Close to metro, clean room, easy to access, nice employee, happy to stay.

Location was central which was amazing. We asked for a double bed and we received twin beds, that were put together but were sliding apart easily.
The blankets were short, even for the height of 175cm and shower was adequate. Our room was located close to the dining area so in the morning we could hear everything that was happening there. Staff, however, were helpful whenever we needed any assistance.

This is a very good, basic hotel: spotlessly clean (the room was cleaned daily), quiet, a bigger room and bathroom than expected, adequate breakfast, very good brewed coffee, in a very good, safe, quiet location close to the VAL terminus, Ubahn, tram lines, and walking distance to St Stephen's and other sites. The staff is helpful if you need anything and polite. There are 3 grocery stores less than 5 minutes away which was very convenient (though no refrigerator in the room). I highly recommend Dan's and will stay there during my next trip to Vienna.

The only thing I liked is location, everything else is terrible. No central AC and portable AC unit fan did not do much at such hot weather. No fridge, only small freezer at common area. I do not understand logic behind having freezer versus fridge. Housekeeping did not do a good job. Bath towels rough as sand paper. Elevator can hold only 1 person 1 luggage at time. Reception until noon time.

Excellent location and a tea/coffee facilities are nice, staffs were good & friendly however I wasn’t need to contact with them or anything, only thing was on arrival it wasn’t the room I’ve been booked and I had to change it for a better one but it was a bit noisy of course and has no curtain but overall I had a pleasant stay have no complaint, thanks for asking!

close to a lot of tourist sites and restaurants and coffee shops. Very loud at night with the windows open due to people leaving the local pubs/bars

Reminded me off an upscale hostel. Very clean. Large and roomy. Good bathroom and hot shower. The bed was firmer than i like but okay. Good location and walkable to St Stephen cathedral area.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.
The mattress of the room was in a pretty bad shape. We had to turn it around.
The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbord talking.

The sheets and towels was washed with so strong perfume, that I had truble sleeping due to breathing problems, and my skin itch due to the perfume /softner in both sheets and towels. The dining area is so close to the rooms that you can't sleep longer in the morning than the first to have breakfast.
BUT besides this, it was a nice hotel and the staff was sweet and helpful

Excellent value and great location. Easy walk to the underground u4 from airport train and schonburnn palace and walkable to all sites in old town. Pretty noisy if you have a room on the roadside but all in all would stay again

This property does not look like the photos! I had a late flight and arrived to the property late at night and they did not have any staff working and instead left my room key on the front desk with my name and room number - anyone could have taken it. This did not feel safe

Staff, Cleanliness, size of room and shower, breakfast (worth 15 euros) . Use of dining room in the evenings for tea/ coffee and our takeaway. Situation good and good value for money. I will recommend to others and I will definitely stay here on my next visit!

Quirky place. Entry not super well managed but nice people when you finally meet them. Beware the sensitive lift. Street noisy weekend nights

The hotel met all of my wife and my needs. Sleeping at the end of the day is what we have time to do on vacation. The rest of the time we are running like nuts.

This hotel is clean, well organized, and recommended. The room was noisy because of a bar down the street, but there are double windows and a good pair of earplugs helped. There is noise from the breakfast room which many rooms open to, so if you are looking for a long, quiet morning sleep be sure to ask for a room in a different area. It is an excellent place for the money charged otherwise, super clean, everyone polite, easy to get to and close to everything!

Great location. Got code for entry and never saw an employee with which I was fine. Walls are thin so can hear neighboring rooms if you know what I mean. Room was clean with appropriate amenities.

Loft style was very nice. Basic accomidations but had everything we needed. Breakfast was great - with many healthy options.

Mostly okay, clean rooms. The desk clerk was nice but there was one woman who worked there who was very rude to me because my rooms door slammed on its own. Was not a very nice welcome to Vienna

Staff was very helpful when available . We opted not to have breakfast for 12 euros which seemed high for the offering. Said we could have coffee, but it was cold or not available.
