Our goal was to stay close to the airport and simplify our early morning travel. It was a little tedious to have to check in at their business down the street, but they notified us ahead of time and there really was no delay. The room was very clean and looked newly remodeled. I didnt expect any luxury so the tea kettle felt like a treat since I had brought everything I needed to make coffee. The airport shuttle driver was right on time Overall, they did exactly what we needed. Our only difficulty was getting there. The train station was too far to walk so we had to get a cab from the city which cost more than what we saved by staying a few miles from the airport. Perhaps what we lost in cab fare we gained in the fact that it was so quiet at this hotel so I dont regret staying there.

The office was approximately 300 meters from the rooms. The rooms are across the street. We had 4 pieces of luggage to roll to the room. There is an elevator but you still have to go up numerous steps with all your luggage.

You do not want to arrive at Das Reinich just rooms at night. Scary. Our anxiety was exploited with an up charge. The place contacted me in German but when I replied that I didn’t speak German, the conversation ended. The shuttle to the airport dropped us in between terminals with our baggage. Reception runs a smooth operation. The address on their website took my bolt ride to a dark place with no one in attendance. They also did not answer their when I called for directions. Not a good experience for a foreign traveler. I do not recommend this hotel for out of town travelers. It is a very dark part of town.

Perfect hotel airport for Vienna. Room was clean and modern. Hotel facility was available with excellent breakfast. Hotel shuttle available in luxury vehicle.

Expectation totally disappointing :
- 3 star hotel without onsite team
- Building 500 meter down the street withour personnal
- room not refurnished. ( compare to picture shared on the description )
- smells coming from the showers
- No possibility to get darkness during night due to non appropriate jalousies

In the middle of the night someone used a hotel card and opened our hotel door. Little scary! But my husband yelled and the guy backed out. Dont think i would recommend this to anybody.

We had the most enjoyable experience during our stay at Reinsch Just Rooms. We stayed there for two separate nights over a two-week interval. Both times, we were upgraded from the Just Rooms to the Reinisch Hotel rooms with an air conditioner. The staff was extremely friendly. We would like to specifically mention a receptionist named Gabriel who was very understanding of our needs and helped us a lot.

Overall good. The restaurant was great, not many other options around anyway. Decent walk to train station ~10-15 minutes. Small room and very small shower, but fine for a night or a couple! The front desk upgraded us to the main building which was nice, we didn’t have to go back to the other one.

The property itself is great and it is fairly close to the airport, compared to Vienna's city center. There is a train stop (Mannheim) can take you to Vienna or the airport, but it is a 20-25 minute walk away. You need to walk through an ugly industrial oil and plastic plant but it seemed like an otherwise safe and quiet area.

This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a business building. We arrived very late and the keypad was not working. Finally after 20 min someone showed up in the office to let us in. It is a super basic room. Feels more like a dorm room. No coffee in the room and had to pay for it in the dining room ..we did no get breakfast. Would not stay here again

Overall, a very satisfying experience. For the price, this was a very fancy, clean location. I would use this again.
The thing that would have been nice to be clarified is that the “only rooms“ are several blocks down the road from the main hotel where you need to check in. The address given for where I was staying was at the “only rooms“ location where I had to find a note telling me to go several more blocks to check in.

The reception at check in was wonderfully welcoming. The shower was really hot and the water pressure very strong and great. The room was equipped with all necessities and spotless, with a strong a/c system. All in
all, great value for my $$. I look forward to returning and having a chance to bike the beautiful area, not just enroute from a business trip.

This hotel is right (like 50 feet) off of a major bus connection so this was very nice for logistics. Rooms were good, and the building is a very well maintained, interestingly laid out, old building. Hotel next door had a good restaurant for lunch/dinner meals, but this hotel had a tremendous breakfast set up.

The room itself was adequate.
My bad for not confirming about the absence of air conditioning, as it was stifling when we arrived late at night, so falling asleep was not easy.
Also, did not appreciate having to walk 250 meters to register at a different address, while leaving my wife on the street with the luggage.

Property advertises a shuttle service on their website, however the shutte was not available going to the hotel or back to the airport. They should nit advertise this service as it is non-existent.

I had a great experience. I arrived late at night due to travel delays and was worried. Marcus was super helpful! He checked me in fast and was very sweet and accommodating. A huge thank you to Marcus!!

Very close to airport but still a 35 Euro Uber ride. Check in is in a different building so walked up and back late at night, not the best. Shower had significant mold all along grout. No coffee or soap/shampoo in room. Staff was pleasant and did arrange a cheaper reliable shuttle to the airport. I would not stay here again

We stayed for just one night, since our connection flight was in a early morning and we didn’t want to spend the night in an airport floor. We were booked for Just Rooms and we arrived at late night, missing the front door open. We call the hotel and they promptly send someone to pick us up! We’ll be always greatly for that.
