The aartment managers were quick to debit for a security deposit but are yet to refund it. The was remnants of snack food on the living area floor that had not been cleaned up.

We stayed in a superior 3 bedroom apartment on the 18th floor. The apartment was well featured and quite spacious, with lovely views of the beach / ocean and our over the lawn bowls and soccer fields. The kitchen was well appointed with adequate utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Hotel facilities include a tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, table tennis, pool table, and communal BBQ area. Front desk staff were friendly friendly and helpful.

Apartment was clean and spacious. It was located halfway between surfers paradise and broad beach, and was walking distance to both. Very happy.

The view from our superior apartment on the 21st floor was spectacular. The apartment was spacious & quiet.

Very handy for the beach, twenty minutes walk to Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach. The facilities - swimming pool, sauna and spa were really good; the apartment was spacious and modern, and had a balcony with super sea views.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities, perfect for a family with kids.

My kids love the swimming pool. We enjoy ocean view rooms and proximity to the beach.

The ocean view was blocked by big building. The curtains were too light that the sun shined through and couldn’t watch TV. Accommodation for 6 but lacked of chairs for guests and outdoor chairs.

The size of the unit was great. Plenty of living and storage area

We really loved everything about the Biarritz apartment.

The service at reception was friendly and informative. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious. There were a few safety hazards for our two year old and it was dark in the ensuite shower, but otherwise a good base for a family holiday.

Playground, pool, tennis courts and mini-golf - good facilities. Comfortable but wouldn't stay here for more than a couple days. Booked a cabin months in advance. Check-in experience wasn't so welcoming - staff almost annoyed that we got a good rate (as if we cheated them).

The apartment is superb. nice and cozy apartment. suitable for family. close to beach (only 5 minute walk). abit pricey but worth the money. the kitchen is fully equipped. the space is spectacular. I definitely will book the same apartment if i ever go to gold coast again.

Roomy apartment, great for the family and not far to get to the Beach.

The air-conditioning doesn't cool enough...the sliding door is not sliding very hard to open and close...the rooms get the afternoon noon sun should have blinds...the towel rail in ensuite is broken.

All in all our stay was pretty good. The apartment itself is good value for money. However the apartment block itself is in urgent need of a renovation. Bathroom fixtures and framing is rusty or has built up grime and obviously needs replacing. The view is delightful and the balcony gives a great holiday feel. The living areas are poorly lit and need a bulb change or re-servicing.

We stayed three nights and while it was very close to the beach, the apartment and its amenities were old and in need of repair. Also, there was only air conditioning in the main living area. Had I known there was no air conditioner or even a ceiling fan in the bedrooms, I would not have booked this apartment.

Nice accomodation for what you pay. Although superior room is more like a standard room. Shame that they dont really clean that well as it still had rubbish from previous occupants around the room. It was great for location to the beach and attractions.

Overall the two bed standard apt was very good,was initially disappointed that we were on the fifth floor,but still had a great view of the beach & it was very quiet.the apt could do with a update but was clean& tidy so no complaint here.Reception staff very friendly& helpful,,big thanks to Kylie& her dark haired colleague.Would not hesitate to book in to same apts again.

We had an amazing family holiday at these apartments. Generous sized apartments with gorgeous views of the beach. two bathrooms in the 3 bedrooms was an added bonus! Large kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook from home. Having the indoor pool was a great option for the chillier afternoons during spring. WE would recommend this to any family needing space!

Was really not expecting the apartment to be as big as it was! My mum, 3 year old nephew and I stayed in a Basic Apartment and more than met our needs and expectations. We chose a two bedroom - and even though it was the cheaper of all the kinds of apartments available it was really nice and even had a great view - we could easily see the beach from our lounge room and balcony. As we booked through expedia we didn't know how the bond for a stay worked, so there was a bit of a mix up when we checked in as expedia didn't mention the bond and we had to use a credit card which we didn't have.
