A cozy and spacious room. Feels like in our own home not in a hotel room. Hotel Property looks new and the design and its concept are great and beautiful. Shall book this hotel back again in the future.

Room was cheap but parking card didn’t work - took a while ti sort. Wifi did not work; no water in room & no cooking utensils despite advertising a kitchen. Spots of what seemed tk be dried blood on sheet which I only spotted in the morning as I collapsed into bed without checking.

I got a stay at this nice hotel at a well discounted price. So the normal rate would be much higher. However, if you could also get a ton of discounts to book and stay at this hotel, then i strongly suggest u take it. The staffs were good and well mannered. The room is huge with a lot of wide spaces. Not your typical small cramped cheap rooms. I mean for a room of two persons, u can actually fit another 10 or more. The only downside, there is no bathtub, at least in my previously booked room. Not sure about other higher level rooms. In a summary, totally recommended!

There were hairs all over the night stand and some on the bed sheets... not very hygienic even in the midst of the pandemic...

Expected to have two bathrooms since there are two bedrooms, but there is only one bathroom. Aircond system is not working efficiently. Great location for my purposes. Clean and helpful staff.

The room is very spacious with at-home design, but there were baby cockroaches and the door lock (the chain type) was half-broken, the in-room light is quite dim too. The car park is not user-friendly (have to check in first to get the room key card to open the barrier).

Overall a comfortable stay, except that the carpark gate is out of order. Hotel customers going in and out of the carpark need to wait for the concierge staff to manually lift the gate-bar!

A nice studio apartment hotel suitable for travellers that prefer large spacious room with a simple kitchenette. Pros: 1) carpark is available 2) near to botanical garden and food court 3) fast and easy checkin 4) Spacious, clean and comfortable room 5) has a fitness centre at level 7 Cons: 1) Sound proofin needed 2) apartment is quite enclosed with no windows besides the balcony and bathroom window.

Overall it's a nice spacious and family friendly hotel, there's a sofa bed in the room but it was locked, you may request them to unlock it and fit one or 2 more person in the room. The cafe was closed for CNY holiday, they provided fried bee hoon and nasi lemak for our breakfast.

Room spacious . Bed comfortable but cover need improvement. Early morning traffic outside residence heavy because of school .

Had a 3 days 2 nights stay. Room cleanliness was bad. Can see obvious dusts under the bedside tables. Sofa bed’s fabric was very dirty. Toilet’s plaster ceiling was ripped. Floor was sticky. Requested for 2 double bedrooms upon booking. Came out to have 1 double bedroom and another one was with 2 single beds. One of us was bitten by bed mites badly all over the legs. This shows how dirty the bed was. I’ve encountered smelly odour from the pillow case (probably not dried thoroughly. Also requested for 2 rooms on the same floor but was not granted. Noise barrier was pretty bad as car noises can be heard clearly even when windows and balcony doors were closed. Carpark is so narrow and can barely fit a sedan car. A malay guy receptionist (40s to 50s) was so unfriendly. We requested for him to give us a call when the room is ready and we went back to our car to take a nap. He did not called us. We only got to know the room is ready when we gave another call to the hotel. Overall a really bad experience. Will never return nor recommend.

The room is spacious and it is a very good selling point. However, the walls are so thin that we can hear what’s happening outside and that affect our quality of sleep a lot. The bathroom doors need lubricant (say WD 40)to erase the creaking sound. The water tap has to be fixed to avoid it from “moving”. The drainage of the shower is not working and a small water pond appear after bathing.

Generally a very pleasant comfortable stay. However some things not fixed in the room - one of the bedside lights had no wire to it and therefore could not be switched on. the room safe handle was broken and it could not be locked even though instructions were followed, something wrong with the digital mechanism. Even though the hotel was informed nothing was done to fix it.

Overall ok except toilet water leaking at toilet for urinary n bowel and unpleasant urine smell.Cement higher base so that water don't go out from toilet.Despite no smoking in room at balcony cigarettes butts not cleared from previously tenant

The room is unexpected big and clean, good location and staff are warmth and friendly.

