The unit was huge, spectacular views up and down the beach. Was there two nights, in 5 attempts didn’t catch reception open once. A bit of a shame because with such a spectacular venue, a little bit of customer service would have been nice. Couldn’t find remote for aircon, couldn’t get anyone to help me so couldn’t cool down.

The unit was spacious, fantastic views and in a great location central to everything, however the appartment was dirty, the fridge was disgusting, the cutlery, bowls and plates were filthy.The bed linen in my daughters room had a stain. This was a real shame and really let the apartment down. We would not stay again which is disappointing, as this would be a great place if cleaned properly

Great location good view from room across to beach, the 1 bedroom apartment was very tired looking needs updating, light in lounge room not working remote to light switch falling apart found glass under bed had been there for awhile,

Good central Surfers location, friendly staff, apartment drab and dated with assorted issues - TV aerial lead and connection to TV broken but given a temporary fix by manager, electronic door was faulty and kept locking us out, telephone wouldn’t work to contact manager, no apartment instruction manual on what to do when problems arise, no evacuation procedures on the back of the door, air-con remote was missing but quickly replaced, no blanket on bed but a horrible old and shabby one was in the wardrobe, no air-con in the bedroom only in the lounge/kitchen. General surfaces were “serviced clean” but whole apartment needs a through clean - especially the shower recess. Adequate but basic accommodation.

Perfect Location to GLink, beach, shops, night markets.

Our spacious apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful break including some of the most magnificent views of the beach. Such a well located building by all the main attractions and shopping.

We have stayed here before. Great price and location. Room was clean and staff were nice. Bed was a little hard. But overall good

Classic sea view from 20th floor, very clean , secured and safe , great location at main beach. Good quality free wifi at all times. But not happy with amenities, very old stuffs , like old showers , wash basins with no mixers and old bathrooms and kitchenette. No premiere cable tv channels like no major sports , entertainment's, movies or netflix etc , we missed world cup cricket matches for three days. Just they have free view like free channel 9's Pricing not that cheap either when compared with other new apartments and hotels near by.

The apartment we were given was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Mould in appliances. Dirt everywhere food left on chairs and benches. Fridge was dirty and mouldy. Bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time . Urine stains on the sheets and mattress. The staff were great in issuing a refund.

The location and view was great! However there was NO housekeeping at all, stayed there for 6 nights, and no one came to clean or check the room, had to go to the reception to ask for towels etc. Even had to throw out our own rubbish from the bins or cleaning charges would have been applied..

Loved the proximity of everything close to the beach; shops cafes we had a great stay and are booking again

Amazing view of the beach from the room that we stayed in. I had specially requested such room. This hotel also has nice facilities like swimming pool, spa, gym and sauna. I had an awesome time staying here. Staffs were also very friendly.

My partner & I stayed at this hotel over 5 nights. We found check in to be hassle free and the staff very helpful. They advised that they had upgraded up to a 2 bedroom apartment which was a nice surprise. Upon entering the room we were pleased with the size of the apartment; very spacious and well equipped. We had spectacular views of the beach. There was an apparent need for repairs as we noticed that few of the light globes had blown and were no longer working, the door and window frames rattled excessively when the winds picked up, chipped tiles in the bathroom and various power outlets not working. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the apartment. On our first night, when climbing into bed, we noticed sand in the sheets, and upon further inspection, what looked to be blood stains. Room service was provided at an additional cost so we took it upon ourselves to wash and dry the sheets (It should also be noted that some amenities, such as toilet paper can be provided at an adittional cost also). The floors were also constantly sticky and wet. This may be due to the humidity, which inadvertently points to poor insulation. Overall, our stay was average. The best part about this hotel was the location. Conveniently situated next to the beach and a stone throw away from Cavill Avenue. If you are looking for comfort, I would shy away from this establishment. If affordability and accessibility are your requirements, then this would definitely be worth a look.

The view from the 13th floor room along the beach was just awesome. Staff at the desk warm and welcoming. Rooms clean, tidy and exceeded our expectations.

Lovely unit right beside the mall and beach. Hotel quick to deal with any issues we had. Lovely pool.

As said nice view but was disappointed as our room phone or aircon wasn't working & read had foxtel but wasn't told only few Chanel's & no movies as it was a package, so I guess for the price we got a lovely view but wasn't to happy about couple of those small extras
