The carpet is old and dirty, mold is on the bathroom wall. The receptionist was rude. Is very bad for a comfort Inn??

Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Breakfast staff and breakfast was amazing. Maintenance man also very efficient. Morning front desk staff Ciara was extremely rude and asked the same questions over 4 times. One of the front doors didn’t open and floor was very slippery. There were mats but they were always 6 feet away from door. My sister fell hurt her back terribly and not one person (there were three) asked if she needed help or even acknowledge us. I myself the next day slipped in the same area and again not a single person asked if I needed assistance. Side door would be unlocked after hours and front desk men would be snoring very loudly. I was traveling alone and felt very unsafe. We had four rooms booked for 5 days for a wedding party and all rooms had dirty carpet. My light fixture was out in the bathroom and later fell out of the ceiling and nobody had a blow dryer. Anytime we discussed these issues with front desk they just nodded their heads and refused to resolve any issues.

I have been staying at Comfort In every time I go to Chihuahua and really liked it. But this last time room was dirty, and furniture is already showing the passing of the time. I believe this was my last time there.

Ya nos habíamos quedado en este hotel es muy cómodo muy accesible muy buena oferta por el precio aquí mi queja es de que no tienen seguridad en el estacionamiento los empleados fueron muy amables y nos permitieron estacionar un remolque con muebles enfrente del lobby y mi queja no es del servicio mi queja es por los dueños del Hotel que no proveen seguridad Cuando ya han tenido problemas con robos

We had to change room because the AC stopped working. And the bed wasn't very comfortable

The only thing I didn't like, was the guy in reception. It took him a few minutes to show up and when he finally did, he was very rude. Other than that the hotel is all you need, good thing the next morning they had two lovely girls in reception and I didn't have to see that guy again.

It was a good place to stay and state of the art technology with their light system. Staff was friendly.

I was disappointed by the continental breakfast. The breakfast area is to small for such big furniture, very difficult to move around. But the room was very comfortable and very clean. The water pressure was not great and the towels are very raspy.
