We had a lovely 5 day stay. The hotel’s garden and pool are a gem find in a city location. Close to city centre, so everything in walking distance. The hotel is right opposite a park too.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
We had an initial problem with our room, but it was quickly and generously sorted.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable, lovely bed. A really nice touch a complimentary bar. Hotel was located in a very accessible part of Florence. The pool and gardens were wonderful especially when you had been out all day soaking up the beauty of Florence. Would recommend this hotel.

Property isnabout a 20 minited walk to all the shopping, but there are some great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The area outback of the hotel isextremely peaceful city several seating areas and a pool. Overall the hotelbwas extremely nice with great accommodations!

This is a beautiful hotel with a nice breakfast and a gorgeous spa. You have to reserve the pool because it is small. The staff was very welcoming and our room was lovely with a little private patio area. It was in a great location too.

Easy transfer from airport; easy walking distance from attractions, restaurants & shopping areas. Also enjoyed the spa after a long days wandering. The garden was lovely & quiet after a busy, bustling day wandering the City.

We enjoyed the spacious, quiet, private garden space on the hotel property. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a coffee or drink.

Hands down a slice of heaven in what can be a very hectic and busy city. What great amenities with the spa and views are probably some of the best. We stayed on the 3rd floor and faced the courtyard.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, and I could recommend to everyone. Officially the breakfast serves from 7:30, but you may ask if you can have it start from 7:00 (actually I had it starting from 7:00)

I loved the rooms at this hotel as well as how accommodating the staff were. I felt line this hotel gave us a perfect balance of the modern feel mixed with the Italian feel. I also loved the location and being able to walk to restaurants and some nightlife. My only gripe with the hotel was that the breakfast was always cold no matter how early I went down. Maybe that’s the way Italians eat their breakfast but I wasn’t a fan of that. And lastly we paid for spa access and we did get that but access to a masseuse for two people seem a little limited during our short 4 day stay.

Excellent location. Lovely spa...need to book in advance. Shame it doesnt open in the morning. Fabulous breakfast with great selection. We also had afternoon tea included. Staff very polite helpful and accommodating. Room was a little on the small side for a superior room. Great location can walk to all attractions. Recommend this hotel.

My second time staying at this lovely boutique hotel. About 10 min walk from train station & easily walkable to other popular landmarks as well. The courtyard in the back is a hidden gym. Recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Fitness center and pool are small and require reservations, but they were easy to get and is just a small quibble. Location is great for Florence sites.

Perfect location for easy walking access around the city. The garden is an oasis from all of the bustle. So quiet and relaxing. Hotel staff were all great, helpful, polite and welcoming. Great facilities, very comfortable room, and the spa was a perfect addition for relaxing in for a few hours.

All in all a wonderful experience at this hotel. This is the perfect example that antique doesn’t have to read old. Well preserved and updated property.

Staff was very friendly and lovely. Room was much smaller than it appeared in photos. There was mildew in the shower which was off putting. Room also smelled like smoke, and air conditioning turned off when key card wasn’t inserted, so upon arrival the smell was very strong. Not an awful experience, but don’t think I would go again.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful garden with the pool, beautiful interiors. Fantastis staff, always friendly, helpful. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Last but not least presence of the king of the hotel cute cat named Furly 😁😻

We had an amazing time. 7 glorious days.
When we checked in, it was in the middle of a heat wave. The air-conditioning in one of the rooms was struggling and sounded like a muted car alarm, but the staff were amazing and moved our daughter to a temporary room for one night and then a permanent room for the remainder of our stay. That was the only blip and it was fixed instantly. Perfect
The staff were amazing. So friendly. They helped us with our Italian.
The location was perfect. The garden and spa were great.
The breakfast was also next level and a perfect start to the day. By the end of our stay the staff knew our coffee orders.

Even though we have now done most of the sites in Florence we will probably go again because of the hotel.
