My stay was great. This was my first time at Margaritaville and it exceeded my expectations. The restaurants were good and clean, Service was good,and i enjoyed the cigar bar at the hotel.

Plenty of free parking.
Comfortable beds, clean rooms with daily room service, quiet, great hotel water pressure (IYKYK), pool/spa clean, everyone we met were kind (check in, ESPN restaurant, casino/room service staff). Sportsbook available. Noticed a mobile robot security roaming the parking lot every time I went to/from our vehicle (super cool). Appeared to be a great workout facility (never saw a person there), cigar bar (few customers), and spa (didn’t partake). We sat in hot tub, pool was cold (it’s fall). River view rooms are highly recommended.
Hotel located next to a shopping mall that is 99% vacant. Sad!!!!! However, there are a few chain restaurants with good food choices. Bass Pro Shop is spitting distance from hotel.
I would recommend this hotel/casino to my friends and will stay here again.

We ended up at this hotel after Ballys did not have our room ready at 8:45 PM. It was quick and easy to get in the room and the remodel was very nice and comfortable!! Will definitely stay here again!!

My reservation and my conversation with the front desk was that I was getting a Deluxe room with a City View/Water. I got a back parking lot view instead.

So the stay was good the only question I had is when they ask for your card for a deposit and will be refunded after stay be aware that they charge over 16.00 a day for resort fee. That was not told to us , it was told to us that it would be fully refunded.

I’ve been here many times but this was my first time staying at the hotel.
I will not waste my money to stay again.
It wasn’t the cleanest. We had to call for clean pillow cases. The condition of the room wasn’t great. The beds were older.
I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub but the pool and hot tub were disgusting. Very very dirty. We did lay out on the chairs which was nice but the the pool condition was a huge disappointment

my stay was for 6 dsys and i was put on the 12th floor where construction was being done on the floor above, i work the night shift. I requested a room change, and yhen their service changed also

The lady that checked us in was very rude...The room was nasty ... Spilled coffee on the table ... It hadn't been dusted and the bedside table had sticky stuff all over it

Overall it was a good experience, however with the name Margaritaville, we booked it for the Margaritaville restaurant which this location apparently doesn’t have. But would stay again.

Great atmosphere so many dining and drinking options. Not much of a gambler but like that the smoke elimination equipment is exceptional. The room was spacious great shower. The light switches were placed in odd places. There was a switch by the door that had to be on to turn the lights on in the bathroom?!?! No fan in bathroom come on! I’d stay again.

Resort was nice, received an upgrade upon arrival which was awesome...but construction started sharply at 8am and you can hear all sorts of noises, it was okay because i had to be up early anyway.

There was construction going from 8am until 6pm both days we stayed. Hammers and drills consistently all through the day. We weren't made aware of the construction prior to setting into our room. Rates were not reduced for the inconvenience. It's a nice hotel and very clean. I'm very disappointed we werent able to sleep in or nap during the day. There is little to do outside of the casino since the adjoining Louisiana Boardwalk looks like a ghost town. Maybe 5-10 store are still open for business.

The stay was so so. The water shut off due to construction. My requests for towels was not good due the trending of not cleaning the guess rooms daily. The pool was closed today 09/13/24. All in all I would stay again.

The hotel and casino was clean and every staff member we came in contact with was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom had a very nice glass shower. We really enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville.

We didn't know of remodeling of the hotel until we heard it at 7 AM the next morning. We checked in Tuesday, August 20th until Saturday, August 24th, 2024. The entire stay, we were awaken by jack hammers for hours, banging, typical construction noise all day. We had clients on different floors and we all had sleepless nights. We booked from Expedia, and no mention of work. After looking at Margarita website, I saw the mention of hotel updates and pardon the progress.
I've been a loyal costumer booking with Expedia for years but am now disappointed with their services. We will book from your website only in the future.
We will be back September 13-15, 2024 but are staying elsewhere. I'm sure once the remodeling is finished, it will be worth what we paid to stay at Margaritaville a few weeks ago.

Overall it was a great experience. Everything was great the staff, the hotel rooms, etc... the only thing I did not like is there are no microwaves in the building at all!!! So even though the dining experiences were great and they gave really large portions unless you're going to sit there and give yourself food comas you're going to take some back to your hotel room... which doesn't have a microwave!! So you're just wasting food ( & money ) left and right to me it's just very wasteful.
One last thing is that it was my first time at a "casino resort" I was not aware that the entire building would smell like a cigar lol. To each is own I guess.

Very nice casino and food options. Room was conformable and fairly quiet. I didn't like that my room was not serviced at all during my stay. Luckily, I had enough towels available, I didn't need to seek out replacement. Security is friendlier than receptionists. They didn't cover available amenities the resort offered, basic customer service.

I think my room was okay, besides the alarm clock continuously going off in the room next to me, when no one was staying there, and then when I wanted to call down to the front desk to help turn it off, my phone was disconnected so that didn’t make me feel great but eventually they turned it off and then again the next day when I came down to tell them it was going off again.

We wished that we would not have had to pay for the resort fee, since we did not use these facilities. The room looked like it had been renovated since the last time we booked a room. We left with winnings from the casino.

When we arrived at our room, we heard loud construction above our room and asked if we could move. We were told that the website and signs around the hotel all told of the renovation noise and there was nowhere to go we couldn't hear it. This was friday at 4 pm. We checked other floors and even down our hall and it was quiet in other places, so we went to the desk and requested again for a room move. We were told it would end at 5pm that day and there is no work over the weekend, so we took their word. Saturday morning at 7:30 am , the drilling and construction began again above our room. If only we could have changed rooms or were not misled by front desk staff, a lot of frustration and headache could have been avoided.
