The apartments are great for a family of 4, spacious, proper size fridge and kitchen equipped to cook. The last time we stayed we had a room that had views of lagoon from both bedrooms and lounge (rooms 1/2/3 I think) whereas this time it was a view of the lagoon just from bedroom and outside seating area - but still lovely. I was thankful for aircon in master bedroom but it meant it was a bit warm in the other bedroom and lounge (but the kids coped fine). My husband enjoyed going for a kayak. Lovely dining up the road at 3 pigs and Cafe Vila. Easy to catch local buses but if you think you will want to get out a lot then consider renting a car. The owner is friendly and checks in on guests and also respects privacy so the perfect balance. The pool is great for a dip.

Pacific Lagoon Apartments is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Port Vila. It is close to cafes and resraurants and the town centre.
We stayed in 2 apartments. Both apartments were clean and very comfortable. The manager Chris is a friendly man and always open for a chat and suggestions on where to eat and places to visit. I highly recommend Pacific Lagoon apartments.

I have stayed here before, absolutely my favorite place to stay.....the grounds are just lovely, palms and greenery all over, pool to just dive into when ever you want,beach is just 20 meters away, catch the bus at end of drive,such lovely staff!!

Lovely place, friendly host! Right by the water too, very relaxing. Not far from town yet feels much more relaxed. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was advertised as air conditioned when in fact only one bedroom had an air conditioner, with ceiling fans everywhere else meaning the sitting/kitchen area and other bedroom were 8C warmer than the bedroom.
It also advertised toiletries but only soap was provided.
Overall very disappointing.

This place is just amazing! Have stayed here before and will be back. So clean and tidy, beach 30mtres away, kayaks, pool, rooms are big, can't speak highly enough of the whole set up...

Great location right on the lagoon. Can walk through edge of lagoon to the jetty for Erakor island ferry. Also walk through lagoon to the Warwick resort for restaurants. Buses into town regularly at end of driveway. Manager of property was very helpful. Only thing we didn’t like was air conditioning was only in main bedroom and my kids couldn’t sleep as the ceiling fan in their room was too weak to circulate air.

Such an amazing setting, 5 mins from Port Vila central yet completely private. Has access to the bay/beach and the hospitality was outstanding. Made my visit to Vanuatu stress free. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place to stay in Port Vila. Would highly recommend and return there. Situated right on the lagoon, the gardens are very well maintained and the apartments are excellent.

The manager, Chris and receptionist, Anthea went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our stay in Vanuatu and at Pacific Lagoon was perfect! Will most definitely stay there again.

Pleasant place at reasonable price. Helpful staff. We found that the beds were uncomfortable (too soft and unsupportive) and the location is slightly far out of town so it’s a little inconvenient at night.

Negative side bedroom ceiling fan noisey,wifi signal nil in the apartment,no dining on site,kayake was cracked and taking in water and lastly we were told we can swim but I don’t think so.

The flyscreens have holes. Some of the windows couldn’t be closed properly. No food on site so visitors need to be aware that they have to travel for food which isn’t easy when you’ve two you d children in tow. For these reasons I wouldn’t suggest families stay here. We ended up moving to a different resort after one night as was concerned our two young children would be eaten by mosquitos and didn’t like that we couldn’t lock, or even close all the windows. Also some of the lights and fan wasn’t working.

Had a great holiday and given advise and help from Chris and Andrea from the moment we arrived.Perfect quiet setting with self catering and a pristine pool.Never waited longer than 3-4 minutes for a bus to stop. So easy.Andrea arranged trips to Lelapa Island (great snorkelling) and Blue Lagoon.Rooms very clean and great patio to take in the scenery.Perfect if you are not looking for the big resort style holiday, but with all the conveniences to make you feel at home.Thanks again Chris, Andrea and team from the boys (G, J & R)

We had a great stay at Pacific Lagoon apartments. The staff were really lovely, always very helpfull and friendly.
It is a small complex therefore it was very quiet and relaxing. We stayed in a lagoon view room so we had a beautiful view across the lagoon to Erakor Island and there was always something to see. It isn't far from Port Vila which is easily accessed by the many buses that frequently pass by. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance or across the lagoon at Erakor Island. I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location with ample facilities. Little things provided like reef shoes for the kids, kayaks, BBQ. Spacious rooms with a couple of very nice cafés close by.

Pacific Lagoon Apartment is well located, close to town and quiet, with lovely lagoon views. The staff is very friendly. However, I would suggest to renew the bedding, as pillows and mattresses are quite old and uncomfortable, and to provide an electric kettle to improve guests comfort.

was a great overall stay. there is no block out curtains. only had 1 aircon in one bedroom not the other or living room. the BBQ near the pool is broken and only 2 burners worked. All the staff were so friendly. huge selection of DVDs. There was only 2 scratchy channels on tv and if you wanted the stations changed then you have to go to reception and ask them to change them. the hotel is in a great position in Vila.

We wanted a nice green comfortable place close to Vila but not a resort. Pacific Lagoon was a great find and more then we bargained for. It met all our expectations. Friendly, clean, fantastic views over the bay and easy access to town. It was well accosted. We often prepared a meal.

Had a great time we have 2 young kids and was a great place for them, Chris the owner was awesome he went out of his way to help with any questions or problems we had, we will definately be staying there again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the lagoon. Our lounge opened onto a private deck just a few feet from the lagoon. The kids enjoyed the pool and kayaking on the lagoon.
The staff were nice and friendly. I would stay here again.

Chris & his Ni Vanuatu staff were very welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. We are so glad we chose a lagoon view room - proximity & view exactly as shown in photos! The apartment included everything needed including inside & outside furniture, secure screens, beautiful bathroom etc. We enjoyed meeting other guests around the BBQ and pool, as well as having privacy when we wanted it. Our only little wish was that restaurants and shops were a bit closer....but learnt it was very easy, inexpensive & fun to get a bus anytime anywhere!!!!
