Great welcome, lovely rooms, and the pool and gardens were amazing. 5 pm wine hour and breakfast were also excellent. We felt pampered and would come again anytime. Also great location right off Main Street.

This place is amazing. And we were there under the worst possible conditions... pouring rain. The location is ideal for walking to the action. It has the feel of a resort. Big pool and hot tub, many common gathering areas and it all looks brand new and is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is included and it's awesome. There is a wine and cheese happy hour each night that is very well attended and has a great vibe. To keep us entertained in the rain, a BBQ with board games was announced. We decided to leave before it started because no end to the rain in sight. We're going back to continue what we missed and definitely staying at Brass Key. Thank you.

The breakfast food was very good. The service was good. The cookies were good.The warm hand towel was nice. Other than that the stay was a disappointment. The photos and description of the Brass Key Guesthouse were inviting, however, in real life our room was not as we expected. Looking at the website there are about 47 photos, but the room we were in was not in the photo gallery.Our room reeked of the smell similar to sweaty socks which can be an indication of mold or mildew. There were spots on the ceiling that may be the cause of the bad odor. The Brass Key Guesthouse reviews indicated an exceptional rating on Hotels.com. The room we were staying in was run down looking and there was a sticky substance on the bed side table and hairs on the bathroom floor upon arrival so it did not appear clean to me. It was raining and the guests in the next room had to change rooms due to a water leak from the rain.

Great stay! Pro tip- request a room on the lower level so you do not have to drag your luggage up the stairs. Also, the breakfast is just a hotel breakfast, so don't bank on that to be mind blowing. But overall, a beautify property, great location, and friendly people all around!

Everything was perfect

The resort is downtown easily located with walking distance of all the bars and restaurants in PTown. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and amazing pillows a quirk of mine that I look for. The amenities are above and beyond any other hotel, B&B around town. It is a must stay if you have not already!

The Brass Key was an amazing place to stay in Ptown. Kevin and the staff went out of their way to make sure we all had the best stay. They upgraded me to a great room. Their communication via text about happy hour and the breakfast was so helpful. I will definitely book no other place but Brass Key!

The overall experience at Brass Key was great. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the property is beautiful and perfectly located. My only quibble is the room I was in definitely needs updating. The bathroom in particular was not good. Terrible water pressure and the shower doors didn’t close all the way making it very difficult to not get water all over the place. I was told they are planning to update the rooms in the building I was in, so I look forward to returning when they do.

The property is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The room was clean and lovely. It was a special visit and would recommend the spot to anyone visiting Provincetown.

very clean with relaxing common areas

Great location for walking and a nice pool area. Our bathroom door would not close and it won't be fixed until off-season. The door needs to be removed and the bottom planed with a lathe. Why wait? The hot tub was not working and the TV was terrible. No local or national broadcast channels. Communications via text we're spotty. I expected close to perfection for the price.

Excellent spot with a heated pool, great food, and outstanding service.

Lovely and well located. Just a bit expensive for small rooms. Great staff and service. Courtyard-ugh! Its Furniture worn out and tacky inappropriate for the setting. Glass rock Fire pit belongs in Vegas, not ptown….and why burn it on 80 degree days? Courtyard Distracts from overall property and charm of the collection of historic buildings.

Perfect place to stay if you want excitement or just rest. Easy access to heart of Ptown and all the fun.

Adam and Kenneth went above and beyond during our stay making it unforgettable. We absolutely loved the resort and all the amenities it had to offer. The heated pool and jacuzzi are so relaxing along with poolside service for drinks to make you want to turn into a prune. We highly recommend and love it to say the least!

The perfect place to stay!! Conveniently located near all the Provincetown hot spots. The room was clean, beautiful and the property and its staff are incredible. I don’t think I could stay anywhere else!

My only complaint was the noise coming from the bar at night. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant stay.
