I loved my stay at the All Seasons. Property is very walkable to the beach across the road and local dining options. The front gathering area has nicely shaded benches and hammocks and is very well-maintained. Kind staffs there made my stay conformable by lending me their bicycle to explore the village and doing laundries for 10USD. There is a beachfront restaurant in front of the property named H2V. So I could just easily walk to the beach at sunset time to grab food/drink and spend my evening on the beach chilling or swimming and come back to bed. The sea around beach across has some seaweed debris at the shoreline, but once in the water away from the shore, I felt it was pretty clear especially when water in morning was calm with no waves stirring up the sand. This property is perfect for a traveler looking for an affordable accommodation and loves exploring the Hopkins Village.

Our stay was last minute. The manage on the property was very punctual and took care of our needs right away. The room had everything we needed for our short stay in the little town of Hopkins Belize. very cute place!

We had a great stay at All Seasons! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic, especially Junior. It's located close to everything and you can take their bikes around town. Great place to stay!

Our room was spectacular-very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities!! The staff was very helpful at check in and the location is very centrally located. The grounds are small but serene with tropical flowers, hammocks, bikes for riding, fireplace and seating for relaxing.

Ode is the perfect host...welcoming and full of info on where to go, restaurants to try,music venues, etc. The room was everything we wanted...comfortable beds, fridge and coffee maker. There's areas to bbq, hang out in hammocks and you're only a few hundred feet from the ocean. This was our second stay here and we hope to come back.

Five stars! Incredibly welcoming owners/staff, deluxe room - included microwave, toaster, refrigerator, TV (with channel guide)- and also provides bikes to tour the town! The owners walked us to our room and made sure everything was working. They also gave great activity ideas and restaurant recommendations. Plenty of parking just out front! And huge outdoor area with hammocks to relax! Loved this place!

I would highly recommend staying at All Seasons Guest House in Hopkins! The price was great and the owners were incredibly nice and welcoming. They even helped us arrange cabs for our adventures over the weekend. Very clean, nice patio area to hang out (hammocks, shade, tables, clean), free bikes to use, outdoor rinse off shower, wifi, air conditioning... and a great location! Across the street from the beach and very close to the center of town - can walk almost anywhere!

The orange room was large and clean. I am not a great sleeper, but I slept well here as the beds were comfy and the room was quiet. The hosts were friendly and approachable.
Downsides... they are not directly on the beach, but about a half block away.

The wi fi was on and off. You have to frequently register and it doesn’t always go.

It was very clean but we booked a kitchenette and it came with only 4 cups and a spoon with a fridge. Not my idea of a kitchenette. A little disappointed

I love it! The owners were extra nice. Will definitely recommend to everyone! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were really clean and comfy.

Really nice place by the water. Good location with access to water (we went snorkeling-launched right across from the guest house), places to eat and shop. We were upgraded to a cabin due to an issue with the water, manager was very sweet and helpful. I recommend!
