We absolutely loved this hotel! Walkable distance to the main sights of Florence and a beautiful location close to the train station with many restaurants just outside. The staff were amazing. They offered to store our bags prior to check in and after checkout. They even upgraded our room to one with a view overlooking the beautiful square. The included breakfast has a lot to offer, more than most of the other hotels we had stayed at during our trip. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

I was supposed to stay at this hotel, but 3 days before my flight, I got COVID, so I wasn't able to travel where I was supposed to attend my close friend's wedding and my birthday. Every hotel, including United Airlines, gave me a full refund. They didn't even give me a hard time, but this hotel and manager, who lacks common sense, refused to give me my money back. What am I supposed to do? Get on the airplane with COVID and get everyone sick? How come every other hotel of this trip and even my airline gave me a full refund with my proof of positive COVID test but they "can't." I would NEVER support this hotel. I contacted this hotel 1 week before I was supposed to check-in. I will do everything to get my money back from this hotel.

I have to say that this hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly especially the two ladies at breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety and very tasty.
The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was a little small, but very comfortable.

Nice hotel, in okay location with great staff. Issue was noise, all the doors for the rooms next to us slammed and also the street noise is excessive. We were first floor city view which I would recommend future guests avoid.

Simply beautiful hotel close to everything! Staff was beyond kind and helpful, recommending restaurants and holding our bags while we went on a winery tour. Our room, 122, was like being in a museum. Our next trip we will surely stay here again!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay and felt welcomed, safe, comfortable and truly enjoyed our time. Great staff who was incredibly kind. Our flight out of Florence was very early so they arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 4 a.m., had a continental breakfast bag for each of us ready as we checked out. Definitely recommend.

Clean and quiet, clean and keep the room very tidy. Ice machine in the lobby but most of time empty (but staff willing to get it from the bar). On arrival. Staff walk you through the breakfast area (very good food) and facilities. Very close to the train station. But not too crowded.

We spent two nights at the front end of a bicycling trip in Tuscany at the Hotel Garibaldi Blu. The hotel was within easy walking distance from/to the train station. Easy walking distance to very high end shopping and many of the classic Florence historical sites (Uffizi Museum, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Galleria dell'Accademia, etc.). The rooms are nice and comfortable. We loved being close to everything, with many dining options close by.

In way in the heart of Florence Italy. In one of the bigger piazzas. Lots of shops, restaurants and wine less than 5 minutes walking. The hotel is literally a hole in the wall and then get ready to be amazed at how big it opens up to multiple floors. The breakfasts were terrific as well. I would definitely recommend and stay there again

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very nice. Bed was hard/uncomfortable. Area was very noisy. Air conditioning in the room stayed very cold, we could not get it to a reasonable temperature, and even when we tried to turn it off it kept blowing cold air. Had to call the front desk for them to turn it off. Bartender was a great guy - very helpful/friendly.

This hotel had the best staff on our trip to Italy! They took care of our every need from dinner reservations, to private tour to wineries, and taxi services they went above and beyond. The hotel was super clean, great breakfast, and great location to all the things to see. It was a little loud since it was in the piazza but that was a small price to pay for how nice it was.
