A perfect hotel if You want to be within walking distance for most of main attractions in Firence. The included breakfast is good with both cold, sweet and warm dishes. My room, and the hotel overall, is clean and the staff is very nice and compliant. My criticism about hotel is the very slow and small elevator and that every morning I was woken up by noises in the corridor outside the room, probably due to caretakers storage facility close to my room. BUT this is a very small thing because I was going up at 08 o clock anyway. As a solo traveler I had more issues with that there were no english channel on TV. I missed that a lot during late evenings. But overall a very nice hotel and very clean room close to everything you will ever need in Firence: attractions, A LOT of restaurants and cafes, grocerys stores and meeting points (for journeys outside Firence). I can recommend this hotel to everyone and if I return to Firence, I will stay here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect and it's a lovely lobby. However, when we got into the room, it was excessively hot. We thought it just needed time for the AC to kick in. After an hour with no change, we called the desk and they assured us it was fine and they could control it from their end. I stressed to them that I suffer from SEVERE asthma and the heat was going to trigger that and make me sick. They said they understood and the AC would be on "shortly." A few hours later and nothing changed. When I went to talk to the front desk again, by this time it was the night staff who said oh the AC is broken in our room and they did not have another room to move us to, but they gave us a fan. I was so sick from the heat and my asthma. We were only staying one night. When i went to check out the next day, i was SHOCKED that they did not even offer to give a reduction or anything. When i asked them about it, they seemed suprised and said they needed to speak to the manager. 30 minutes later they did come back with 30%. While it was appreciated, the whole ordeal was really dangerous to my health and disappointing about their seemingly lack of care.

Amazing stay! Close to everything 5 minute walk to train,duomo and anything you would want to see. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Will recommend this to anyone looking for a great luxury stay

Great location and nice accommodations but avoid the extras. They said they would arrange transportation but they quoted 109 euros when Uber was 68 euros and they charged 7 euros for a Coke.

An amazing hotel with an excellent complimentary breakfast located conveniently near the Duomo in Central Florence. A must stay whenever you are in Tuscany.

Perfect location! The front desk staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, especially Myrna and her colleague during breakfast. My only disappointment was that the a/c in the room was not working. When you are walking around the city in a 100 degree weather, you want to get to a room that does not make you sweat more than being outside. I sweat even after showering and while sleeping. The non-working a/c in the room was the only downfall during my visit to Florence.
