This is one of those places where you turn up and think, back in its heyday it must have been stunning. The staff are friendly and make a real effort. It’s still good value and once it’s had a lick of paint and a little fixing it will be wonderful

The hotel was ok. Very tiny room. Although I booked this stay as a VIP member; they did not openly offer the VIP benefits. I had to go back to the desk to ask about the sparkling wine which they then brought to room. I was not upgraded even when I could see better rooms available - they said it is not guaranteed. Even though I could show her parking credit was a VIP benefit offered at booking, the receptionist said not offered at their hotel. I was not charged when checked out by a different receptionist. The restaurant staff were very friendly, but he brought my carpaccio and we waited at least 10-15 minutes for them to bring my husbands. It was NOT noted when booking that the hot tub is an extra cost of 20 Euros per person for one hour. The hot tub was the reason we booked this hotel but did not use due to cost and time limit. Should be disclosed as part of offer when booking hotel.

Nice hotell in good location. Apx 15-20. min walk to the city senter. Good quality all over - breakfast ok, a litle booring. Iset the wellnes senter. This was ok after some days walking on hard surface.

Beautiful hotel, views and rooms. Excellent breakfast. If walking, a uphill location ad a bit far from centre. Dinner was ok, small portion and a bit pricey compare to other places.

This was the first location in a trip around Northern Italy. The rooms were fine, nicely decorated, and the staff changed the children's room from a double to a twin on arrival (although this had been requested previously). Balcony views on the front of the hotel are much better than the back of the hotel.

Beautiful building, yet worn rooms with odor, the terrace was dusty from driveway. Breakfast service, frequency of refill, healthy/fresh offers were poor or non existent. Reception was sleepy. Location was 4/5. Parking on site was a plus.

The hotel and the staff are nice. However we booked by accident the half board, which included dinner. We canceled a well planned dinner to eat at the hotel for Christmas Day. Please be advised the food and dining room are not as advertised in the photos in the hallways and online. The food was very bad we ate the first dish as we were starving and made our plan to escape and find food. The table bread was even stale. The dining hall is like a retirement home, zero charm. Its rude and a disrespectful to feed people such poor quality food, especially for Christmas Day. We will not be staying here again.

Great hotel with a very nice spa and a big terrace. The staff was friendly and the room was pretty big. Only downside is the beds (twin) that are pretty small.

This hotel is really beautiful - the room we got had 2 doors to a balcony with a sea view and lots of trees. Would stay here again.

Great room with a nice big balcony. Good service and very clean. They prepared a cot for our baby without even being asked which was a nice surprise.

Fantastic view over the villa Nobel and the sea. Enjoyed the roof terrasse for a relaxing time. Walkable distance from the train station. Great service from all the staff. Many beaches to choose from.

Nice hotel in decent location. Rooms large and bathrooms modern but ours did not have a balcony or view so was disappointing. Ok breakfast. Disappointing that their was a spa / sauna but had to pay - this is already an expensive hotel

Pleasant stay. We were surprised that we got an amazing ocean view. The bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was very nice - due to Corona, you told the staff what you wanted from the buffet and they prepared the plate for you. Parking was available, but enough space could be a problem if the hotel is fully booked. Overall, very nice and we would stay again!

Hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach close to the hotel is not as nice as the other beaches. We drove to the beaches at str. tre ponti.

Very conveniently located hotel, had parking & was quiet. Decent buffet breakfast & pleasant staff. Room was spacious & clean with nice views of the Mediterranean.

The staff at reception and at breakfast were very welcoming and adhered to Covid safety protocol. The room was simple and compact; the best part was the lovely sea view. The bottle of complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch. Unfortunately, what let this stay down was the AC not working or was shut off during the night. The temperature can't be controlled within the room. We advised the front desk several times. They attempted to adjust the temperature but it continued to blow hot air and was not fixed. So, we had a very uncomfortable night and didn't sleep. We opened the window but then there was noise on top of still being hot. It was disappointing because the hotel is in a great location and lovely. We would stay again IF the AC is fixed or come during a cooler period. I believe others have left reviews about the AC not working so it seems to be a recurring problem.

Really nice place, simple but clean and friendly. We went in the spa Which was clean and simple wit a large jacuzzi and a small hamam and sauna. Buffet breakfast was pleasant. Social distancing makes most things tedious but necessary We had to tK ethe care to get into the center of toen but finding parking was simple & uber looked available.

The hotel is very comfortable and sparkling clean! My only complaint is that the lady at the front desk tried to charge us an extra 30 euros for using the wellness center--we caught it and maybe it was just a mistake, but it left a bad impression. Also the eggs at breakfast were slimy, but now Im just being nitpicky.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Really nice hotel, enjoyed using the spa after running the Sanremo Marathon!

The location is convenient and staff from reception is nice and helpful.
