Pool is unusable, small at the shadows. Shower splits water around the bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located near the local skatepark Ave right across from the beach. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We rented bikes for a few hours. They are older, but still very functional.

The staff were so kind and polite .. would absolutely return 💗💗 Ana, Gustavo, the manager everyone was perfect .. the bellboy everyone , kitchen staff everyone was Amazing

The hotel is nice. Comfortable, clean, and great views. The Breakfast was weak. The front desk staff was not very professional. They had problems refunding the deposit. Given the amount of check in and checkouts daily I didn't get why it was a problem. Just wasted my time.

The room was good. But the hotel was suppose to replace a broken cosmetic (broken by the cleaner) and also I was approached and harassed by the restaurant waiter. I felt so bad I didn’t go for breakfast for the last two days. The hotel management just apologized and did not offer any compensation for any of the problems I have had.

Flavio was great at checking and check out. Hopefully whoever goes there get assisted by him. Place needs serious renovations, if you look at our previous feedback for other places we stayed in they are all 4-stars and 5-stars resorts or boutique hotel. This place is for sure not a resort or boutique hotel. It’s more of a stand alone hotel. But some of the staff like Flavio and Silmar made my stay memorable. Silmar was so kind to extend our checkout since our flight back to New York wasn’t until 8pm at night. Thank you so much Silmar. Very sweet guy and a gentlemen. They need to add more quality to their products. Our bedding sheets had holes and my girl towels had stains. But overall stay was good. Breakfast was cool fruits were awesome.

Hotel was nice! Super modern & lots of nice decor throughout the hotel & in the rooms. Our Mountain View was nice as well. Pool is a little small but still modern and trendy. Very short walk across the street to beach & near lots of restaurants & bars. They held our bags & car for several hours after checkout while we were on an excursion. Great customer service.

nice hotel next to the beach, ideal for adults. Good location, safe area. will return again.

Guest services were amazing, specially beach service. I strongly recommend if you are staying at Barra da Tijuca.

Really beautiful hotel. Precious swimming pool in front of the beach with spectacular view. Personeel caring for our comfort. Great security. Just window isolation from noise is not 100%, so at night you can hear street noise

We loved this hotel. In fact we stayed there twice!

The hotel is great. Contemporary, clean, well furnished rooms. Excellent shower - probably one of the best I've experienced. Staff could not do anymore to help - Particularly Eduardo, Julie, Leohardho and Allessandra. We were given a complimentary upgrade to sea view - but had booked a garden view because trip Advisor mentioned it is a lively area. There was a four day festival in the park opposite the hotel - we were staying 10 nights and didn't want to move out stuff so we were given a room at the back of the hotel to sleep in and still enjoy the seaview and sunny balcony during the day. Could not have asked for this to be dealt with better. Breakfast was more than ample. British tea lovers will struglle to get PG tips in Rio - anywhere - so take some with you. Eduardo was brilliant and translated for us and helped - he also arranged transport to an excellent A&E when this was needed. The beach is fabulous - just across the road from the hotel. Very clean and well serviced by the hotel. It's away from the overcrowded Copacabana and Ipanema but with good beach bars, cafes and beach vendors. The hotel is a 10 minute Walking distance from Jardim Oceania Metro station or an R$8 (uber) to it. The Metro takes you everywhere you need except Christ the Redeemer - which was worth the R$60 (uber) taxi there and similar back to Lapa. Restaurant , pool bar and general bar fabulous Recommended - if Street noise bothers find hotel not on front
