Clean and tidy, and really good value

Very nice, clean hotel, 1 minute from the beautiful beach. Nice breakfast and all services perfect. Will come back.

Good location, cleaning almost every day. Hotel do not have a waterboiler in rooms, can't borrow either. Restuarant closes 9 pm and the walls are really thin... for sleep you need humble guests as your neighbors. The lack of sound isolation made a big difference.

The facilities are good. Location is great, just couple of minutes from the beach. Breakfast was ok. Same for 6 days and only one staff to cook and serve food for everyone. Receptionists did not show any interest, did not even say hello to us. In the whole hotel only met one friendly staff member. Probably some staff training would be beneficial to most of them.

Very good Hotel close to the beach. Breakfast was good, we got everything what we need in the morning! Rooms clean and enough space. Special thanks to all staffmembers at the reception! Very kind and helpful from check in until check out! We had a problem with some other guests a room up to ours. After complaining at the reception, the two receptionist solved it quickly. It was great in general. Would definitely recommend the hotel as it’s close to the beach and the staff is friendly. Only issue I had was when the receptionist said he’ll order a taxi to the airport with a card reader but he didn’t and I had to pay by cash which I didn’t have and missed my flight back home but overall it was amazing <3

Was a cheap weekend away for my birthday. Was pleasantly surprised at how nicely decorated the hotel was for the money. Tried breakfast but it was disappointing. Cold sausages and cold beans. Hotel was just a short 3 minute walk from beach. Would definitely stay here again

The Hotel is a solid 3 star Hotel. Location is great (Close to balenareo 1), 3 Minute walk to the beach, quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk to the major Party area. Late check out possible for a 20 euro fee. Staff is very friendly. To improve: - housekeeping (rooms are not cleaned properly) - rooms are very small (we had a Standard room with outside balcony), very hard to move in this small room - you hear the neighbours - Internet not working(!) - only twin beds available that they move together for couples, not really nice however, given the 3 star category and the price range it is a good place to stay.

Good hotel which catered for our holiday. Nice and clean rooms. All that was missing was a swimming pool and the hotel would have been perfect. But the beach was not far away so that compensated.

We stayed one week in this hotel which is located 3 minutes walk from the beach, personnel is friendly , hotel is in a good condition , bed is comfortable , air conditioning works perfectly, not a noisy hotel

Stayed as a couple for 10 days. Hotel has a good location, close to beach, shops, bus stations (buses take you to better beaches than El Arenal...). Regularly cleaned, nice staff, good AC, free welcome cocktail. WiFi on the 6th floor was terrible (1/10). They fixed it but it was bad again after 20min. And the bed was uncomfortable for my husband, but fine for me (so personal preferences). You can hear the neighbors but nothing a pair of earplugs can't block.

It is a nice hotel close to the beach. The room was quite small but was oke for our stay overthere. The bathroom was ok either. Just a light to short so it was a little bit dark in the shower. And for the toilet you need an instruction because he acted a bit strange. A small cupboard in the bathroom would be nice but you can manage without it. The reception was kind as well at the breakfast. Enough variety at breakfast. Luckily it was an adult only hotel. It is a little bit noisy in the sense that you can hear your neighbour sneeze. I think the price is a little bit too high for what we have had.

I recently stayed at Hotel Don Pepe over the 4th of July weekend and did not have a pleasant experience overall. The hotel staff had only one helpful and respectful member. All of the others were rude, short, and disrespectful. The hotel offered a "welcome drink" voucher however, you could only use it between 1600-1700. That's bad customer service and a complete joke. It's not much of a "welcome drink" if you can't use it upon arrival. The bar hours were pretty short as well and was never manned. Additionally, the WiFi did not work in my room the entire 4 days. Furthermore, every time I called for assistance resolving my WiFi issue, the receptionists were rude and did not fix the issue. They were very passive aggressive and dismissive. I also had issues when requesting a cab, the receptionists were rude and I had to ask more than once before receiving the cab. Lastly, the only highlight from this hotel was the close proximity to the beach and the rooms were clean.

I had an amazing time! The staff were incredible attention with us, specially Jose, who helped us with the best tips about places restaurants and places to go.

The stay was amazing. The moment we walked in the hotel a friendly gentleman greeted us warmly. We named Him Pepe because he looked like a proper icon for Don Pepe Hotel. Everything was clean, actually better than we had hoped. Room was nice and comfortable, bar was alright and the luggage hold was decent. We didnt try the breakfast nor the dinner opportunity. One more good thing about this hotel was the location - Bike rental was literally out the door and across the street! Beach was just 200m down the road (down the hill so it was even nicer) and all the possible dining places were really close by. In addition it had a few shops and supermarkets basically in 5 minutes walk radius. Therefore I am more than sure than on my next stay in Mallorca I will try and get a room in Don Pepe Hotel. I am very glad I stayed there.

Nice hotel

We didnt use any of the other facilities, but the room (though basic) was a good size, clean and the décor was pretty good.

Room was a good size, but: first day we found hair in the bathtube; the beds (separate) are on the wheels so get used to sleeping separately; behind the wall next to our headboard was the other room bathroom so we were woken up every time they used the sink - very loud noise.We decided to buy breakfasts for 2 days in the hotel. After the first one (very disappointing) we couldnt cancel the other one as it was no longer possible. So I would advise to eat somewhere else.Not very far away from the beach (in this part of the city the beach is very clean and nice), quiet neighbourhood (we had a room from the courtyard, was fine and view on the city). Hotel quite clean and nice (except this bathtube experience). Cleaners every day.

Cheap as hell! They charge you a $20 deposit just to use the iron, don't stay here!!!!

Everything about the hotel was excellent, staff were fantastic and the room clean and modern. My only grumble and it's a common one is that all hotel rooms should have a kettle. The only reason I have marked the hotel down is because of the area it's situated so if you do decide you want to stay in S'Aranal then I don't think you could choose better

The hotel overall is really good. Great location and fairly new. The staff helpful and the room were very clean. The down side was the breakfast : few option and often running out of food. Scramble eggs dry so was the fried eggs. However the staff working there was great , the lift also very small for such a big hotel. But o would recommend and will go back.

Fantastic staff, couldn't do enough to help. Rooms good, very clean. Breakfast was fine. Quiet at night. Very near the beach front.
