The TV was very small, the couch was uncomfortable, the pull out bed from the couch looked extreme old and had no sheet on it, there was ants everywhere, the jacuzzi bath tube did not work, the A/C had mold in it, and the pool was closed due to unable to pass inspection. Also, its been over a week and I have not recieved my security deposit back.

Hotel wasn't clean. As soon as I came through the front door the hotel had a stench. I wanted to take a shower but the wash cloth was stained and dirty.

Do not recommend this hotel if you have kids or even young children. Bugs all over the floor and sofa , tub is broken , handle for the water completely came out. Walls are dirty. I checked out as quick as I could.

As with any hotel, there are always some small things that can improve. That said I would still give this hotel a 4.5. Extremely friendly staff very accommodating and our room which was an efficiency was perfect for our stay. Stay there once before and will definitely stay there again. Clean and very convenient to activities and good dining choices.

I was rather pleased with the stay. For the price paid, it was worth it. I would say if you were looking for a particular breakfast then maybe check with a place that you are staying first. Breakfast is 6-9am. I got down there at 8:40am and there was barely anything left. Packets of oatmeal, bagels and mini muffins. There was a warmer, but everything was empty so i have no idea what was in it. The pancake machine was not functioning at first, but a worker got it going for me. The pancakes were small, so you need like 3-4 of them to make one regular size. It was still good though. Again, it was still all good. I just should have gotten down there earlier. The room was good too. I like more towels in a room with jetted tub, so you have to request more at the front desk. Tub worked great. I look forward to staying here again. No real issue or problems and I like that in a stay when away from home.

Broken phone, broken remote to TV. Was given two remotes, 1 for power and 1 to switch channels. Lamp did not work, and Coffee maker did not work. Baby bottle found in the back of the mattress pressed against the wall on top with liquid from previous guests. I don’t understand how housekeeping didn’t see it.
The Front desk Staff were professional and courteous and did their best to assist when they could.

Place was dirty ,mole in the light ,sofa bed was broken bugs on the bed.they front desk worker is very rude. His name is RAY I Ask him to come check my . room 120. He was very unprofessional. Did not come to check or offer me a different room. Course me and tell me to get out of his face because I tell him I cannot stay in the room. I had to end up book another hotel.

This one-night stay was average, at best. Upon arrival there were men smoking weed outside right by the front door. At check in, the front desk person came out chewing something and barely looked at us or said anything to us. The room was not the cleanest, and the bathroom door did not lock. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lacking and crowded. It closes at 9 a.m. and were out of coffee and other things at 8:45 and would not refill. I am glad we only booked one night. I would not stay there again.

First hotel I walked in and didn’t have to wipe everything down. There was not a piece of dust on anything. I have OCD and always wipe everything in a room from handles and remotes to tables etc. but I felt as though I didn’t need to. Only as a precaution not because of scum on things.

Checked in and the front desk agent was not friendly and took awhile to check me in. Stayed for two nights. Towels were thin, there was a hole on the comforter. The TV did not work. On the second night I tried to calm the front desk to get more towels. No one picked up. Walked to the front desk and there were no available towels; other than a couple of pool towels. There wasn’t any kind of room refresh and to top it off the room was musky and had this damp odor. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rude staff, broken bulbs, dirty couches and water damage ceiling. So many red flags. I called prior to even get there and was hung up on for asking about my reservation. I get there to check in and go to my room it’s a mess towels everywhere unmade beds. I get a new room right next to the old room it smelled like mildew the couch was dirty, light bulbs didn’t work assuming because of the water damage above the light, there was holes in the wash clothes it was just to much. I returned to the front desk and asked for a refund because I wouldn’t be staying there and he refused. I tried to get Expedia to call he refused to answer the phone and stated I don’t work for them.
