The room is comfortable and tidy. I hope there are slippers provided

Castelnuovo was excellent. It is a bit hard to find, but the staff is incredibly helpful. The room is large, the bed if comfortable, and everything is very clean. It has a good location not far from the Teatro Massimo and Borgo Vecchio. The breakfast had coffee, cereals, biscotti, and two different breakfast pies. It was nothing spectacular but good. I would highly recommend.

Stayed one night prior to taking the plane early next morning
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Carried our luggage to the room and arranged for shared taxi to the airport next morning. Beats taking the Bus at 5:30am and worth the extra euros paid for the taxi.
Will definitely stay there again if we were to come to Palermo in the future

A bit far away from the historic attractions (unless your here to visit theatres) but instead its safe and clean.Generous but nothing but sweet breakfast.Rooms equipment rather basic (including14 (?) TV). Spotless clean. Rather slow internet.The main drawback was the lack of homy feel and characterless of this place.

A nice place for the price. It is well located. The owners was friendly and helpful in the morning, when breakfast is served.

Good location and lovely staff. enjoyed my stay but 3 down sides. 1- bed was uncomfortable 2- breakfast was simply bread and tea ( no jam, butter or anything) 3- hair dryer wasnt available. overall, based on the price, I think it is really a nice place and I recommend it

The staff at this place was amazing. Their English was good and they went out of their way to make you feel at home. On checkout day, they stored luggage and invited you to use their facilities after you were finished sightseeing for the day. Our group ended up at 2 locations and they couldn't apologize enough. (We had booked separately and under different last names.) We checked in super late but I believe that if it would have been feasible they would have moved us to the same location.
