Property doors are very hard to open. We need both hand to open the doors. When doors are open and close very noisy.

Advertised as 4 star. Room is underwhelming. Limited furniture/decorating, carpet stained, light fittings missing, throw pillows stained. Gross!
Walls between rooms are paper thin. I was subjected to listening to a domestic dispute from the room next door, including the constant slamming of doors and children screaming for 3 and half hours.
No info on after hour contact, complained in the morning and was told the after hour contact number is on the front door to the lobby - quite unsafe for a lone female traveller with a domestic dispute happening in the room next door and spilling out into the shared spaces. Reception didn’t care.
I won’t be staying here again. Honestly a nightmare experience

Rooms are tired, big red stain on the carpet, black marks on the wall. Receptionist was lovely when we asked for more towels and toilet paper as the rooms are not serviced every day. It is convenient to have some cutlery, crockery and the kettle, sandwich press, microwave and toaster.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! The windows were so dusty and we had a lot of ants in the kitchen, it was very disgusting. Everything was very used. The shower was also dirty. We needed to park our car outside of the building because all parking spaces were full. The next day our license plates were stolen. So very unsafe area. I would not recommend staying there.

Upon arrival the front desk did not tell me any information just gave me the keys and sent me on my way I had to ask about every little detail which should have been provided welcoming me.
I had no aircon for four days, when I called up about this issue they were not very accommodating and said they would not know when it will be fixed. Was fixed on last day however, communication was poor and I was not aware till before I checked out.

-not located near shops (short drive to CBD)
-very poor communication
-broken lockbox so very stressful after hours check-in trying to find the person I'd called an hour previously giving them our eta but who left the phone downstairs so we couldn't reach them for several minutes (reception unmanned after 5pm)
-room without a view (only windows were at top of wall so dont book if you're claustrophobic) - and no, we didnt know this from the photos online.

We stayed 12 nights during Christmas and New Year but only got once housekeeping service. Some facilities in the room not working, eg. TV, fan and laundry dryer. The balcony door handles became mouldy and disgusting. Ants everywhere in the kitchen area.

I was missing a frying pan, but when i advised them i got one straight away.

The apartment was nice enough, very basic. Some maintenance is needed though. Entrance door to the apartment sticks and needs to be fixed, so does the balcony screen door - we couldn’t get it to slide across . The air conditioning units are broken so you can’t change the air flow. The pool area looks pretty bad with the plastic plants, the only live healthy plants are the weeds. Trying to get into the car park is hard when the reader at the gate leans away from the car…
We found it was much cheaper to book through Wotif than what was quoted from Property Vine direct, and you don’t get much for the amount you pay. The location is the best thing about the place.

The apartment we had this time was smaller and outdated than the one we had two years ago. Parking on-site problematic but off street parking appeared safe. Comfortable beds was a plus.

Check in was quick and easy, great off street parking. Unit was clean and serviceable, good elevator accessibility. Great views and access to big walking path. Bed was a bit hard, but nice pillows, doona and towels. Kitchen worked well, overall, good accommodation.

Room only surface cleaned. Dust and bugs on most surfaces. One lift not sufficient for the building and it wasn’t working on our departure so we had to carry luggage down 6 flights of stairs.

Excellent and Friendly Staff but the rooms need miner maintenance done. Light in entrance not working, Tv Remote no battery’s, washing up of dishes where unclean and bowl missing. I was disappointed that I did not get a view but the other 2 rooms that were booked did. Like I said miner improvements that would have given better star rating results

Location was great and nice out look from the unit. had a kitchenette net and heaps of space. Staff where helpful and friendly when you need help. The only thing is the beds where really bad they need an up grade big time I did end up having a really sore back, I spoke to some of the other guests and they had the some problem.
