going out for dinner.

There was no air conditioning in our room and we could not sleep. We asked to change rooms and they wouldnt accommodate us. We paid $500 for that room and they offered us nothing- not even a fan! Would not come back here.
