I wish there were more meal options for lunch and dinner. The best meal of the day was breakfast. I would have liked to have a buffet option for lunch as well. The property did not have a workout facility.

DINNING WAS NOT GOOD. FOOD WAS NOT FRESH I WOULD ORDER A PLATE OF FOOD IT WOULD BE SO COLD. THE JAPANESE FOOD RESTAURANT WAS GOOD THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY THEY WERE FIGHTING FOR TIPS. THE WAY STAFF TALK TO EACH OTHER IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. THE TOUR THEY OFFER IS A SCAM TO THE GALLERY THE STAFF THERE IS SO RUDE AND INSIST YOU BUY STUFF. IF YOU DONT THEN THERE BEHAVIOR CHANGES THEY ARE SO RUDE AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE WHOLE GROUP ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME PRICES ARE 10 TIMES MORE PRICY THEN OTHER PLACES. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I WAS IN ROOM 601 AND THERE WAS UP TO 6 MEN OUTSIDE MY ROOM ALL THE TIME THEY WOULD SLAM THE DOOR,ITS NEXT TO A MAINTAINANCE ROOM. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE

When we arrived the front desk didn’t look very happy to see us and didn’t explain where our room was. We booked a standard room and it was really small which we didn’t mind but it did not have any air circulation at all! Our clothes were musty and wouldn’t even dry. We left tip for the cleaning crew and they always made sure our room was nice and clean and refreshed our towels when we returned everyday. We left a separate tip for our drinks in the room, they give you 2 big water bottles, 2 beers and 2 sodas everyday. The overall hotel is nice, big pool and we always seemed to find a lounge chair either at the pool or in the beach. Even though the small pool and hot tub were still closed for renovations. The cocktails aren’t that good, way too sugary and fake processed juices. We ended up just having beer and sparkling wine. The hotel is super close to the ocean, which is an huge plus because we noticed some of the bigger resorts are far from the ocean with a very long sandy walk to the water. The beach servers are the Best!! For that we would come back again but we would make sure to get a room with a balcony this time to let air in. The sushi was so delicious!! And the buffets were pretty good but breakfast seemed to be the same every day. It is walking distance to Isla shopping mall. And transportation to xcaret is right next door.

The room was in internet is nice and low prices , but when we came there the room was very small and too old . We had to upgrade for comfort . The admin people there was not help the customer at all.

Lovely hotel and the all inclusive is quite worth it since it includes food and drink throughout the whole day. It has direct beachfront access and outdoor pool. Part of the hotel is under construction right now (which I believe is for the hot tub since I didn’t find the 3 outdoor hot tubs in the hotel) the breakfast is decent, we like the food at the beach the most, very good fish and shrimp tacos and calamari. The dinners are hit or miss, they do different cuisine throughout the week. oriental night is not good, but other nights are decent. If you stay for 3 nights they also include dinner at their Italian restaurant with 3 courses, staying 5 nights includes dinner at their Japanese restaurant take either teppanyaki or sushi. Overall a pretty good deal!

Overall good experience. The property and everything was clean and enjoyable. The only concerns were the dining options and the staff around the beach area which lacked attention and speed.

Room was really nice, paid a little extra for a suite. Place is very modern and clean, food and drinks were great, friendly staff. The pool was a little warm for how hot out it was. Not a big common area to hang out. But overall great stay.

You would think I was staying at the North Pole for how cold and distant the staff was from check in to check out for they were so cold and not very helpful or friendly especially the staff at night at their restaurant. The other thing it is not a peaceful relaxing stay between thin walls that you can hear a person burp, the exceptionally load music anfd the construction going on my stay was aweful! Then there is the hidden fees for i paid up front then at check in had more fees, then all inclusive is limited for does not include room service and God forbid you try to order a pizza at the restaurant there is an upcharge but you can go to the buffet and get a slice of pizza that has been sitting there for ???: I stayed there 4 times before Covid and I must say it is not the same place and wont come back!.

Excellent service

This has been the best all inclusive resort I have stayed at. The food is great. The staff is very nice they go lot of their way to satisfy your needs. Not to mention the beautiful ambiance and atmosphere. They make sure to keep the resort clean at all times. House keeping is great too. Listen don’t hesitate to book that trip, you will not regret it.

We stayed at Hotel NYX Cancun in August 2024, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff made us feel like part of their family—always assisting, smiling, greeting, and engaging with us. It felt just like home—comfortable and relaxing! You really can’t go wrong with this place. Plus, the food was amazing too! The staff truly deserve applause and praise for making our stay so memorable. It’s definitely worth coming back!

Upon arrival, the staff was rude. The room wasn't ready. I purchased a deluxe room with a king bed. The front desk gave me a room with two beds and then wanted to upchsrge me for a king bed stating that they were running a special where i could pay $16 pesos a night times two people because it was a couples trip. The hotel was nice and i had a beautiful view. Lydei was SUPER sweet and nice and also was Antonio at the Deck restaurant.

The only thing didn’t like about the hotel is they don’t include all kind of meals. It says all inclusive, but the real thing, for the best meals and drinks like wines it is necessary to pay a lot extra.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for our 2 night stay. Looking forward to coming back in 6 months, hopefully for a longer stay this time!

Loved the entertainment crew! Marco and his crew were amazing and super personable. The beach and pool were great and the bar was never too crowded.

Staff was really helpful

My first room was not good and they upgraded my room at no issue no problem and from there my experience was really good.

Overall I had a great stay here. Couple things to side note was the buffet and breakfast was not the greatest. The service team was great. They are renovating on the property so there was some noise but it didn’t ruin my stay. I would come back again if I wanted a low key smaller resort

Food is awful. Not worth eating even though all inclusive. Otherwise, hotel private beach is nice.

Great experience

I stayed a few nights with my wife and it was a great hotel for the price. Food and drinks were wonderful, and the room was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We stayed there twice already and can’t wait to visit again. Food was great, the Deck restaurant dinner is great, there was a self serve items buffet style dinner and you can also order in. Staff were very pleasant, polite, very professional. For people staying less than 5 days all inclusive has some restrictions but you can still enjoy great perks of the “all inclusive”.

really nice place. It’s small and cozy. The only thing that bothered me was that the windows are NOT soundproof. If your room is on the lagoon side it’s very noisy during night from the road. Other than that the food was tasty, you have a lot of options all day and while you sit on the beach the waiters constantly bring you drinks and food you ordered. Get the all inclusive rate and mostly everything is included despite the price on the menu. Everything was great and everyone is very nice and friendly.
