Decent location, clean and spacious room and bathroom with large windows, but they couldn't be opened to let in cool air. The air conditioning worked ok though wasn't powerful. You have to check in by typing in all of your info including ID numbers into a computer without a physical keyboard though a woman did say we could ask her for questions. Parking payment at the end was a bit confusing... Just make sure you pay €10 per night instead of €16... You have the option of choosing the fee yourself. I would have given this 4 stars but my partner didn't sleep well because the bed was too hard and the pillow too soft (though I liked it).

Don't be fooled by the picture of the rooftop terrace. Upon arrival, they informed us that only the suites on top have access. Still, they use it as the main picture.

The bed frame had a hole, I asked for it to be replaced and they just fixed it, but it didn't work. The bath towels don't dry and the bathroom floods.

Absolutely amazing and very friendly staff. We had an infant, and the hotel was able to accommodate a crib, as well as hot water from the bar when a kettle was unavailable. There are also free lockers and there are lots of baby accomodations, like a changing room and high chairs. Super! Totally recommend.

Very good accomadation, excellent staff. The place is souless and the self check makes me wonder why book in advance to do it twice (expedia :( ). Fantastic view from 16th floor over city.

Even though there was a "receptionist" on duty he was unable to do anything useful. He just refered you to their automated check-in machines.
And the machine asks an infinite amount of questions before you get your room key.

Nice view of the city. The self check in is a bit confusing, but check out was very easy. There is a car charger in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.

We arrived late to the place, extremely tired from a long trip. But the bed wasn’t ready. The manager or the mister behind the counter helped me do the chekin and was very helpful to prepare the bed, but his colleges were rude to him.

Very comfortable hotel with the delicious breakfast and hot dishes However, you may avoid this hotel, if you do not like kiosk chekin where you are asked too many unnecessary questions.l

Big and lovely with curved windows. Modern bathroom. A little different you check in on a computer rather than with a person, but it worked OK. Unfortunately, I was hoping our room would have a refrigerator and a teapot. Parking underneath the hotel is €16. Easy to get to when we came in to town, which was great because we didn’t have Internet to find it

Nice and clean hotel, check in is all done through screens that was a first for me, the room was spacious.
just noticed that the mattress on one side had a bit of a dent in while sleeping so that was a bummer for confort.
Breakfast was great and had a lot of options.

I have stayed here multiple times and it has always been great. The rooms and hotel are nice. But this time the bed was very firm. Every time the heat/air clicked on, there was a knocking and ringing sound. It sounded like someone was knocking on my door. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night and made either hard to sleep.

I understand the concept of saving resources, but have never seen such a tiny glass protection on the shower. Meaning water splashing everywhere.
Only one coffee machine for the entire breakfast room!! And that one broke! Long line for one cup of coffee, breakfast food was cold by the time we finally had a cup.

It was a comfortable stay! They must have known it was our honeymoon from our prior communication, as they had special decorations in the room. We were really delighted!

AC was not working for the last 2 nights we stayed there. We couldn’t sleep. Only breakfast was available. Bar and restaurant for lunch and dinner in hotel were closed.

I was very disappointed to find that I didn’t have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks , considering this hotel has a 4star rating I find this disappointing as someone that spend over 200 night a year in hotel room small things like this matter to me , and if I had payed €50 for the room I could possibly under stand this but I didn’t, I payed over €140 , and I did ask if they had a kettle that I could take to my room and they didn’t have one

The rooms were just the right size, and I loved the view. the complementary water and gummy bears were unexpected bonuses. The elevators were sometimes delayed for quite a while and signs to the stairs were not clear. The toilet would make a sound about every 15 minutes at night, which was probably only noticeable because of jet lag. The location was awesome. Would be glad to stay there again.

Location is excellent, the hotel itself was very good. Only problem was the parking at the hotel, because of the bad signage (the small sign that was there was partially knocked over, the access road to the ramp was blocked by a van and there is another car park on the right)

Hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and particularly good value when it comes to price. It is a 15 minute walk to the old town. There is a parking garage right next to it and it makes it easy when arriving by car. I would recommend it!!!
