An amazing experience! Definitely go if your looking for a good balance of relaxation and fun activities. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. This resort had great drinks along with fun classes and group activities.

I liked everything about the property. Right from the moment you check in . Fernandina is the girl who works with expedia and she hooked me up with exculsove dinner restaurants each night. The aervice at the room within the villas offered by antonio and chris were the best. They shared theiir whatsapp and always provided me the scheduke every morning . The services at gaucho, capricio and Helios were top notch. Marisol was Mazing with her massage. The services at the athlletic center was amazing. Everywherre you went , they smiled . I would hghly recommend this place to anyone for peaceful relaxation. Everyone goes beyond their limits to help people . Also, i have seen extremely rude guests and the service was still delivered with a smile. They are truly a testimoney of good Service.

The property was very spread out and walking around was rather burdensome. There also seemed to be a lot of things closed for renovations and may add-on's for a change that was not marketed very well. But aside form that the resort was beautiful, clean, great staff who was very accommodating and professional at all times. Had a wonderful trip and would recommend to others.

Fernando and Carlos in villa 69 Were amazing ! Really helpful and always there when we needed them for something. Made sure our stay was relaxing and great!

The concierge we had his service was horrible. I asked for an iron. It’s been three days. I have still not received it trying to make reservations at the restaurants could not follow through.

The staff was amazing, and great food options across all of the properties. My only complaint is that we booked through Expedia, and were supposed to have had a resort credit and a bottle of sparking, neither of which we received.

Food was fantastic.

TRS staff was beyond wonderful, everyone seemed to enjoy their job and knew the ins and outs of the property. The staff made the trip, they continued to make sure we were having a good time and they constantly remembered my partners birthday and our names! We had an E butler which was great and you can order room service on the TV which was epic. The food was okay, but that’s to be expected in an all inclusive resort. The pool is wonderful and there are lots of activities, although there is no hot tub unless you go to the spa. The beach is RIGHT THERE but it is very rocky and the waves were crazy so we didn’t go in. I would recommend the property as it was relaxing and everyone was kind. The facilities were a little out dated but hey that’s every hotel!

This place was nice and the idea for a luxury experience is there but the execution just wasn’t top tier. Our tv in our room was malfunctioning from day 1 no one ever came to fix it after three complaints. The AC stopped working for 2 days and the humidity was unbearable. The food at many of the restaurants across the resort kept coming out cold and just wasn’t safe to eat. They don’t take food safety nearly as serious as other resorts I’ve been too. The drivers who transport you around were pretty snippy at times overall it’s a really nice place but the service could be a lot better. Our butler was amazing and really went out of her ways to compensate for some of the other hiccups. She decorate our room for my wife’s birthday, delivered complimentary champagne, decorated our tables at each restaurant I mean she was the best. Her name was Veronica and when I tell you she was the best I mean without her I would have probably left earlier . This place needs 10 more Veronica’s. Also there were men surrounding all of the beaches and pools trying to sell drugs which just seemed unsafe I think the management should stop these men from approaching guests it really made my wife uncomfortable. They weren’t aggressive but were constantly calling us from the pool or approaching offering vapes and drugs. This is a beautiful place but it needs updates and a refresh on customer service training. Also the membership pitch is really aggressive and should be handle better.

TRS Yucatan is a 10/10 resort. The staff was amazing and so kind. They provided excellent customer service. There are so many options of food and restaurants to choose from. The resort is so big that we were not able to explore all of it in 4 days. We got the jacuzzi suite and our room was amazing. This resort is definitely worth the money. The entire resort is so luxurious and classy. I highly recommend this to anyone going to Tulum.

Don't buy into the black wristband VIP experience Aug 2024 Worst resort stay l've ever had. Was charged for services never delivered. Reservations made at check in were not honored. When our resos were changed at the times of the events we had to pay more for upgrades. Butler service was non responsive, they supposedly worked until 11pm but were gone by 10:30. All communication is through What's App otherwise they don't care about your verbal requests. When bringing up the issues to supervisors Emilio and Miguel they promised us it would be fixed and they would make it right or compensate us. But when check out came they handed us a huge bill and refused to help us because of all of our problems. If you are hungry between 3-6pm don't bother eating at a restaurant they are all closed besides the bar and grill with l server and barely any seating or the small grill by the pool where food has been sitting out all day. Don't bother with the "Romantic Dinner" beachside. Bugs 6:53 53, TRS Yucatan Hotel and mosquitoes are so bad especially after it rains all day, then when we asked if they could bring us to an inside venue with our meal they agreed. When it was time to eat, they said they couldn't accommodate and sat us in the middle of a restaurant that looked like a cafeteria with the main menu and not our lobster and steak that we paid for in our VIP package. When it came time to check out everyone gave us a bill and said they wouldn't compensate us for all the distress.

Amazing experience

Exceptional Stay! A Slice of Paradise! This was my second time visiting TRS Catan Hotel, but my first time traveling solo, and I felt very safe and well taken care of. I would definitely do it again! The property is simply stunning and meticulously maintained. Everything is always spotless, which truly adds to the luxury feel of the experience. The customer service is fantastic. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your every wish and need, showing incredible thoughtfulness in every detail, even placing your slippers by the bedside for turndown service. The drinks are always flowing, and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend starting your day with breakfast at Ladalia and making reservations at the Japanese restaurant for dinner – just be sure to book early! The butlers are the cherry on top, always ready to assist and make your stay even more enjoyable. I love that there’s a cart service available to take you anywhere you need around the resort. The TRS section being adults-only is a fantastic feature, especially for those traveling without kids. It’s so nice to enjoy a peaceful environment with fellow adults. I have nothing but praise for this place. It’s truly fantastic, and I’m already thinking of making this an annual trip. Highly recommended!

Always happy to help and very fluent in English they helped me find a cable to charge my camera that I couldn’t believe they had on site! the TRS Yucatan hotel is 5/5 staff is great rooms are modern and clean, the pictures that are shown don’t do this place justice it’s a breath taking resort I will be making a more in depth video on how amazing this resort was one my quest to find the best resorts around the world!

This was our first time staying at the TRS Hotel and it was amazing. From the moment we checked in until we checked out we had nothing but great service. Juan Pablo in the lobby was extremely helpful telling us about the resort and different services offered. He made us feel welcomed every time we walked to the lobby. Both of our mayordomos Cristian and Antonio were great throughout our entire stay. Everything in our room was excellent and we were so impressed with the cute details left by room service. Me and was wife would walk in to roses on the bed and fruit or chocolate covered strawberries after dinner. I also wanted to thank Fernanda from check in for setting up a beautiful table for me and my wife for when we watched the CHIC show. My wife loved it! We will definitely be back to TRS Yucatan! It was one of the best experiences we had on vacation! This is the best hotel for an adult getaway and will definitely recommend to all of our friends!

Great property for my first ever vacation just like it has its upside it has its downside but is the bad side so much that I want come back absolutely not

I liked that even though the property was big there was always shuttles to take you around the resort. We were treated very well at the TRS. Especially by our butlers Veronica and Eric. And our Expedia rep Fernanda. These 3 elevated our trip experience and really made it a memorable time for me and my group. TRS and their staff did an outstanding job.

The staff was very helpful in particular, Fernanda. Throughout our stay, she made us feel welcome with many gestures of thoughtfulness.

Terrible customer service.

Everything is super clean, really green and the staff is nice and helpful with everything/anything you need assistance with. The butlers always make great recommendations and the food and drinks in all the places we ate was outstanding. Will highly recommend to anyone, who wants to stay at a luxury all inclusive.
