Just loved this property. Mint condition, excellent service and breakfast. Rooms were very nice and big. We had rooms that were connected with its own washrooms. Easy parking options.

Overall, I had a very nice stay at NH Padova. The hotel is a 15-minute walk or 8-minute bus ride from the Padova train station. There is also a direct bus that connects from the train station to the Venice Marco Polo airport. The room was large, clean, and quiet. Contrary to others who find the hotel "dated," I was satisfied with the interior. The complimentary breakfast was expansive, with a beautiful 12th-storey view over the city. My only dissatisfaction was with the check-in. Although there were seven people behind the counter, only one, Luca, was helping guests, who had formed a line. Luca was doing a cheerful, efficient job, but I wondered why no one else seemed to be helping.

Of all the hotels that I have been, this hotel has got to be the quietest I have ever stayed in. My room is right next to the elevator but I didn’t have a problem. I heard people talking briefly but that was it. As for the transportation, the hike to the train station was only 12 minutes, if you’re a fast walker like me.

I liked to be in this hotel, the only I notice was that it needs to be remodulated. Staff professional, breakfast excellent!

Excellent experience. Extremely comfortable. Friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. We’ve stayed in Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Venice hotels as well and this is our favorite.

I did not like the hotel, outdated design and feeling that it is not maintained. The water flow in the shower is weak. The breakfast is very basic but good

Overall it was positive. The Expedia rate was better than they were willing to offer in person by a large margin. Great room very clean. Not a great part of town.

The rooms are large for Europe but the hotel has not been well maintained and the staff are unable to address issues as they arise on-site. Booked a connecting family room but the air conditioner was broken in both rooms. It took three hours and a significant amount of arguing to be moved. There were issues with the shower and blow dryer in both of the new rooms. In addition, the air conditioner did not work in one of the new rooms either so we were given a fan. We asked to cancel our reservation given they were unable to provide us the rooms we booked but they refused. It was so bad that despite having paid for the week, we left and paid for an additional hotel in Lake Garda. Do not recommend staying here.

Good value for the money

My room was ready when I arrived prior to check in time, which is great after traveling. Very attentive staff.

This is a business hotel, not for tourism. Far from everything. Wifi is suck, slow and difficult to connect. Sometimes the signal is totally lost. Standard room is not big, but okay.

The room was clean and large . Hotel was an easy 15 minute walk from train station and 20 minute walk to the Eremitani museum and the Scrovegni Chapel. Which I recommend seeing. Check in and out was fast and all staff were very helpful.

Nicer hotel than expected. They had a small "welcoming station". Room comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to train station; 25 min walk to the Basilica of St. Anthony.

The slowest free Wi-Fi I have ever encountered! House cleaner shew no respects to personal belongings! Thumbs down!

OK hotel located approximately 10 minutes from the old town. OK stay during conference. For vacation, I would recommend staying in a hotel in the old town.

Decent hotel with great terrace and tasty breakfast.

The hotel is well kept, staff very friendly. Parking was available. However it cost ten euros every time you come in and out. Location is a 15 minute walk to dinner outside of the hotel. Pet friendly is at a cost of 20€ ok. Amenities in the room are basic, instant coffee and tea. Internet connection was spotty due to weather.

New property close to the Fair

I had booked this place for its proximity to the university and the reviews about breakfast quality. Upon my arrival at 1am (after an international flight) I was told that my room was unavailable and therefore would have to stay 2 out of 4 nights in some other hotel next to the freeway, a 16-Euro taxi ride away. Only half of the necessary rides (2 out of 4) were covered by the hotel. I was upgraded to a suite for the remaining 2 nights, but the damage was done. The hotel really pinches pennies and is very flexible. For example, my question if they could do a soft-boiled egg for me at breakfast caused a major stir and after much deliberation and discussion about the meaning of a soft-boiled egg in Italian, I was told that such an "extra" was not included in the fee for a breakfast. Meanwhile a pile of uneaten hard-boiled eggs was sitting there, so that someone in the kitchen had to be familiar with the concept of boiling an egg; the latter would usually be no problem in any 1-star hotel to order, let alone a supposed 4-star property. The fitness room was positively dirty and some equipment not fully functional. I cannot really recommend this property.

Excellent facility with great customer service

Had to change 2 times from room during my stay. Card reader on the door wasn’t working, then they gave me another room but the light and electricity was not working there. Finally I then got another room where everything was ok.

This is really more of a business hotel I think. Clean and comfortable but very cookie-cutter. The parking was not simple- you needed to validate your ticket at reception every time you wanted to leave despite being a daily rate. It’s a reasonable walk into the city centre, but it was a bit tricky finding our way back at night.

Air conditioning in the room did not work in the two nights of stay. The hotel said there was nothing wrong with it an offered a ventilator fan. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed for five days as we were moving out if our house and had our cats and tons of belongings in tow. The rooms were big enough for the whole family (5, 3 teens) and the cats, and everyone on staff was polite and accommodating. Only downside is that parking can be a little scarce at night, so get home early.
