Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff

Great modern hotel, good position!

This hotel was lovely. Well located for shops and bars but without being too near as to be disturbed by noise. No rush to get sunbeds - there were always some available. Food was lovely and drinks were competitively priced at the pool bar. Food was very good and staff were nice. I would recommend this hotel.

This property is just OK. I don’t think I would classify it as a four-star property more like a three star . The rooms are suitable. However, the beds are very hard I can almost sleep on anything, and I ended up with a sore back at the end of my week. They are very chintzy at this hotel. I asked for some more water and she said at the front desk that you only receive two bottles per stay, give me a break. In addition, there is a room safe however, there is no key when I inquired about that they’re charging you for the key. There is also no iron in the room where they are charging you an additional cost to use that iron for rental. There is no kettle in the room or no espresso machine , there’s so many other hotels that have the basic necessities apology as previously mentioned with no additional charge that I can’t understand why anybody would choose this one . The breakfast is OK however, I struggle to find anything healthy at the Buffay other than one day that they provided some smoothies . I tried to take a dip in the cold pool in the under covered area, and as I was sitting on the side of the pool area, I was attacked by an ants nest on the pool deck . I’m not sure what kind of ants these are but they were the biting kind.

This is a GREAT Hotel venue with excellent amenities. Great breakfast, nice pool and bar, wonderful staff, one block from the beach and outside bars and restaurants. It has ONE outstanding weak link: they want to charge you $18 euros for a key to the room safe which in any other hotel room would be a complimentary amenity in the room. This flaw is ridiculous and unacceptable in 2023.

It was a comfortable stay with helpful staff, but the hotel is a bit dated. It is off-site from the beach, and the parking is just street parking. Which didn't feel the same as claiming off-site parking. The atmosphere is somewhat of an entertainment atmosphere, but it felt a little it wasn't high quality. We weren't there for that anyway, so it didn't matter but it was a bit loud at times as you were walking through the lobby. There is a nice pool, but it isn't near the beach and the surrounding buildings are relatively close.

The hotel is modern, clean and I’d return. Pool & Bar area was excellent and I really enjoyed the variety for breakfast. Very European vibe.

Good value for the money, but nothing special. No direction on parking in the area. Was very quiet due to off season, but buffet for breakfast was vast.

The hotel isn't new but felt like it was . It's location staff and quality of the rooms , I would recommend to any traveller

The front desk staff is not able to properly communicate in English or German, so you better speak Spanish and even if you do they will not be of any help. I asked where to get water and they sent me to a vending machine not telling me there was 2 free waters in the room. I asked how much breakfast was and they said it was included, sat down started to eat when a lady asked for our room number. She then tells us we need to go pay after we started to eat and after we were told it was free. It cost over 25 euros for 2 people.for their breakfast and thebfood was terrible definitely not worth the money. Final straw was the air conditioning broke, our room got to 40°C with no breeze coming from the outside. When we talked with front desk they said no maintenance available, no manager to talk to, no room to change to(B.S. because there were rooms advertised), no fan to give us and no refund if we leave. First the front desk lady said "it was working yesterday, why is it not today". I replied" i dont know I'm not an A/C repair guy". She then tells us since we booked our room through hotels.com we should contact them with this problem and have them fix it. YES because hotels.com is responsible for your air conditioning problems. Beware of this hotel chain, they do not care if you have issues/problems.

Upon check-in we got our room upgraded to a more expensive room with a better view, so that was great! The part of the hotel we lived in was modern and clean, and the people working at the hotel were helpful. The pool was nice, and there were events and live music in the evenings (even with free welcome drinks). All in all we loved our stay there! The only thing that would make it better, is that the aircondition could have been a bit more powerful, for our liking.

Super sejour. L’hotel est propre et les employés très sympathique ! Ils parlent français allemand et anglais. Super petit déjeuné à volonté !! J’ai vraiment passé un agréable sejour

Had a really good time staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend. It had really good facilities, nice staff and an amazing breakfast.

Nice hotel . Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.Very good buffet for breakfast.The only drawback was the fact that we have to pay to have a safe deposit key! A 4 stars hotel should give this service for free !

The facility of the hotel and the staff are very wellcome. Clean and very nice atmosfare around the pool. Quet during the day as you can relax properly and at night you can enjoy live music. The food in the restorant is wow planty of choice, fresh and delisious. I recommend the hotel and i will go again.😍😊😊

We stayed at Pamplona for 3 days. It’s a great hotel with many amenities and centrally located. We specially enjoyed the free breakfast and dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful

My trip to Palma from Canada with relatives from Australia and UK was wonderful and the Pamplona was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly - we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel is in a good location, not far from the airport or the city of Palma. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was extremely diverse with something for every taste. We would certainly go back.

Wasn't there long enough to comment objectively. Was in Spain on business, it was a place to sleep for 2 nights. Nice property though!

The soft drinks in the mini bar were included in the room price. Cava was available at breakfast if you wanted it - bit early but nice touch.

Floating bean bags in pool were cool. Breakfast excellent choice.
