If you can afford it, stay in one of the suites. Our suite was on the 5th floor and had an amazing view through many large windows of the valley and the mountains. We had a jacuzzi in room as well which was great to use at night.
The hotel is located very conveniently to the Main Street and just a few blocks from the plaza. But, it is all either up or down hill. Good exercise!
The only disappointing thing was the included breakfast. Tasteless coffee, not good for the coffee region; plated and not too tasteful fruit; limited egg preparation and with white bread toast. This is all served in a buffet fashion with a waitress taking your egg order.
I guess we were spoiled after being in a fabulous B&B in Cartagena with a beautifully prepared breakfast in a garden!

We had a nice stay, a part of the hotel seems to be under renovation, but our suite at the 5th was very well equipped.
For breakfast we looked out for another cafetaria.
The wifi was too weak to see videos on my Ipad and the signal for the tv was not working neither.

This is our second visit to the hotel. It is more beautiful than the first time. It is well located two blocks from the Main Street. Beautiful and comfortable in every way. The breakfast is good. The front staff was super sweet and very helpful from checking us in to finding us a private ride back to Pereria. We highly recommend this property.

I had a fantastic stay. My room was so gorgeous. I really enjoyed the balcony. The whole hotel is stunning. The breakfast is great and it’s such a speacila spot to start the day with that view! Highly recommend. The girls on reception were really wonderful.

To be honest this wasn’t the cleanest hotel, few stains on the sheets etc… and our bathroom didn’t have any hand soap when we got there. We had to call the front desk and they brought us some shower gel as a hand soap.. it was ok. I wouldn’t stay here again tho.

Colonial hotel. Good. Pay more attention to details when it comes to clean the rooms and even the fans. We got one and it was so gross. Good breakfast overall. Great and helpful staff. Close to main street “ Calle Real “ in Salento.

We stayed at their best room....almost 200 usd per night. It has NO air conditioning, NO water preassure, NO hairdryer, NO hair conditioner

The only thing I didnt like was that the rooms don't have a/c and at night could get a lil warn in the room, because you can not open the window that face the hallway.

The location is perfect and I love the rustic style embedded in what it seems to be a new building. The only complain we have is that the bed was extremely hard for us.

Beautiful hotel, our suite was spotless, extremely clean, very welcoming staff, the reception did take care of our transportation in general.. best decision…(transport service outstanding).. the town itself is very safe, so… the property is safe as well. Bilingual staff… I’m ready to go back again.

First impression counts, first, at check in an overcharge of nearly Us$20 Dollars for a supposedly tax. When i purchase the room on orbitz it clearly says “all taxes included” what is your definition of “all”

It's a low cost hotel, with below average quality. The towels were stained, the pillow smelled like sweaty armpit, it was gross. I asked for the pillow cover to be replaced and saw mold on the nasty pillow. The breakfast options were very limited. On site covered parking was a plus but there is no security personnel. Location was central to main town streets.
