Where do I start. I guess with the view from our room, which looked directly across to Juliette’s balcony. On arrival we were greeted by Kristina, who was ever so helpful and informed us our room was ready, even though we arrived several hours early thinking by we were just going to drop our bags and tour the city. The room was spacious and as I’ve said, the view was just amazing. On leaving the front door of the accommodation, you turned left and walked about 30 meters or so and you were in the centre of Verona and all the cafes, tavernas and shops. We had a great sleep on a very comfortable bed before having a traditional breakfast of meats and cheeses, although other options were available, served by the wonderful Luca. I cannot recommend Le Suite De Guilietta enough. We stayed here as part of our journey across northern Italy celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary

Perfect attention to detail and wonderful helpful hosts. Tucked away and quiet yet as central as you’ll likely to get. Fabulous view of Guilietta’s balcony. Highly recommend and will be back.

Such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! And right next door to Juliet's balcony!! Romeo and Juliet the play performing right outside our balcony! Simply amazing!

We had a lovely time at Le Suite di Giuletta. It was a short block to the main square, and we were able to walk to the opera at the ancient arena, which was the purpose of our visit. It is a unique little apartment and Luca and his sweet young daughter were delightful. The only drawback for me was that we couldn’t park very close by.

Luca who greeted us was very gracious and friendly. We requested an early check in as we had a tour booked. The Suite di Giulietta is the perfect place to stay if you are a fan of Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet as it is literally on one of the walls of the piazza with a great view of Juliet’s balcony. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was full of lovely meats and cheeses, tortes and spreads, eggs and toast and fruit yogurt. An option for every taste. If we return to Verona we would stay here again.

Hotel is Centrally located, hard to find as it is between other doors is more like a house. Rooms are comfortable but not as pictured, well decorated, the view to the balcony is in the terrace not from your room, we booked the last Suite as stated when making the booking in this website, and walked into a regular room with a view of the roof of another building, breakfast is ok! Is more like a B&B, not worth the price of $229 a night! Bed is extremely low, we are médium hight and my husband couldn’t walk for two days with a bad back, bathroom is very uncomfortable to sit on the toilet, other than that owners are very nice and welcoming!

Fantastic little hotel in an amazing central location we have the benefits of staying in two rooms firstly the one that overlooked the balcony of Juliet which was superb I would suggest this if you are looking for having a very quiet room particularly at night. The second room we stayed in was to the front there was some noise from the restaurant below but quiet from midnight. We really enjoyed our stay it was everything we had hoped for.

Wow. If you want the Verona VIP treatment, stay here. Situated above the Casa di Giulietta, you get to stand above the crowds and enjoy magnificent views; seriously, if you had been here a few hundred years earlier, you'd be telling Juliette to quit her pining and yelling at Romeo to stop comparing young girls to the sun. Nowadays, you get a wonderful room with a large bath - designed to comfortably fit two people - filled with fun lights all around. The full suite nature of the room allows plenty of space to unwind, unpack, and relax. And when you're ready to step out, your location is at the heart of Verona's shopping and sites. If you leave in the morning, be sure to grab a warm croissant on the way. This is the best deal in town at the best location, and romantic to boot! Enjoy!!

Perfect location to explore Verona and a really friendly host. Nice rooms with new bathrooms. We had a view to Juilettes balcony, and that gave the room something extra.

View was amazing ! Close to everything! Staff sent me a message to check if I needed a transport to go checked in. I would recommande this place for sure to my family & friends.

Hotels in a great location, staff are amazing and very helpful. However issues with the bath not filling and when you pay for a suite you expect it to work.

From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been nicer, they were so friendly and helpful, even when our lights went out on the first night after contacting Federica she was there within 10 minutes and sorted the problem. The location is also fantastic. The breakfast was more than adequate.

The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful. However the room we got was in front of the street and we could hear everything outside. The shower was clogged and the water couldn’t go away. In addition, in the drawer of the bathroom we found an underwear of a previous guest. Breakfast was ok, we had much better ones in Italy.

Great location, right in city centre. Pleasant staff, breakfast was sufficient, apartment style room was nice but the bed was truly uncomfortable and hard with seriously thin pillows. Little sleep and a sore back after a two night stay.

we were given a room that did not look anything like the photos on the expedia web site I was very disappointed the hotel was a 2* at the very best and was expensive the breakfast was ok and the location was good the rest bad

We stayed in one of the annex apartments and it was fantastic. I could easily have lived there. Check in and out was efficient and helpful

Excellent location to explore Verona , the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were able to drop our bags several hours before check in and they put them in the apartment ready for us. Parking was easy. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in the apartment, two blocks from the main hotel. This has a kitchen and a separate bedroom with a Murphy bed, which makes it suitable for longer term visits. The hotel is ideally located in the center of Verona's historic center and the staff was both cordial and helpful.

Very old and antiquated but furnished very tastefully with a nice ambiance. Very centrally located to all amenities and restaurants.

What a wonderful hotel. Very quaint, with everything you could want even a kettle and a fridge, unusual for Italy. First night, the air con was too hot and the rainfall shower needed descaling, but these were sorted straight away as soon as mentioned. Excellent. The romantic view of Juliet's balcony was amazing, especially at night. Location was excellent.

Pictures don’t reflect room, and walk from office to room was a bit much but staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed one night here due to the hotel’s central location. The location was indeed fabulous and they even held our luggage after check out so we could explore the city more. We had some sort of basic room with a street view which was a view to someone else’s balcony more or less. The bed was comfortable with 2 pillows to choose from and the room was equipped with all nevessities and decorated nicely. Especially the bathroom was quite fancy looking. Then the cons; the rain shower didn’t work at all and looked a little dirty and blocked. Also the sink’s hot water tap was unusable due to a very disturbing noise which started at the same time you put the tap running. Internet signal was so poor we didn’t even bother to try it. This though didn’t matter as we had 4G but if you come out of Europe you might be disappointed. I recall they say this is a 4 star hotel, which IMO should offer a great signal. Another thing that makes me doubt the star rating is the breakfast. There’s loads of sweet stuff which I know is traditional Italian breakfast but there were also eggs, cheeses and cold cuts. Though the eggs were boiled for too long and had literally exploided. I think 4* places would not offer such eggs to customers. Also the fact that you have to ask for coffee made me feel uncomfortable. For someone this might feel like luxury that you get served but for us it was not. Also the breakfast room is quite small. All in all, an ok place for 1 night in Verona!

Great location in Verona. On the 3rd floor in the old town overlooking Guiliettes Balcony from the small terrace at the rear of the building. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Our room faced the street so it was a little noisy until the restaurant below closed but it wasn’t too late so no real problem. The room and en-suite were fine but could maybe do with a little bit of upkeep. Breakfasts were lovely (continental) but plenty of choice. I would definitely go back if on a short break holiday/weekend as it’s in the heart of Verona and only a minutes walk from the Piazza Delle Erbe.