Bathroom was flooded due to clogged pipes. Towels and beddings had stains. Chewing gum and used soap by previous guests were not cleared.

The location ok, the room not really clean and kitchen running Out of soap didn’t refill.

Amazing place, cozy space for family and for the ones that need regain your strength after hospitalized. All the crew there were very friendly. And if we need help, they are always ready to give hands. Thank you for a great service.

Room is spacious, but not perfectly clean. Also, Hotel should make the window sound proof as It is near to main road.

Reasonable price, location is convenient.

The room is spacious. The soundproofing is really really bad, our room was at 4th floor and it feels like were sleeping on the roadside, all the noises coming from road is so loud that my partner couldnt have a good rest. The windows material is low quality, very noisy even with the blackout curtains covered. The bathroom has no a single hook to hang clothes or towels. Very much disappointed.

Spacious room

Location of hotel is very convenient e.g there are eating stalls nearby with much variety, nearby bus stop at junction of Burma Rd & Jln Gottlieb (about a 10 min walk) has buses going into Georgetown and other places, if one doesn't mind walking a bit, one can walk to Guerney Paragon, Guerney Mall,more eating outlets & shops selling famous local products. Room cleaning service was good. Room was spacious & comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Terrible experience. First room given had a very bad smell, we discovered the source from a dead decaying crow on the balcony. Also loads of pigeon poop on balcony. So I rang and asked for a new room, waited for some time for a response as management said full house. Finally gave us another room, much smaller than the one given before. And garbage from previous occupant was not cleared. Asked for another room and there was rancid cooking smells in that unit. Settled for the second choice but rubbish was never taken away till we checked out even though I rang and informed reception. We were given a bigger room the next day but again, had a musty unused smell. Security man( not reception) who showed us the room said will put in air freshener/ ozone thing to clear the musty smell. Very dissapointing experience and definitely not recommended to stay here.

Great service by staff named Iman. As we arrived way ahead of check- in timing, he offered a room upgrade for a small fee and even gave us a complimentary breakfast coupon for our last day. Not much of facilities in the hotel, but its great for a family or friends to be gathered here. Unfortunately, one of the door handle was faulty, and the aircon keeps shutting off by itself though no timer was set. And that instagram was unable to be loaded using the wifi. Other than that, apartment is spacious

Bath room condition was so terrible. The plumbing in the bath room didn’t work.

The room is very spaces.. We had a comfort stay. But the washroom a bit sticky and need more cleanliness..

Affordable price but design is a little bit off for family suite. Room for 4 adults but only 1 washroom. "Tissue-upon-request-policy" should be abolished as it is the most basic stuff customers are using, no?

Requested for a room not facing the main road, yet the family rooms all face the main road which is opposite a school. The rooms are not fully sound-proof, large vehicles can still be heard and if you stay on the weekdays, the school bells are the worst! Despite the request, they only gave me 5th story, as any floor higher have to pay extra. But I am only wanting a higher floor to be further away from the noisy road. I paid for the family room yet, they only face the main road. Really angry at such a condition. Another issue which I was very disappointed, was that we hanged the room service sign at 1pm, but came back at 11pm, the room wasn't even done. Called the front desk, they only mention to me the housekeeping staff is only available after 7pm. So even I want towels had to wait till then. I mean 1pm is not very late, why there were no rounds checked by the housekeeping staff? If it is 2pm onwards, I would understand I should have called for house-keeping. For such a high price that I am paying, would really appreciate the better effort. As for the room, I love the room, is super spacious. Just there aren't enough hanging racks for towels, and every item in the family room was suited for 2 people, that isn't what a family room is about. It should be at least for 4 people. Plus the worst, they have no tissue box available since my previous trip I feedback about it, still no tissue box. This is the first accommodation that I stay in with no tissue box in the room.
