Chose for the location to the metro. Was also very easy to walk to the libations I was interested in seeing. Breakfast was very good and liked the availablity of coffee and tea. The staff were great and I appreciated the treat I received upon departure.

Nice quiet boutique hotel in a great location for exploring Vienna. Can walk to most of the attractions and there are numerous restaurants within a few minutes. Also next to tram and subway.

Sooo expensive for at best a 3 or even 2 star hotel, despite the good location. Very poor choice of breakfast, inconsistent air conditioning, ageing furniture, small towels.

But single room bed was very tiny and the worst pillows ever.
Otherwise good location with U Bahn just around the corner.

Nice little hotel, very central, very friendly service, especially at breakfast. The single room was rather small but had all I needed. The air conditioner was not working properly (which the hotel was aware of but not able to fix) and as a result the room was rather warm, but admittedly that was during an exceptionally hot day in Vienna.

This hotel is a superb location for getting to all the major spots in Vienna. However it is not a 4 star hotel at all and looks nothing like the pictures. It was clean and met my needs. The breakfast needs to be improved from a quality standpoint. Overall good location, but don’t come in expecting a 4 star, it’s a 2

Central location and good, nice and clean rooms. What is less good is that we came home to the night watchman who was sleeping behind the reception. The lady at the breakfast buffet went and looked after the guests and reprimanded for not putting the fork in the right place after use. And removed things along the way such as the nuts for breakfast mixes

The property was in an excellent location with a walkable distance to most sites. The underground as also just around the corner. The staff was excellent! Extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodations were modest, but extremely clean. I have stayed in Vienna 4 times and will book this again over larger and more elaborate hotels. Tremendous value for the money.

The staff were wonderful and the location cannot be beat. Nice small rooms, great breakfast, cafe all day. One member of our party fell and the staff was so kind and attentive. Thanks to the whole Alma team.

A very friendly staff welcomed me earlier than normal check-in without problem. The bed was good, the room was quiet. The hotel is situated close to Schwedenplatz and in wslking distance from Stephansdom. It was hard for Bolt to find the hotel but tbere is a taxi rank just around the corner.

For a base for the city, you can’t get much better than this hotel. It’s so close to everything you’ll need and at a fraction of the price compared to others. The rooms are done in an odd style considering it’s brand new - but that doesn’t affect anything to do with your stay. The breakfast is good, what you’d expect from a continental. Only negative is the minibar is expensive!

We had suite (sweet 1) which located on the top of the building. You could see the had of the St Stephens cathedral.
There was only two rooms on top floor. Sometimes you could hear noices from the other room. In the mornings you could smell the baked bacon and eggs.
A lot of things to see were located on a walking distance from hotel. Also U-bahn entry was near.

Only negative aspect oft his stay was the bed. It was terrible. I got 2 hours of sleep due to the mattress being in such bad shape you could feel the springs in your back. We were only there for one night but it negatively impacted me the next two days of our trip. Service was great, location was great and it appeared to be clean. But would advise agains staying there purely for the bed.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and the shower area was a bit problematic due to the fact that there was no door but a curtain separating between the shower area and the room itself

Tiny little room. Advertised was a beautiful art deco hotel. It wad just old and tired. Bathrom and shower seperated with no sinks in toilet area. Curtain only for sink srea. Room not ready. No airport shuttle... they csll a cab for you. But, a very nice breakfast.

Friendly and service-minded staff. Clean rooms and the breakfast is not to bad. Very central and easy to walk to a lot of attractions. The bed could be better. The total experience was very good. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s a good hotel.

Modern, funky but impractical. configuration of the room (mainly bathroom) was cumbersome and very poor lighting. Common areas very small (lobby, breakfast room) but room was good size
