This Hyatt was very, very nice. Good service and attentiveness. The bar restaurant was nice, food was good. Rooms were comfortable, only downfall was the highway noise, next time will request a room away from the highway.

This hotel is completley acceptable.. Bed was comfortable, room was large. BUT it was so exceptionally beige and bland.
I chose a Hyatt property hoping to have a somewhat nicer experience than the typical rural interstate-adjacent beige box. The furnishings, finishes, and lighting are no better than an entry level builder-grade home, badly staged.
If you need a clean and spacious place to stay with friendly staff this is great. But if you want a hotel to contribute to your emotional well-being, (I do) keep looking.
I hope Hyatt will take a look at the cool archtecture and design around Bentonville and up their interiors game here.

Did not like that they say they open at 7 am for breakfast then do not open till 7:30 and when they did open they did not have big spoons or forks to retrieve the food from the warmer containers.

We arrived late during storms and had a great nights sleep. Room was clean and front desk was great at check in and check out.

Was a great quick trip. My wife, three kids, and I came to town for a concert. We were really only in the hotel to sleep, but it was really nice, comfortable, and clean.

The hotel was clean, safe, had easy parking and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. The buffet had eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast and a few muffins. The staff started putting the breakfast items away about 10-15 minutes before breakfast was over.

Room was good, quite comfy. Took me a bit to find the blackout curtains tucked back behind the sheers. I would recommended that someone oil the hinge in the bathroom door in room 409.

Our stay was great! Only a couple of things were less than perfect: the indoor pool was freezing to the point that we couldn’t swim in it, and when we checked in the young man that checked us in lied to me, I am handicapped and I don’t like to make a big deal about it but I really need to be close to the elevator or in a handicapped room on the first floor, I have a very bad back anyways he told us that we were right next to the elevators when we got to the room we were across the hall from the service elevator and next to the stairs! In other words we were the farthest from the elevators that he could place us. I still loved the rooms and our stay was great but no one likes being lied to. So from now on I will check when visiting my daughter to make sure I am not lied to again! Sorry for the rant one bad apple kind of ruined it for all the other exceptional workers at your hotel!

We were in town to visit relatives so the hotel was very convenient. The hotel its self was just ok. We could hear people in the next room talking through the walls at night. And the noise from the interstate was disturbing as well. Our tub didn’t drain. I told the front desk and maintenance came right away and fixed it. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again but would ask for a room on the front side of the hotel.

We stayed here the night of the tornadoes in Rogers. The hotel made everyone feel safe in the lower part of the hotel. It's clean but books up fast when events are in town! Great location.

The hotel had plumbing issues and moved us to a sister hotel. We were staying with our baseball teams families. I paid for 2 queen beds with sofa pull out. We were moved to a single queen room with a sofa pullout. I wasn’t compensated for a smaller room, no swimming pool, and wasn’t willing to find us another hotel compatible. All they said was they hated they had plumbing issues and sorry I felt it was an issue.
