It was very old and not an executive apartment that i booked and paid over 400 for a below average unit

When we booked we tock this place because it had parking off road and there was ment to be things for kids to do lile pools and play area. Well we got to check in there was no one there we waited for 10min for someone to come than got told we had to park on the street because undercover parking was for small cars. Than we got told the inside pool was broken and the out side pool could only be used after 2pm because there was work being done to the building we than got told between 8am and 2pm it would be very noisey because of the work that was not good as we have 2 babys that sleep in that time. It was to late to book in anywhere else and we where not even offer to get a refund to go anywhere else. Than when we got to our room it didn't look lile it got cleaned properly the air vents and filters where dusty and durty under the beds there was rubbish and dust that looked like it had been there for 6 months 2 off the beds felt like there was sand in them. And there was only 1 sashay of stuff for washing up and washing and 1 cub for dishwasher when we where there for 4 nights. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone I know. Also the doors that went out to patio did not close properly. The good things about this place where it is convenient you are near everything with in walking distances the over works great to cook means and there was plenty of beds as we has 3 rooms and 5 beds it fit our big family.

The apartment needed updating,not clean, sliding door to balcony was really hard to open,we were informed 6days beforehand that renovations were being carried out,it was noisy,we didn't have time to book elsewhere without paying high prices, indoor pool was empty and not usable,not worth the money we paid,very very disappointed

Everything was great for our stay. I like the atmosphere and surrounding of the hotel. Was conveniently located for where i needed to get to etc. I would certainly stay there again.

The place had cockroaches all through the kitchen, frypans and other utensils were still dirty, couch pillows had stains allover them and the walls had bubbling chipping paint everywhere, it's very outdated and just overall dirty.

was old, run down and not clean at all. very disappointed and would never recommend anyone to stay here. Appalled that people can still rent places out like this!

Walking distance to Surfers, no vehicle required. We had comfortable one bed apart on 2nd floor which was great for us, no waiting for lifts and quieter with cool breezes from large secure balconette openings. Has fan and air con in bedroom but we didn't need them for April. Kitchen and bathroom both large and functional with lots of big appliances.
Lounge is great with big couches and enormous smart TV. We stayed in a lot and rested well here.
Only negative: My vehicle was over the 1.7 limit so no parking available for me at all. There is a paid parking area two blocks away. Regular cars or no vehicle, this is an ideal place to stay due to its location.

We had booked a two bedroom executive suite for me and 3 friends. Upon arrival we were only given one key for four guests it was a normal key that takes not even a day to replace after complaining I managed to get one the next afternoon. The state of the room was unacceptable and run down, we were told it had previously been trashed by people. My fan in my room was broken, I had to move my mattress into the tv room as I couldn’t sleep in 30 degree heat, the dishwasher was broken with a error massage coming up, the door to the balcony barley opened as it kept getting stuck it took two 30 year old men to open it, the tv remote was missing had to ask for one and worst of all the toilet sit was broken. We informed the owners of all of this on checkout and my friend informed twice about the toilet seat. The owners are now saying we broke the toilet seat and not giving us back our full bond even though we told them of all these issues. When trying to resolve it with them the owner hanged up on me multiple times and not did they inform us of the bond charge my friend had to call them we also asked for proof toilet seat charges they can’t give and keep changing story. The provided us with broken seat photo they have purposely snapped it on half when all it was the seat broken off the actual toilet. The cleaniness of the room was not to standards to with dust everywhere. I have travelled multiple times and never experienced such bad customer service and so many problems in one room.

disappointed when check in. Bathroom handrail is broken. the rubbish bin in the bathroom is very old and look dirty with lots of stains on the bin. Carpet in the room is not even. the bed sheet is feeing sandy and got small dirts on it. Really disappointed. and have to book another new hotel nearby.

The location was good and the room was spacious but it was very run down and could have been a lot cleaner. If you want something budget then this is a good option.

They had us in a one bedroom apartment for my husband, son and myself when I booked I paid for a two bedroom apartment it was no trouble for them to correct the error. Great service

There is big issue with cleanless. It was bunch of cockroach live in a unit. And dust everywhere, toilet bowl is dirty. Some of rooms are renovated but still i can find cleaning issue and keep units in poor condition.

The 3 bedroom apartment was missing essential kitchen items - tongs etc and the windows were rusted open so we were unable to shut them when it was raining and windy. We stayed 4 nights, it was great for our needs and was in an excellent location. We used the indoor pool a few times and found the parking great. We would stay again.

Only a couple of blocks away from Cavill shops, restaurants and the beach. Fairly new bathroom & kitchen. Bed was very comfortable.

The property was just perfect for my family. It was walking distance to all the great eateries and beach. We were in GC for the marathon and the location was just perfect! The apartment decor was very modern and very comfortable.

The place was old and filthy, we stayed there as this site had it as a reasonable standard of stars. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone

No staff in office on weekends which made finding most of these facilities confusing, like how to use the magic button system and on the first day the elevator not working and having to climb 15 flights of stairs with 3 small children didn't make a good first impression. The room it's self was pretty good lovely view pretty comfortable. Would be nice if they amended their office hours to include weekends aswell.

The location it's great but the hotel is really old, the lift is not working properly and the parking is a headache due to the "share" car parks with the residents of the building. The hotel staff are really friendly but does not compensate for the condition of the building.

We had a lovely holiday and found the staff at the Condor to be very pleasant, professional, helpful and down to earth. However, the building is quite old and the lifts are appalling; very slow and inefficient. It's a very noisy complex too (outside noise). And finally, with no air conditioning in a place like Qld, I dare say we would not stay there again in Winter, let alone in Summer.

We stayed in room 5D. The apartment was very spacious but very outdated.
The walls and doors were dirty, the bed head was all cracked, the bathrooms were rusty and cracked, the sink leaked, the toilet lid was broken, the blinds weren't block out, one blind broke when pulling it up, the traffic noise was extreme - there's not many nice things to say about the apartment really.
I'd say the other rooms would be more updated - but not apartment 5D...

We saw a cochroach on our first night of stay, then we didn't have light in our room so we had to use the lamp. On our 1st day we manage to park on the patking space that was alloted but on the 2nd day someone has parked on our slot though its okay as there's one available at the guest parking however on our 3rd night someone has park again on our alloted parking space to make things worst there's no available parking on the guest parking even on the road side. The lift was abit dangerous too coz when it stops it doesn't align to the floor level, its like a step higher so you always have to watch your step plus for other people it is hard to step up/higher.
There's only 1 wine glass too. We wanted to drink wine but there's only 1 wine glass so the rest had to drink in a glass. The throw pillow needs to be changed. It looks like it's been there for more than 10 yrs. It looks like it used to be white but now it's abit brownish.
They have an awesome manager though and he was really nice & friendly.

Outdated building facilities with underground car park too low and most SUV's wont be able to use. Very minimal outside parking yet there is a large area that should be turned into parking with little effort and cost. Our room had been renovated and was quite spacious but lacked a lot of home comforts like coffee tables, DVD player, stereo just to name a few things that would make it feel more homely.

Room was a little out dated. Great location. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment so had space to burn. Very friendly staff so would definitely recommend staying here
