Good location.

Very clean and well equipped. Kitchen and bathroom supplies very good. Excellent location. Good communication for electronic access.

Easy access with clear instructions. Clean and tidy.

Generally the stay was pleasant except that the water kettle was not clean as there was residue of tea leave inside.

Friendly people to deal with and kept us informed about when the property would be ready etc

This is an excellent location from which to explore Hobart. It is up a steep hill, so if you are on foot and have fitness problems maybe it’s not for you. It’s proximity to Salamanca wharf made it perfect for us and the great parking meant access for hire cars was easy.

So clean and warm. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Easy walk into town. Neighbours were a bit noisy but that is not the fault of the accommodation.

Great location!!! Unfortunately there was mould in different areas of the apartment and a water leak in the roof over the laundry setting off my & my kids asthma. Shower was great but ventilation was poor in the bathroom, everything in there ends up wet. The apartment we stayed in needs curtains rather than blinds on the windows as the outdoor lights at night don’t turn off keeping you awake.

We had an amazing time and the property was located perfectly for what we needed. Thank you.

Had everything we needed and close to many great restaurants in Battery Point. Onsite parking was very handy.

2nd bedroom was so small you could barley move around the bed. At least 4 light globes were blown or not working properly. Location was central to the areas we were visiting.

Location convenient to Salamanca area and waterfront. As we had a ground floor unit the roller blinds had to be down all the time for privacy, so the lights had to be on all the time. Crockery needs replacing as plates scored by cutlery. Not much free counter space in kitchen area, and little in bathroom.

This apartment was perfect for us, so close to the centre of Hobart, everything within walking distance. It was clean and had everything you need. I highly recommend

Prime spot in Bettery Hill. So close to Salamanca and the waterfront. Lovely clean unit with a nice view of the water and a glimpse of Mt Wellington (unit 9) if you are not happy carrying your luggage up lots of stairs, then this place is not for you. Beds and pillows are in great need of replacement. But otherwise are great unit. Would definitely stay here again for is proximity to everything

Great Location, First impression on entering was a large stain on carpet and black rubber mat hiding a hole in the hallway - not what we expected at over $200/night. Facilities modern and clean, did not appreciate having threat of $20 charge if rubbish not removed. Probably would not stay again.

Proximity to Hobart waterfront was a bonus. For a mid year winter stay the price was unreasonable.

Great location, had everything needed for two couples staying in walking distance of the city. Only tiny thing is to read the welcome email on the day, we came in on late flight in the dark and could not work out which apartment we were in walking around and around in the dark. We ended up re-reading the email and at the very end of the email it had the apartment number, would be good if that paragraph was put at the top of the email that has the entry information! Other than that everything was perfect.

Great spot just a short walk to most things. Wifi could only have two devices on at a time. There was one lounge chair broken. So for four people one of us had to use kitchen chairs. No fly screens on windows. So had to leave windows closed.

Was great location! And quiet . A small but comfortable one bedroom. We would stay again . However the rate is expensive compared to others and not flexible which could cause problems. So depends on rate at the time . Seems a liitle overpriced for a no refund rate.

This property was in a perfect location to Salamanca place and the waterfront area an easy walking distance. The area itself is very quiet at night. The property itself was fantastic had all the amenities and quite luxurious. The only thing that could be an issue for some is if you want the second floor apartment there are only stairs no lifts. But if this is an issue request a ground floor apartment. I would definitely stay there again

Nice place in a great location, can easily walk to lots of attractions and good places to eat and drink.
