Property is great as usual. However I did notice a decline in service at all levels but particularly the front desk and people that greet you. I realize they may be overwhelmed with crowds but they are the first customer service experience for visitors.

Highly recommended xcaret for a family vacation. The parks were all amazing. Many dining choices for all. The staff was exception. From checkin with Lois Miguel, who took so much time with us to go over the resort and dining options. Citlaly at the excursions desk was extremely helpful and helping us change and add reservations to the parks and monuments. If you want good food, adventure and relaxation this is a must stay resort.

It was a great experience to stay on Xcaret Mexico hotel, all can i say its… the best hotel in Mexico, My wife loved it, we went to celebrate her Birthday. And we can’t wait to go back.

Xcaret has been in my bucket list for years! I now understand all the hype. I stayed in Xcaret Mexico I was so impressed, the facilities are spotless the design, the style, the attention to detail is unmatched with other places Ive been, even the smell was so clean. I loved how they are so proud of their beautiful culture and food you see it and feel it everywhere, the people are so polite and friendly. I cant forget to mentioned that all inclusive means “ALL” including alcohol and the parks. I cant wait to go back this is in my top places now.

Xcaret is a favorite vacation spot for me and my family. We love how friendly everyone is. The food is great and they make transportation and fun so easy. The varied types of fun and experiences make it a place to visit over and over again. Alone. With a partner. With friends. Or with family this is the best vacation spot ever.

Property was beautiful as always but the food in the main buffet was not at the same level it was 5 years ago on our last visit. They need to have more staff for the hand made items. Line was always to long. Need more simple options for young kids like chicken tenders and spaghetti.

My third trip to Xcaret and was considering becoming a memeber. To start the entrace is awful now, looks worse than any of the nice resorts. The constuction at the main gate at the resort is terrible. We paid extra for a river room and butler and never saw hom once and had a difficult time making reservations. The pool area and maintenence is showing its age. The elevaters need greese badly and you can hear the metal on metal. Be careful.

Bar was closed all day due to hurricane Beryl night/next morning. Parks closed esrly, and other parks didnt open. Dinner reservation canceled. Curfew in rooms. Staff was friendly, organized and I appreciate they delivered boxes lunches to rooms since restaurants closed. Room service was canceled. Too expensive to stay indoors. Was too late to reschedule:( and no credits or incentives offered by hotel.

Xcaret’s ability to provide an all inclusive experience cannot be beat; however, some parks, still charge for food or limit visits to a Buffett such as Xenses and Xcaret park. In addition, transportation to Isla Mujeres, due to its almost one hour and 37 minute distance, traffic-dependent, should have busses with bathrooms. Overall, Xcaret is constantly expanding, it immersion with the landscape, conservation efforts, and overall attention to detail will make us continue to visit. However, all park experiences should be included at no extra charge to make this a “truly” all inclusive experience.

DO NOT BUY THE MEMBERSHIP, it’s a total fraud! They promise you vouchers that they claim are flat fees and the vouchers turn out to have more hidden fees once you try to use them. The discounted price they assure that you’re getting turns out to be almost the same price as buying it on Expedia or any other website. We had already said “no” and they didn’t respect our decision and pressured us into buying the membership with dishonesty and lies, buying it is our biggest regret.

Hotel Xcaret Mexico truly earns every accolade it has been awarded. From amazing food, to an impressive array of included tours and activities, to attentive customer service, this place is the best! I stayed for 8 days and still feel like I only scratched the surface of everything you can see, do, and eat at this resort. This resort is worth every penny!

This was my families first time visiting the resort and parks. We enjoyed it very much and ware hoping to visit once a year. We have already recommended friends and family to visit as well. The hotel was clean, rooms were clean, food was good for majority being buffet style. The beaches were kept clean and nice. My son loved the kids club. We just hope next time the octopus slide would be functioning.
