Breathless, beautiful grounds & well kept, friendly, helpful & Pura Vida for sure. From the minute I arrived I was greeted by Leonardo & Adrian the professionalism, happy, polite, the welcome drink, all amazing, great customer service. The pictures don’t do justice, it’s even better in person. Wonderful breakfast done perfectly by Elizar hope I spelled it right. She made my eggs exactly how I like them well done. Delicious. All kind of different choices and mimosa yummy. Andy, Kevin, Mariella, Dilan, Nathaly, Nancy, Deiner amazing on top of their game. Always refilling and ready to serve without asking and always a smile on their face. Great job. Then we have Sylvia very down to earth, friendly, helpful and great customer service and great help with excursions. I drove her crazy with questions before I got there but not once did she get upset, she simply answered all questions asked with no issues. When went out the room and walked all around, went to the beach & we felt safe and had a great time. Everything is right there best place to stay. When we got back to the room there was a picture from our excursion with a beautiful professional letter waiting for us on the bed. It was beautiful from Sylvia. My heart & soul was so happy. The dinners every night at Jardin was delicious if I could have lick the plate I would of that’s how good. Wow blown away.The beach is right across the street and all the stores, delicious places to eat if you like, very good Gelatin. Must come here

Overall Jardín Del Eden is very, very nice. The rooms were a little outdated but the property was well kept and beautiful. The beach area was a little unkempt but still beautiful as well. The beach side bar had off hours and the drinks were not nearly as good as the main bar. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The food was outstanding and better than almost every place in town. Our group felt the drinks were a little pricey but that is all of Tamarindo it seems.

Our stay came with free breakfast and 3 course meal for dinner. The dinner dishes were delicious. The drinks were great. Close and walkable to other hotels, dining, and shopping, but the hotel is quiet and doesn't feel like you're in the middle of everything. The ocean views were great. The room is a little outdated but had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. There is private beach access with a bar, which was also pretty quiet considering the location. There are 2 parking areas for cars. The drive up to the hotel is not paved. Overall, we loved our stay -- it was quiet, adults only, friendly staff, delicious food and drinks, location, excursions, activities. Just a perfect relaxing place.

Had a blast!!!

We loved our stay there. We had a room with a large bathroom plus a garden terrace and an outside hot tub. Very private and the hot tub was a great way to start and end the day. Breakfast and dinner were provided and there were good options every day. The walk to the beach was on the property except for the quick walk across the main street. Very nice small pool on the beach property and the ocean was just a few feet away. The main pools near the restaurants were very nice. The gardens on the property were well-kept. The staff all had wonderful attitudes and made it an enjoyable stay. I want to go back soon.

This hotel was amazing! The staff are incredibly kind & helpful. Breakfast & dinners were included in the rate & absolutely delicious. Pools were amazing and loved having private access to the beach. The room was spacious & smelled so good. They also had daily wellness classes like yoga, sound healing, and breathwork. We also got an amazing massage at the spa. The tour desk is very helpful as well and set us up on some really fun excursions where transportation and lunch were included. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a great time!

My stay was excellent. All staff was accommodating, friendly and professional. They met my needs in any way and made me feel safe, especially being the only female solo guest at the time. I would come back for sure!

This was the most incredible experience my family has had. The staff was so helpful with everything from our stay, food, and tours. Silvia was excellent in helping us with our tours and getting around town. The food was excellent and plentiful. The grounds are beautiful and we loved the beach pool/bar area. It was the perfect place to enjoy the beach with shade as needed. Be sure to see Kevin for your bar needs! The town was a fun place and all shops were accommodating and helpful. This was a definite paradise for us all and we can’t wait to come back to enjoy Jardin del Eden and Costa Rica.

The food and the hotel staff were excellent.

It was exactly what we needed. Quiet, restful, wonderful food, and the staff was amazing. If there is any type of negative, the road leading to the resort could use some attention. Most likely not their issue but it is essentially a dirt road. Overall, highly recommend this resort.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful nights at this property. The property is beyond beautiful, the photos does not do it enough justice. The staff is amazing and friendly and the options for breakfast and dinner which are included by the way are endless. If you are thinking about booking. Just do it !

the hotel and staff were amazing and if we return, we wouldn't stay anywhere else but el Jardin. Ricardo at the bar was great and the entire staff in the restaurant were always warm and inviting. from the front desk to the concierge, this place is 1st class! Mica (sp) gave a great salsa lession. Kudos!

Our stay was just okay, the rooms are extremely dated. First night we found a huge roach near our bed. I guess this should be expected since we are in jungle. The staff was hit or miss, some were friendly others seemed bothered to even assist. I scheduled a massage which the lady who performed the massage was great however during the entire massage another masseuse was going through drawers, bagging around and just making so much unnecessary noise that I wasn't even able to relax and enjoy my massage. Saving grace was at the beach bar Kevin. They need to hire more like him and less like the front desk crew which were extremely rude and just not helpful.

The dinners were our favorite part! Food was outstanding!! Freindly staff Clean everywhere! Great location My only complaint was the hard mattress- didnt sleep very well!

My husband and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate. This boutique hotel provided a serene escape with it's beautifully decorated lush gardens. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. One of the standout features of Jardin de Eden is its exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special thank to Dylan, Nancy, Mariella and Andy. We will definitely be returning.

The tranquility and ambiance was amazing.

We had an amazing time at Jardin del Eden. Nestled in the trees, you can relax to your heart’s content either poolside or by the beach. Small, intimate and quiet, it was the perfect place for us. Service was always excellent - Andy, Nancy, Daniela, Natalie, Richard, Silvia & many more were always so helpful and pleasant. It made the trip even better. We were impressed with the food — it’s a million times better than what they serve you at the huge all inclusive resorts. Wildlife abounds, too, from lizards to howler monkeys! We would absolutely go back. Pura vida!

This is a nice little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, not too small but accommodating enough for two. We had a nice view that we were able to see the ocean. This hotel don’t have any elevator & there is a small incline coming back from the beach & restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly & would like to make a special mention to one of the staff member Natalie who my wife reminded me to mention for her wonderful service. Only knick I had was the price for certain things like water or soda was a little bit on the high end but everything else was on point. I would visit again.

Beautiful property and area. rooms were nice, a tad outdated but the views were beautiful nonetheless. Staff was amazing, friendly, and always there to help if needed. Shoutout to Andre’s he was so kind to me and my boyfriend throughout our entire trip, he even helped set up a birthday celebration at dinner! Silvia with the tour service was also very helpful. i would definitely recommend for couples or even solo travelers!

This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

This place is stunning! I was obsessed with the many tropical plants surrounding the hotel. The pool was so quiet and peaceful. The food was really delicious. The beach is right down a sidewalk from the hotel across a private beach access gate. The room was comfortable and great AC unit. My only complaint is that we were not told that the water at dinner is not complimentary. Unless you get water from the tap, the glass bottles are each $9usd. We didn’t know until my $100 charge on my card had cleared and they brought us another bill at the table. But they made some amazing mocktails since I don’t drink, I highly recommended the mint or passion fruit frozen lemonade!

Beautiful place, very friendly staff, amazing food and conviently located. Highly recommended. Just make sure you fly into correct airport… San Jose airport is over a 4 hour drive away.
