Great place great service. The staff was amazing. The only problem was I had a room that overlooks the Danube and somewhere close there playing very very loud music all day long and into the evening maybe it’s just because it’s a three day weekend but the noise goes on and on.

Good location of eat and transit

The only inconvenience was that housekeeping team forgot to remove our trash bags and replace new ones for one of the nights. The paid parking was a little problematic as the system was having some issues. We experienced it for 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. Having said that, the rooms were spacious and is conveniently located in shopping mall area. Overall, we are happy with our stay at Harry's.

Such a great property to stay at in Vienna! I had a one bedroom apartment which was very nice for cooking. There is a great grocery store just downstairs in the mall plus all the shopping you could want also in the mall. Also, there is a trampoline park in the mall which, I believe was included in my stay! Also, a major train station is just outside the mall and I had a view of the Danube from my window. I highly recommend Harry’s Home for anyone visiting Vienna!

It was a very good choice for us. The location was very good. Lots of food options in the mall. Very convenient to have a morning stroll along the Danube. Awesome connections to various parts of Vienna via U. Great staff.

The room looks clean except a lot of dirt underneath the bed. I left the face towel on the floor for replacing it. They did not fir 2 days. The bathmat towel also not replaced. I had come out of the shower to a cold floor. This is an apartment. No pans wetre available. After ringing the front desk, i wad told there must be some and when the person came and looked every where there were none and she brought me on without a lid. The cupboard door is peeling round the edges. The real positive thing is the breakfast and I enjoyed it. Thank you for the good breakfast.

Nice place within the mall. Area is well connected with bus and Metro Breakfast was nice, but not a lot of options. I found the elevator system very interesting

hotel is linked with millennium mall. while distant from the city center very easy to access with public transport. Rooms with views of the Danube have a fabulous view. the bedding was really comfortable. the air conditioning was not functioning during extreme heat (34°C), it took hotel 3 days to acknowledge the issue. We literally felt sick from the heat. This has made it so disappointing that we are never going to return there

It was excellent! Except the Internet, which was terrible. That was inconvenient for work.

It was a perfect option to an apartment. The staff was really polite and helpful during our stay but also before we arrived. The area is not the most charming, but it is easy to get to the city center. Will come back!

Superb, clean, nice location with proximity to metro and train stations. Staff are super friendly, prompt, professional and fluent with English also. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

The hotel is located in the Millenium tower, which is inside a shopping center, next to Handelskei subway station, which make it easily reachable and well located

The hotel and room is quite nice and spacious but there is no facilities and they charge us for basic amenities like toothpaste/toothbrush and slippers though the room rate is higher than the other hotels I found.

The room was clean, comfortable, and good to me. And there is a small shopping mall in the same building, so it was convenient to entertain.

Exceptionally PERFECT.. Would rate the hotel 10/10 .. Very convenient to use public transport, eateries, shopping, convenience stores and pharmacy. Pleasant front office staffs provided us early check-in and easy check-out. We were also provided luggage storage area to keep our luggages safe till we were due to take our next bus to Venice. Very Professionally maintained.. Keep up the good work guys..

The location is excellent, just a few minutes easy walk from Handelskai station and with a good supermarket right at the front door. The staff are friendly, the room has everything. There is nothing we didn't like.

A good stay in a great place to check out Vienna. Has a mall in the same building and near to trains and underground to get to know the city. The Danube is right in front for a stroll or run in its banks. Breakfast is good but was actually hoping for a bit better, maybe because of other comments. Overall I recommend and would stay again.

Perfect and spotless clean.

Clean, modern, quiet, carpet free (means allergy free) hotel which is located inside beautiful mall. Receptionists speak English but are not available 24hrs-check your arrival flight time and arrange for checkin with staff . No view in my room-pay extra for view if that is important for you. Outside of mall is sbahn and ubahn trains (handelskai stop) to take into city. Has small laundry machine (2 euros to wash 2 euros to dry 1euro for detergent)so you can carry less luggage) Merkur Supermarket downstairs convenient for basic supplies. Have hotel send taxi for you for a set price of 36 euros (i took airport taxi -white taxi with red letters-and was ripped off -driver charged me from airport to hotel 46 euros no traffic or tolls). Rooms are simple-everyone has one pillow and twin size comforter-this is great -less bedding means easier for staff to take out and clean often. Was unable to use printer to print out boarding passes hope you have it in the future(even if it is coin operated for after hours access would be great). I loved my stay at Harry’s-wonderful and helpful staff at reception area. Thanks!

It was a nice stay for me and my family. The staff were nice and welcome and all of them knew English.The rooms were clean and exactly what you see on the pictures when making the booking.Great shops in the mall, 2-3 min from the tube station and close to the centre and Christmas market.Highly recommended and will come back again!Merry Christmas :)
