This place shouldn’t be considered “all inclusive” when all the dining options were always closed. The only place that was opened was the Verenda buffet, which wasn’t great. That’s the only place we ate it for 4 days because reservations were always full, or the place was closed.

The pictures online are not even close to reality. Customer service was poor. Meals close to junk food. We think t pricing is high for what you receive. On top of what we paid in advance we had to pay a resort fee. Really discouraging to go back

The property is very nice, clean, & relaxing. The rooms are pretty small. Bathroom was very small and could use updates.

The food isnt great but they make up for it with the unlimited drinks. The activities outlined each day seemed to be aubject to change based on customer request.

I like the customer service. I made friends with the employees; the hotel was clean. I just didn't like the food selections, and there being little to no entertainment other than that I loved it. Karaoke night was fun, the parade in the lobby was GREAT! I danced with the performers. If they upgrade the few things I mentioned, they would be a 5. Jarvis has GREAT customer service; he needs a raise! Also, the bell man in the front (he helps with bags, call cabs) he's a little on the heavy side. Sorry for that intro but I don't remember his name, I love him there as well.

As a frequent traveler I was excited to stay at the Warwick Paradise Island. Unfortunately, my stay was less than par. Upon arrival our room was not available and we decided to roam the property as we waited. The staff we encountered were less than thrilled to be there and were not warm and friendly . Our premium room was larger than expected, but our bathroom was plain awful. The shower did not drain properly and the floor was gross. There is no area or counter, just a sink and about 2 feet to move about! The balcony view was beautiful, but our side window view garbage and trash. The staff at the bars were rude and often selected who they wanted to serve first. We did not find many staff members that were happy to accommodate our needs or wants. They actually seemed annoyed. We were hoping to enjoy time at a resort and be treated like guests that they would want to come back, but unfortunately we were met with rudeness and obnoxious behavior. We will not be returning or encouraging others to do so.

Expedia false advertise this property it does not look like the photos. Horrible smell i left with a rash the plumbing doesn’t work constant issues

Reception was slow, floor wet and dangerous upon arrival, mold in ceiling tiles and moisture present. Smell of dampness strong. Room door jammed, bathroom tub peeling. A/c in room not functioning properly. Over all out dated and dirty environment I would not recommend this to anyone.

We just stayed at this property and had a great time. It was affordable, nice pool, nice beach lagoon, great drinks and the food was great! The rooms are fine, bathrooms in the rooms are lacking luxury. It was clear it was a rehabbed hotel. If you are like us and don’t spend a lot of time on the room- it is no big deal at all. If you like the look of luxury then this is not the place. Everything was clean, just small, basic bathroom. Free shuttle to Cabbage beach was great! Staff were friendly!

Stayed 5 nights in July 2024. Staff was welcoming and helpful! Loved that it was within walking distance to shops and some restaurants. Not far to Atlantis and has a free shuttle there nightly at 8pm. Evening entertainment could use some updates but other than that we loved our stay!

The property was great! The upgrades made were amazing - we were there 33 years ago for our honeymoon and were pleased when we checked in. The restaurant options and food choices were great as well. The continuous Bahama Mamas were an added bonus. The staff were all professional, polite, and friendly. The nightly entertainment was something that every and any one could participate in. The Cultural Tour was fun. Overall, the Warwick was a wonderful vacation and we are looking forward to coming back.

Great staff, clean resort and good food and drinks

Well where should I start ? First night no clean towels . It took me 4 times to get them and did not get them until 9pm that night when I finally had enough and said I’m done I need towels for my family. On top of that I only 3 staff members out of everybody did their jobs and were friendly. The bar staff very rude , and service was horrible , and they showed preferential treatment to other guest , and young girls. I tipped numerous times and still service was awful. Breakfast food was not great , and eggs were awful and watery . On top of that waiter was so rude to me when I said my niece was not feeling well and needed some water he basically rolled his eyes. I brought up to the managers , and service manager that the staff should favoritism towards certain customers while others stood waiting for a drink. They found that hard to believe and questioned me like I was making it up. Long story short I will never recommend Warick ,and will stay at Atlantis next time where the service was great and people were friendly Oh forgot to tell you about the bedding that was ripped on my daughter’s bed , then got my bedding and my comforter had a big hole in it. I paid 3500 dollars for a Motel 6 like atmosphere. Word to the wise when you’re booking your trip. Make sure you really read the reviews because this hotel is awful .

The only thing I didn’t like is everything close early you really couldn’t get no good food after 10pm the bars open until 1am

The property is old and outdated. I would not call this a resort, its just a hotel. The dining options are mediocre and the 2 bars aren't enough to accommodate all of the guests. I wouldn't recommend this property.
