Everything was terrific. The staff was so helpful and patient. The only feed back I have is that the room lighting is horrible. The bathroom and rooms are so dimly lit you feel like you are in a cave. The lighted makeup mirror is so high on the wall my mom couldn’t see herself in it.

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel! The location was unbeatable, overlooking the Viktualienmarkt, making it perfect for exploring the city. The hotel itself was beautifully furnished, with a modern yet inviting design that made us feel right at home.
One of the standout features was the size of the rooms—absolutely massive compared to most city hotels, giving us plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
The only small drawback was that the staff’s recommendations for dining were a bit underwhelming, but this didn’t detract much from our experience. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so we were able to discover some gems on our own.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for its location, style, and spacious accommodations. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a fine hotel on the very busy Viktualienmarkt near the Rindermarkt and Marienplatz. The room was a small but a well appointed single overlooking the central coutyard. My three-night stay was without surprises or drama. There is a lively roo

Great stay, very accommodating staff for us traveling as a family with an infant. Only negative is that driving there is a bit difficult because you have to go through a pedestrian only zone to get to the hotel to load/unload luggage. It caused some confusion for valet but once located was easy for walking and getting to and from everything in the city.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, and wonderful helpful staff, so many nice touches, including delicious in room brewed coffee, and snacks. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Great hotel. Only complaint is the bar downstairs was never open during my stay. There was a rooftop bar but it was extremely busy and hard to just go up there for a drink. At one point both bars were closed at the same time from 9-11pm on a Saturday night.

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are very small, there really wasn't a good place to store the suitcases or our clothing. The breakfast was very expensive. It was 35 euros and there was no way to purchase something smaller.

Great food and room service but prices are even for room service extremely expensive and portions small.
Unfortunately they also forgot to clean my room which they however did after reminding them.
Hotel bed was super hard but that’s individual preference I think.
Besides these point a great hotel to stay and spot clean.

Louis Hotel is a fantastic hotel, in a perfect location for exploring Munich.
The rooms are beautiful and well-designed; the small touches make it even nicer, and the breakfast dishes are 10/10. The staff are also kind and attentive, making it a 5-star stay all-round.

Best location for a hotel, excelent breakfast , nice staff on the reception , room service could be better . Parking lot far away from the hotel , but The Vallet was very efficient . Restaurant could be better . Soup, Meat and past could be better .

MARVELOUS! A “MUST” if you’re in Munich and want to be near city centrum. Through one door you’re already at Viktualienmarkt and through the other, a few steps to Marienplatz and surroundings. The hotel is elegant and its rooms (at least mine) was big, comfy and with all necessary appliances, very uncommon in European hotels. I had direct view to Viktualienmarkt and, if I opened the door/window, I listened at the churches bells’ tolling. Has a nice bar and excellent restaurant service. Absolutely LOVED IT.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Munich. Breakfast staff and food were great and delicious. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Not great TV options and TV was slow to respond. Probably one of the worst mattresses I’ve slept on as well as pillows. Mattress was hard and thin. Also, not sure why 2 single duvets on a double bed. Housekeeping gentleman wasn’t too friendly either. Apart from that was still a nice stay.
