In a nutshell, I got the keys at reception, walked into the room with my family and walked straight out and booked another hotel. They then told me I would not be charged and low and behold there is a charge on my credit card.

Bellevue del golf has Friendly staff , but poor quality rooms , the first room they gave my son an was unacceptable. After complaining they gave us larger room , no air.conditioner working , Poor quality beds , and ants and bugs in room We paid for three nites but left after one . This place needs. Lot of work . I request that hotels . Com kindly refund my money .

This place was amazing. The staff were very attentive and had no problem accommodating me and my limited Italian.

Good value for cost and close to airport

This hotel has amazing views. We had a spacious, clean room. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. You can walk down into Capaci or down along the shoreline. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and they offer dinner service.

This hotel need a general overhaul and serious maintenance. For sure in the past was a very nice structure but today shows the advanced age. Anyway rooms are clean and the staff is kind. The view from room balcony is really amazing!

I was in and out after a late arrival at the airport. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful rooms. Very convenient to airport and very driveable (for those of us that are driving in Italy for the first time). Room was very quiet and breakfast was good.

On way to music festival - hotel is a bit rustic but staff are amazing- definitely stay here :-)

The most important hotel's asset is the outlook toward isola delle femmine and the Sferracavallo's harbour. It is really amazing.

When we arrived, tired after a long drive, we were waved away from the on-site free parking by a security guard, who said we couldnt enter the lot because a movie was being filmed there. We drove around confused, in busy traffic, until a different guard told us to park up a hill behind the hotel on a narrow little road, where we had to squeeze in among a bunch of film crew cars. Then we had to lug our bags back to the hotel. The clerk there told us that we could move our car to the hotel lot after the film crew left, but that wouldnt happen until around midnight!! She led us to our room, which was a rather tired efficiency unit way in the back of a separate adjunct building, which required us to weave through pitch-black exterior stairwells and ramps, as there were no exterior lights. The hotel had a pool, but the film crew were set up throughout the public spaces and required silence, so we didnt use it. We were hungry and hoped to eat at the hotels restaurant, but we were told it closed in an hour (at 8pm), and they couldnt accommodate us due to how busy they were. So we walked about 15 minutes into the little town below, where we got a decent meal. We wish the hotel had alerted us in advance, via Expedia, to the fact that a movie crew were dominating the hotel and grounds, so that we could have had the option of staying elsewhere. The hotel itself was clean enough, and the lodging was basic. We paid about double what the hotel now appears to be charging.

Spa is not included in the price, made trouble with check out (we should have brought remote controls to the reception)

We wanted a hotel close to Palermo airport with a pool we could use before we left. The pool area was lovely, the location perfect and staff friendly and nice. The beds weren't that comfortable and not very clean. But it suited our purposes well.

The hotel itself if in a great location on a headland where in the evening the sea breezes are a welcome relief from the daytime summer heat. The food in the restaurant is very good and the buffet dinner was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and the Air conditioning units were nice an quiet. Very easy to walk down into the village for a drink or a meal.

Good value for a family stay, nice bar and pool too. Lovely fish restaurants in Sferracavallo.

The wifi was not accessible from rooms. Only in the lobby. Beds were hard and the rooms are very plain. BUT, they are very friendly and accommodating. The manager spoke decent English and the brought us a microwave to our room (the rooms do not have one). Also, the view is amazing and free breakfast was delicious. Another plus is the 20 foot walk to the bus stop that takes you to Palermo for less than $2 per person.

Very disappointed, but I guess that is what comes with the price. Felt like a college dorm, and there was an overwhelming chemical smell throughout. I would not stay again. Could be good for a family staying on a budget, or a large group of college kids looking for a crash room.

Hotel was ok and staff were friendly but limited English. Bathroom in room too small, my shower dripped continuously. The view from my room was stunning, absolutely beautiful. Swimming pool was closed the whole time I was there (4 days), the water was green. I booked the hotel because it had a pool so not really impressed. Food in hotel restaurant was great and reasonably priced although you don't need to look at menu because nothing they have is on it

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Remote location and the nearby village is less than desirable.

Lovely, we arrived at 7am ( 7 hours before check in) and was showed straight to our room with no problems. Had requested a room with a sea view and thats exactly what we got. We just booked a double room and we got an apartment. It had a kitchen and 3 rooms, slept minimum of four which was more that what we needed. The pool was cleaned daily and looked out over the sea which was lovely. had the pool to ourselves most days. Had lunch in 3 days and ate at the resturant one night when they had a cocktail bar and buffet which was lovely food and a lovely atmosphere. Small village 10 minute walk with lots of resturants to choose from.

Beautiful location. A pleasant surprise for what was an unplanned short stay. Would return to explore the area and use the hotels amenities.

Bus stop to Palermo is located nearby. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Stone beach is nearby. Apartment kitchen was good. Sink, kitchenware, little stove, fridge. Close to airport. Very beautiful scenery.

We just staied one night, so we don't have much to say. Personal is very friendly and helpfull.

You gotta go for the breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Stephano, the manager, was over the top friendly and competent. There was no negative side on this one.

I think they really need to update there rooms. They view of the hotel is awesome & the outside with the music & seat we very good but inside reallt needs help. The people we great but I wouldn't stay they again if the room were not updated.

This was the first hotel that I went to in Palermo. The hotel was amazing for me. My whole family liked it and we would like to take our friends and family next time we go. I like the hotel people, they are friendly. Communication was hard as many of the receptionist speak little English but that's was okay for us as we know little Italian. Overall i likes the hotel and the people and i would go back again to the same hotel.
