The only thing i didnt like was the room service. Tea tastes like chlorine, and the table didnt come well presented, every thing else was perfect

Stayed 2 nights in a suite. Great hotel all round, staff were friendly and helpful, room really well presented, clean and spacious. Perfect location too. Would highly recommend

I have never before thought about not writing a review of a hotel. The reason is very selfish. This hotel is so very good and we always want to find availability when we want to visit London again. It is just amazing. The location is perfect. It is right in the middle of Covent Gardens. There are so many transport options from the hotel. There are so many places to choose to eat. The rooms are so big for London standards. It has giant king size bed . It has modern plumbing. The best part of the bathroom is that the toilet is separate. The rooms are also very modern. There is also a turn down service in the evenings. We just love this little extra spoil. There is a kettle, nespresso machine and a mini fridge in the room. And to top it all, the hairdryer is a Dyson. The staff at the hotel are wonderful, helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are incredible and so are the views from the breakfast room. Now, you can understand why we would like to keep it a secret.

Very friendly staff and loved the location. Easily within walking distance of central London's attractions and all manor of transport options to go further.

Overall a great value for the price, however, I've stayed here for the past 10 years and this visit I started seeing it's age. The rooms need a bit of a facelift and seemed older and a bit untidy. The staff was awesome.

Amazing property and staff! Everyone was helpful check in was a breeze and room was great. I took off one star for service because we dined at Luciano and the service was really bad. It was like they forgot about us. Server kept apologizing for not checking up on us and bringing stuff late so they were aware of it too.

Great service all the way through

The great experience started when I arrived at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly (especially Vanessa). Everyone was very helpful and forthcoming to give me the best experience I could hope for. I will definitely be back.

Property was in a wonderful location, very walkable to most tourist attractions. It was safe and walkable. All the theaters were there and restaurants. It was not a traditional London property, but it was very clean and service was amazing. The hallways were dark. The hotel had more of a Miami vibe, but I would definitely stay there again just for the convenience there is a college in the area so plenty of people walking around during the days

We enjoyed the modern set up & decor but did find the public areas just a bit too dark.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my convenience and comfort. The cleanliness and attention to detail was immaculate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Central London for business or pleasure.

Very nice place. A bit dark in the hallways but that’s part of the theme.

Overall clean and safe property in a nice area in the heart of London close to transportation, restaurants, entertainment. Staff is courteous and nice. What I did not like are the dark walls, everything is dark on the different floors, there are no lights, the walls are dark, creepy.

Property is located right in the West End area. Reception is.... stunning. You have to see it to believe it. One of the most unique hotels I have stayed in . We stayed in 3 hotels in our 10 day stay in UK and France and this had the largest rooms as well as the best service ( the higher price was worth it ). First room had a door issue....was minor but staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Rooftop restaurant is amazing ( although service up there needs help.... didnt consider that part of the hotel experience ). Highly recommend.
