This one bedroom Villa that we stayed in was pretty comfortable. Good size bed though mattress a little hard. TV and wifi worked well and good availability of powerpoints/ boards. The toilet and shower were both outdoors which was a bit hard at night time. Bar fridge topped up daily but unfortunately only coke, lemonade and beer. Afternoon tea daily was included in our stay and that was nice- included juice or hot drinks. Breakfast was also included. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant and food was fresh and tasty-meals on the small side. The villa pool was very nice. Staff were amazing and very helpful.
The only downside was an onsite wedding the first night which kept us awake after travelling from Australia. And the Villa next door was being refurbished so a lot of noise during the day which made it hard to relax in the pool. Location is great- walking distance to shops and beach as well as Bali Collection.

Our stay at Kayumanis was relaxing and lovely - just what we needed after "roughing" it in Raja Ampat. The villa was perfect, the landscaping beautiful, and we loved (and took advantage of) the in-villa dining/room-service options. The walk to the beach club was easy and there's a path along the beach if you want to get your steps in/check out the other dining options around the resort. We also took advantage of the spa, and the massages we received were amazing. One last note - their in room cookies are sooooo good.

It is very calm, private and refreshing place. The staffs were very kind and the room was clean. I would love to visit Bali and stay here again.

Staff and accommodation were excellent. Yuyuan and Liau in the spa were fantastic and we had the best spa of all our trips overseas. Thanks to all for a great time and the lovely birthday cake for my wife.

We stayed here and at the Ubud property. Both were absolutely amazing! Villas are beautiful - with good sized private pools and outside showers that feel like you are in your own private paradise. Staff are extremely accommodating and everyone was so nice! Food was excellent - whether served in our villa or at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great service and good cleanliness of the entire villa. The place is very well kept. Working staffs are friendly and helpful. Mini bar, fruits and cookies are replenished daily; their cookies are very tasty! Breakfast is good, great variety, in room dining from the restaurant is also quality food. Only thing they may want to improve is the afternoon tea, too many sweet items, could include some savoury items. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely go back.

Extraordinary.
From the moment they pick you up at the airport, know that you will be well taken care of. Breakfasts are included and amazing - you'll never go hungry with the options they let you have. The staff are so well trained we felt pampered. We've never had this level of attention to detail. We had a great honeymoon.
They go above and beyond. 10/10 would come back to Bali and will only consider this resort.

We had a wonderful time at the Kayumanis Nusa Dua Villa. Through communication pre-arrival, meeting us at the airport - until our departure - without exception - every one of their staff was friendly, attentive and skilled at what they did. Exceptional service. Our Villa was very comfortable. We had a lovely plunge pool - that was larger than expected - I also liked biking to the beach, which was clean and the water was lovely. We were impressed with our breakfasts - and loved the dinners in the Italian restaurant. Delicious.

Great stay from start to finish. Food and breakfast were also stellar. Everything was as pictured and the staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be for a better A/C system. But overall, great stay before our venture to Ubud.

Amazing, amazing, amazing - this is the least I can say about the hotel. From the time we landed until the time we got dropped off to the airport, we were treated as royalties. They went over and beyond to make us feel happy.

Excellent villa condition and best people. I made a lot of unforgettable memories with my family.
The private pool(1.5m) was quite large and surrounded with beautiful trees that provide shelter from sunlight. The butler service was super responsive and kind.
It takes 7-8min walk to the beach, and there is a small shower+toilet in the private passage to the beach. The beautiful and calm beach was not crowded.

Villa and private pool was lovely. Staff were amazing. Some of the soft furnishing in the breakfast area need repairing as they are tattered and bring down the feel of the place-a quick and easy fix

It was beautiful. You're in the middle of a city, but you would never know it. It feels like you're in woods with a small path that pops out at the beach. If you are looking to get away from it all without actually getting away from it all this is the place

I loved the privacy of our villa but we also loved the option of going out to mingle with other guests. Room service was amazing, the food was amazing and the people were so accommodating. The beaches are clean and the water is clear.

1. Huge villa with large pool
2. Free shuttle to places within Jimbaran and Nusa Dua areas. Free airport return transfer.
3. Decent selection of alarcarte breakfast. You can order all from the menu. Decent afternoon tea (free).
4. TV comes with HD channels.
5. Great hospitality. All our requests were met.
6. 7 minutes walk to Nusa Dua Beach. There is small beach club from the hotel to set up lounge chair for you.
7. There is a few 5 stars hotel along the beach. It’s convenient to dine there.
What can be improved:
1. There is only one hand washbasin. His and her basin prefers.
2. Less amenities with only toothbrush and shower cap.

Girlfriend and I stayed 7 nights during November. We stayed in Villa Waru and has our own private pool, bedroom, outdoor bathroom and separate lounge dinner.
The villas as perfect and it’s the small touches and staff that turn this resort into a something special. Would go back in a heartbeat. Nusa Dua is also the perfect setting. Own down side is being on the wrong side of the island to see the Bali sun set.

Each villa is completely separated and hard to meet other visitors. Breakfast is incredibly best. Im very sure that it is much better than any other restaurant.
All the things are nice and 100% want to revisit.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Very private. Hardly saw another person. Staff were so accommodating to our every need. Can’t rate the service highly enough. Quite a secluded location, away from the more “family friendly” side of Nusa Dua but still only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Food is also worth a mention! Delicious!!

I would highly recommend kayumani nusa dua to everyone. The hospitality is second to None. They are so attentive and kind. Nothing was too difficult. They met every request. This was simply the best hotel/resort I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in hundreds of them. The service was always very pleasant and helpful. The resort as a whole was beautiful. And we were so impressed with our private villa and pool. The food was always delicious too. We really liked the ability to take the free bikes to the beach. I also think the price was pretty fair, this would be over a thousand dollars per night in the US. If I had one minor complaint, it would be that the bed was a little hard. But not enough for me to dock scores. Will definitely stay here again if returning to Bali. Keep up the amazing service!!

The only small area I had a problem with was the WiFi. At times it was extremely slow and almost unusable. A very minor issue and certainly did not spoil our stay which was perfect.

I liked everything. It was amazing. It was absolutely brilliant. The staff were brilliant and the car service was just wow. The respect and knowing us by name was just out of this world.

We were treated like the hotel’s family members and everyone was so friendly and professional. All of our requests were dealt with efficiently. We felt the staff were constantly communicating guests’ info and they often went beyond to just make our stay comfortable and stress-free. The villa we stayed was spacious and sunny. We didn’t want to leave there and will definitely return soon.

Restaurant is poor, service is bad, they employ kids that have no training or supervision.

Location of villa was very near the beach, a 5min walk at most. Villa itself was fantastic with spacious rooms and a private pool to match. Staff service was also excellent with daily breakfast sent and setup right at your doorstep. Staff very super duper friendly and their command of English was great as well, helped ease communications. Ideal for couples, and our experience was enhanced with goodies given as we told them we were on our honeymoon. For details of the goodies, couples need to find out themselves. hahaha.. Definitely recommended for anybody who wants to head to Bali for a holiday.

We had a lovely stay. The staff are professional, attentive, friendly and warm. The accomodation was clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone wanting a 5 star experience.
