Everything was excellent up until today when the fire alarm kept going off starting before 6am . The fire alarm Went off multiple times approximately 4 times . And we had to go down stairs to figure out what was going on in which the staff claimed it was a false alarm . They did not do a very good job at communicating. The guest had to wait in line to ask and inquire about what was going on .

Our recent stay at ME Milan left us with mixed feelings. The hotel itself has a new and modern feel, which initially gave us high hopes. We stayed in a Superior ME room, and while it was adequately sized, it felt somewhat tight. The room lacked sufficient surfaces to place our belongings, including in the bathroom, where space was extremely limited. One major issue we encountered was the poor air conditioning. Despite visiting Milan in May, the room was uncomfortably warm. On one night, we had to resort to opening the windows for relief. Although we called maintenance and they attempted to override the system, the room remained warm. Our stay lasted for two days, but turn-down service was only provided on one of the nights. Additionally, we had to call for new towels and water, which was an inconvenience. The valet service was also disappointing; they were unhelpful both during our arrival and departure. On a positive note, the concierge, Sabrina, was extremely helpful. She recommended wonderful places to eat, which enhanced our dining experiences in Milan. However, despite being in a corner unit, the room was loud at night, disrupting our sleep. The lighting inside the room was also poor, contributing to an overall sense of discomfort. Considering these factors, we felt that our stay was overpriced for the level of service and comfort we received.

The stuff was good but the hotel itself does not seem to be a 5 star more like 4 star reception area. They need to re design the entrance area. However the rooms are nice and modern although very dark. Breakfast was very good.

I had the most incredible experience at ME Milan - Il Duca! The service provided by Jenny Rossi, Aura Manager, Sabrina Gallo, Concierge, Anthony Ardizzone, Head Concierge, and Gabriela Serranti, Front Office Manager, was simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out.Having traveled to almost 14 countries across Europe, I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The Italian hospitality displayed by the team at ME Milan - Il Duca, was unparalleled. I have no way to express my gratitude to everybody.As a result, I wholeheartedly give, ME Milan - Il Duca a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Great location walking to distance to many great restaurants shopping and train station. Very accommodating and friendly staff, the concierge was very helpful in making arrangements, only the checking in took a bit longer thank normal at other hotels.

I requested flowers to be placed in the room and the ME Milano team pulled it off spectacularly. I don't feel I gave them enough time and they still managed to make it happen. They're on the ball!

2nd time staying in this hotel with a 3am fire alarm! Zero instruction or fire marshals. Been woken at 3am without any interaction from the hotel is annoying, no apology no reason as to why it repeatedly happens. I love the staff in this hotel but it’s tough to have two trips wandering the fire escape at 3 am in a city with crime and issues like any other without any support from the hotel.

There was no upgrade, even free room empty and it was so much noise couldn’t sleep

Hotel was clean, bathroom was clean, no mold, furniture was modern, did not see any mold anywhere.

We stayed 3 seperate times at this hotel as we made Milan our base and made various day/short trips to other places. It is a decent, clean, and well maintained property. Enjoyed my overall stay at this hotel. The staff paid attention to details and had our stored luggage ready in our new rooms when we returned for our subsequent stays. They also provided a complimentary chocolate on our second stay and a free room upgarde on our third stay which made us very comfortable during our last night in Milan. Hotel is very near to the republica train station which made it convenient to get around and at the same time being situation at the central business area, the area is quiet during the weekends which we enjoyed. The only drawback was that the rooms are all dimly lit which is due to the design of the hotel. Would have been better if the rooms are slightly brighter.

Wonderful staff and beautiful rooms. Easy to get around, about 40 minutes of walking from the Duomo so overall a wonderful location. The staff truly was so helpful with everything.

This hotel is an excelent option. For a fair price compared to other 5 star hotels in Milan, it offers a quiet and large room with a wonderful bed, attentive staff and an amazing cappuccino at the hotel lobby. I have been to other hotels in Milan, and I would definitively stay here again. It is a good value for money.

ME Duca in Milan was a fantastic hotel. From the staff, accommodations, service and food which were all top notch. I would recommend highly.
