We have stayed here multiple times. This time we brought our dogs and were next to the outside door on the first floor. That was convenient, however, there were bugs in the bathroom, the hot water was barely warm, and the housekeeping didn’t take the trash or replenish the coffee cups.
The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The lighting wasn’t as good , but other than that everything else was excellent.

One of our 3 rooms had toilet issues. We notified the desk clerks on Fri, (our 2nd day) and we were told that Maintenance doesn't work on the weekend. We had to use the ice bucket to add water to the bowl in order to flush the toilet...
Another room had mold in the shower and no hot water. This couple was later transfered to another room, with an upgrade.

Very musty odor in our room. Got down for breakfast around 8:30, almost all the hot food was gone, very little to choose from. Overall disappointing stay, probably would not come back.

The staff was fun and accommodating. The air conditioner was turned off when we walked into the room and it had a little bit of a smell.

The carpet on the floors left your feet filthy. The receipt i was sent did not match with what Expedia charged me. I asked front desk about it and they told me to contact expedia, but of course could find no phone number listed for Expedia.

Older room that needs update. Carpet really needs to be cleaned and smelled like someone had been smoking pot in the room. Quiet location was nice but time to spend some bucks updating

This hotel is nice but pretty outdated and in need of a facelift. It's clean but just older. It would have been nice to know that the pool and hot tub were out of order. I chose this hotel specifically for those amenities.

This Property has an amazing Staff, very easy to work with and accommodating. The facilities themselve are a bit wornout and the tubs are small and not relaxing but clean and very nice. A nice quiet bar inside would bring this location to the top. Thank you all for making my night! It was great.

Took my young son and his friend for a small spring break get away. Got there and the pool was being worked on. Get to the room and the tv wasn't working. Finally found out pool wouldn't be ready until the next day. Even though I had paid through Hotels.com, the hotel charged again. I elected to check out that evening. James, the gentleman seemingly working alone, was extremely professional and apologetic. He even tried to get the tv to work and offered to put us in another room. But the in-door pool was the reason we were there for the one night. They refunded the second charge. James had the manager on speaker phone and she said she would explain the details to Hotels.com. to see if I could be refunded with them too. Hasn't happened yet. That was 3 days ago. I'll check ahead next time. :)

Lodging wasn't tooo bad. Furniture needs updating plus there was no soap in the shower or bathroom at all.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast the first morning could have been better (biscuits and potatoes were both very over baked) but otherwise good. The second breakfast was excellent. The only thing we noticed was the toilet tissue dispenser in our room was not installed properly and was about to come off again. You could see it had been put on at least twice before. It needed expansion hardware for sheetrock but only had screws. Needs to be repaired properly. Otherwise the stay was very satisfactory. We loved the room, pool and fitness facilities. We will be back. Very nice hotel!

Arrived in afternoon . Room wasn’t ready. Not enough towels and no soap to wash hands and no hand lotion or anything else on countertop.
I even found a cockroach when I went to iron my clothes . Room temperature was higher than 90. We were burning in . We had to turn AC and set it to the lowest value. We finally got some decent temperature in the morning .
Breakfast wasn’t as good as it has been in other Hamptons
